This Verizon store has a new manager and he is awesome! Carter was incredibly helpful and very professional. He made our purchasing experience second to none. This is a wonderful change from our experiences in this store in the past. Thank you Carter!!

Vianca was very helpful and thorough while fixing a mixup with my iPhone order. She was very quick even while helping multiple customers at once and her customer service was excellent. I was able to get my phone and upgrade my line without any issues.

Buyer beware! Its been nearly a year and Ive had, and still have, a lot of issues with my Verizon account. Theres almost no relationship or responsibility between Go Wireless and Verizon to the point where I have to resolve any issues between both parties. The best part is that I called Verizon today and they told me they are having a lot of issues with their 3rd party retailers. Skip this store and order directly from Verizon or one of their corporate stores. It will save you 40 hours of your personal time.

I was in need of a new device. This store was the only Verizon store brave enough to keep their doors open for in-store shopping. I called ahead and was answered by a very knowledgeable employee named Erick. He let me know what phones were in stock and their specs. I came in and was attended to in a very clean, safe, and protected environment. Erick and his co-worker Johnny both helped me out finding what I needed, and what would compliment my phone. They showed me what protection products worked and provided me with excellent examples of how the products worked. They set me up with an awesome phone, with liquid glass protection (The same material used on Space Shuttles), and a phone case manufactured by Pelican (The famous company that makes Gun Cases). The store was clean, had a great music Playlist and the store employees were experts. Best phone buying experience I have had in the past 10 years. This is my new go-to Verizon store. THIS PLACE IS GREAT! When I am in need of assistance with anything related to phones or carrier issues the workers here have provided great support. All of the workers are welcoming and have a good attitude. The last couple times I have come in needing assistance, Vianca provided awesome support. She clearly posses the knowledge that is needed to give customers an answer to their question. She is very friendly and professional, keeping things organized and explaining every detail in depth. Personally i have been to batavia location was not satisfied with location/help and the employees especially!! i HIGHLY recommend this location in Geneva Commons and Vianca! I went Into the store last night and had the salesman named Nick help me. A couple days before I went to the Verizon store in St Charles and was treated very rude. Nick in the Geneva store was so friendly and so helpful! I wasn’t expecting that based on my previous experience at the St Charles store. I will definitely come back to the GENEVA location for future help with my phone plans solely based on exceptional customer service from this location!

We just purchased a phone at Geneva Go wireless ie Verizon and the sale person pull of the screen protector on my phone. The phone then started to have bleeding and green spots.The store manager said they were not responsible for the damage.She got very rude and nasty . Her name was Kayla. We will never deal with them again and now we will start a level claim against the company.

Ask for either George or Jake!! I’ve worked with both guys before and they are both great! They helped me get everything setup, they had a great tablet promotion going on and they helped me with that, AND lowered my monthly bill! Just the best!

Buyer Beware! I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this store. The staff from District Manager to floor representatives were rude and unable to fix a problem with my phone for over a month. They resisted replacing the phone, while saying my only option would be to upgrade the phone for $32 more per month! I wouldn’t take a phone from them for free, let alone paying for one.And please, don’t bother with your “robo” response apologizing and asking for more info.Your actions spoke louder than your words!

I was so happy with the help we received from Jazmine at the Geneva Commons Verizon store. I came in very stressed because I thought I had lost all of my photos, emails, notes, texts, apps-everything on my phone. What a nightmare. But, Jazmine remained calm, patient, and asked questions so she could identify what happened. It took awhile, but, she finally was able to restore everything to my phone-all with a smile. It was even past the stores closing, and she never said a word about staying late. She also told us about a great program Verizon is offering right now for people that are 55 and older that would serve our needs and cost less than our current program. I left the store so relieved that my phone was back to normal and thankful for the customer service I had just experienced. Well definitely go back when were ready to get new phones or for any other phone needs.

