Hands down THE BEST car buying experience I have ever had! I have purchased a number of cars in my life, and I have never had an experience like this. We were shopping for my mother and were pretty honed in on a particular car already, but they were SO easy going and had everything all set and ready when we got there. No pressure, no pushing. Kyle was transparent and fair and the vehicle was as advertised and more. The shop area is impressively clean and tidy. So very polite and it literally does not feel like you are shopping for a car in the traditional sense. The absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone I dealt with was great from the top down. They’re good, caring people. I took a bus up from New Jersey. And it took me over 7 hours. The manager or owner, whichever, treated me to lunch. You can’t find that kind of service anywhere. If it wasn’t 7 hours from me I’d recommended to everyone I know to buy a car from this dealership. The truck I bought is wonderful. So far everything is great. A few scratches here and there but nothing new when buying a used truck.

I suggested for my daughter to go check out the cars that Geneva coach has for sale. My daughter found one she liked, gave them money down and signed all the paperwork to transfer plates. She canceled the insurance on her old car and gave the dealer the insurance information for the new car. They gave her a 45 day registration sticker. They put her plates from the old car onto her new car. This was about 40 days ago. A couple of days ago, the police pulled her over and impounded her car because the dealer neglected to transfer the plates to the new vehicle. Not only did the car get impounded, my daughter had to pay for towing, and storage fees and miss 2 days of work then borrowed my car to get back and forth. She also bought an extended warranty on this car. Now the dealer is telling her its her fault this happened and they are refusing to do anything to help her with transportation, reimburse her for lost wages, towing and storage. They are also refusing to talk to her and have not been willing to fix anything that is covered under the warranty she purchased through them.Do not buy from this dealer or their mother company, Geneva foreign and sports!

We bought a car from Geneva Coach back in April and it was the easiest and fastest car purchase we have ever experienced! We found the car on-line and drove about 1 1/2 hours to look at it. Well worth the trip as the car was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. We bought it on the spot and Brian worked hard to ensure that we could pick it up at the end of that day so we wouldnt have to make a return trip. He and his staff went above and beyond for us. Two months later the air conditioning system stopped working. We called and Brian got us in for service very quickly. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and had it fixed and ready for us to pick up the next day. Issues with a car can be so frustrating but Brian and his staff made it painless. Didnt want that one so they gave us a complete list of what was on the lot and told us just let him know what we wanted to drive. Cars all in beautiful condition. From our salesman Sully who sold us the vehicle last year, to Brians wife in the office, to Brian himself. They are what customer service should be about, the customer. Because they take pride in the cars they sell, and in the work they do on them after your purchase, you can count on them to be honest and fair. You can trust that whether youre buying a vehicle or having regular maintenance done, the service they give is of the highest quality, I will most certainly return for any service I will need in the future and when Im ready for my next vehicle. The hour drive from Ithaca is well worth it.
