After days of frustration and dead ends, I was a nervous wreck by the time I walked into the AT& T store in Geneva, NY. Luckily I was greeted by Joshua and Shiro from whom I received OVER THE TOP customer care. Authentic and attentive, they invested a great deal of time assisting me with a complicated technical problem and were able to resolve most of the issue while I was there as well as give me the tools I needed to deal with the rest when I got home. Its been smooth sailing ever since. I am truly grateful and highly recommend this place. Thank You!!!

Jesse in Geneva was fantastic, glad we came in the store instead of calling in.Update: Jesse played me good. I was under the impression I would be paying $35 a month for my cell phone plans. I have two lines, got my first bill over $500 for the first month!We switched from Verizon to AT&T with the promise from Jesse the service would be better. We use to get 5G. Haven’t had it since we’ve switched to AT&T. What an absolute mistake I had made. If Jesse provides a good customer service he will call me and make this issue right. If he does that, I will post an update. If there is no update, you’ll know that Jesse left his customers in the dark with large bills and false promises.

Horrible experience upgrading my phone at this store. The rep who helped me, Roger, told me multiple times that my bill would not increase at all if I upgraded my phone. I even asked him as clearly as possible if I would be paying the same amount per month, and he assured me that I would.Got my bill in the mail some time later, only to find it had increased by $60/month. AT&T advised me to contact the store I’d bought the phone from to resolve this issue. When I called, the woman who answered at the store was extremely rude and unhelpful. She outright refused to help me with anything, basically telling me that once I leave the store after buying the phone, they will not help me with any future problems. I tried to tell her that AT&T themselves had advised I contact the store, but she basically reiterated that it’s not the store’s responsibility to help customers after they purchase a new phone.Would not recommend going to this particular AT&T store. If anything, make sure you ask to see proof of anything a rep tells you. If they refuse, then you know they’re trying to bs you.

Jesse is absolutely amazing! He offers professional experience with warmth and humor. He made the experience so easy for me, and as a non tech person I am so appreciative.

My wife and I stopped in to upgrade our phones we had the pleasure of working with store manager Sally !!Sally explained everything to the fullest so my wife and I could understand .She was working alone at the time and waited on other customers at the same time getting them the help and products that they needed !Sally is a true dedicated employee and an awesome customer relations person, would definitely recommend this store and especially Sally !!Lou Ferrara

My husband went into the store to have his voicemail set up, was told by the manager on duty it wasnt possible because our phones are 3g and sunset phones it was clear she was trying to sell him a new phone, told my husband well this phone is old... Its 6 years old still works perfectly she said well it works for now after asking to see her computer when told there is usually a button for voicemail she clicked away from the screen and my husband said wait go back and low and behold there was the button to set up voicemail. I get that their job is to sell cell phones but she straight lied to him, poor customer service.

I lost my phone and got an upgrade. The gentleman that waited onnme had a nice personality and knowledge I was extremely satisfied with the service

I have gone into the store and at first glance it was it is a very nice looking store inside they have everything displayed even the most newest smart phones that are out there now but they carry and they also advertise their TV and everything else so you will see a lot of advertisement boards as well. The staff when I went in there was very nice and they answered all my questions very nice lady and they didn’t have pressure me into buying anything which was very nice. I wish that everywhere was like that and not standoffish and overall my experience was on the positive side but AT&T is just not for me but thank you for answering my questions very good store recommend coming here if you are looking for a good store for AT&T

Charles got me set up right away and on my way with my new phone. He was awesome and great customer service.

Store was clean and smelled like a store (which is good). Jake was extremely knowledgeable and helped my family find phones that were a good fit for them. He was funny and provided and answered any questions they had.The location of the store is convenient and next to a bubble tea place which I enjoy.

Always have great service from this store. The manager Michelle was the best, and helped me with everything I needed. Plus I left with a new device and my bill went down. Great atmosphere, great service, great location.

Love AT&T. Had them for over 10 years. Anytime I have a question about my phone they help me out. My most recent experience was with one of the ladies there. I believe her name was Jessica. She explained things to me and didnt male me feel like an idiot like other people have.

The store was very busy and Karrina took care of every situation that came about. She had a smile one her face the whole time. Id also like to say how nice and refreshing it was to have her help me out. Beautiful store.

Nice location with attentive service and good selection of products. Pleased that the new iphone my wife was looking for was in stock and available. Was in and out very quickly, which was inclusive of the purchase and activation.

Only giving 1 star as 0 is not allowed. They put zero importance on resolving their own mistakes! I have been going back and forth with AT&T at the Geneva store level and corporate to try and fix their mistake, that they admit making. After 2 months still do not have a resolution. If you have a complaint, the regional manager, Cindy, refuses to get involved and they claim there is no number for Fine Communications, who they claim own the location. Im going to Verizon and advise anyone to avoid locations ran by this group!

Just stopped in very quick to get a SIM card for my iPad. They got it right away, took a few minutes to check me out (aka, enter the zero-dollar item into their computer) and then i was on my way. Mostly painless.

First things first, I am not an AT&T customer, I currently have my service with a different carrier. Aside from that, I was due for an upgrade and I was in the market for accessories to protect my phone, cases and screen protectors mostly. Secondly, I am not from the Geneva area but made the drive to this location because the employees at this store far exceed what I expect in terms of customer service.

I called customer service and was told there is an international plan for $10/ day. When i went to the store to turn on the international plan, I was told by the rep in store that there is only a $60and $120 Plan and no $10 per day plan existed . Upon leaving the store I called AT&T again, and they set me up with the $10/ day plan. This store is always looking to upcharge your money.

I just went into the Att cell phone store in geneva NY. I was very impressed with the staff and how very informative and helpful they were with my phone issues. I had just bought an iphone I switched phone types. Ive been an android user for many years and decided to change. The iPhone format is very different, I had a few questions. Jake the manager was very patient and understanding with me and my cluelessness about a new technology, he has a great sense of humor and made me laugh! Thanks Jake for all your help!

Absolute horrible time in the store when i walked in i was never greeted staff seemed to be more worried about their personal phones than selling a phone to a customer have had numerous accounts of calls dropping in full service areas i switch to metro have service everywhere and pay a quarter of their bill a month unlimited with hotspot for 66 a month with insurance cant complain