This store is horrible. Just pass it by! Because they are a retailer and NOT a Verizon direct store, they cant deal with any problems that arise. We wanted to return a tablet and it was before the deadline. We went into the store and returned the tablet and the employee said everything was good and would be taken off my bill. He even called customer support and asked if it would be off my bill and he said it was. Next month I get my bill and its still on there. I called customer support and they said the store failed to send the return forms on time so it never went through. They attempted to reach out to the store and they could not get ahold of the them. They said it would be take care of. I called them again today and the store has still failed to send what they need to corporate to have this taken off my account. 4 MONTHS and they still havent taken the necessary steps that they are responsible for. This store is a complete joke. They dont know how to do their jobs. Go to a REAL Verizon store, not a satellite branch. The manager Carlos should be fired for repeatedly not doing his job.

Stopped by while in the area for an appointment, and ended up speaking with a young man named Jordan about issues Ive been having with my current service and the applications I use for work on my phone. He quickly understood what I needed and suggested trying Verizons service for a better network and getting a tablet for my work applications . 1 week later, I am having no issues and am no longer missing orders. I bought a phone charger from the Elgin location about 6 months ago. It stopped working and I couldnt find my receipt. I took it in to the Geneva store and they exchanged it at no extra cost. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Great customer service.

I chose to drive out to Geneva from my home in Sycamore to go to this Verizon establishment, mostly because of the rave reviews I read. Id been warned away from the DeKalb Verizon store by friends and coworkers, so I figured that if I was going to drive 45 minutes away to the next store, I should do my research and see if that one is just as bad. The overwhelming positive reviews for this store were no lie: this was possibly the easiest, most friendly and painless experience Ive had at a cell phone store. We worked with Carlos to change our account structure and get new phones. He was professional and friendly, helped us get set up with a minimum of fuss, and we walked out the door happy. Definitely worth the drive!

I have been a customer for over 15 years. Never once have I had trouble with service be it with the store, customer service or my hardware. However, I recently made a big change from the iPhone to the droid. Sometime into my new contract I wanted my iPhone back. This was not an option without paying more money than I was willing to pay. In the meantime my phone fell and broke the front screen. By this time I was beside myself with frustration. I didnt like any of my options for replacement... I just wanted to get my broke phone replaced with an iPhone. Steve explained calmly my options. I left to think them over. I was considering going to a competitor and realized that did not make sense. Especially when I am going on 16 years doing business with you all. I went through the insurance process with ease, got my phone the next day. Its now only 2 1/2 days later and my phone is up and running. Carlos was a big help getting my phone switched over. I am more powerful to learn how to use my phone. This will only increase my satisfaction with my droid. Who knows I may not go back to an iPhone. Please understand it is only because Carlos reminded me I am part of the Verizon team and he would help me anytime I need help. I am actually excited to learn something new. Every time I go here they seem annoyed to have to help me. They can never help with anything I need help with and they just want to sell you a new phone. Went to Verizon store in Batavia and they were able to help me right away.

I returned a phone when getting an upgrade...and my old phone never made it to Verizon...Now verizon is charging me for that phone.... Today marks one of many attempts to reach the store with no call back. Im appalled!Customer service in store was excellent but this is unacceptable. If I knew I would be charged for the Phone I would have kept it. This has been going on for at least 2 months with no resolution.

Kenny and JJ did everything they could for my phone. They solved problems that the corporate stores in Batavia or South Elgin couldnt deal with. I got GREAT customer service from them, would go here for my next phone! These guys are AMAZING!!!

I would like to give a big shout out to JJ for his great customer service. I broke my phone the other day and I have to have a working phone as I depend on it a lot for work. I cannot go a day without my phone it would mean loss of clients. I walked up to the door at 8pm on the nose and JJ invited us in even though he could have easily said they were closed. JJ spent at least an hour helping us and making sure we were taken care of. Thank you JJ we really appreciate your dedication to good customer service. We will certainly be going back to this location because of him.

Wow where do start. I was planning on adding a new line to my family plan in the upcoming weeks. On black Wednesday I left my phone at the office and could not get it until Friday. I decided it would be a good day to add a line because Im lost without my phone. I entered about an hour before they close and the salesman was with a customer. I wait for him to finish and he asked me what he could do for me. I tell him the story and how much I needed the phone. Then he asked me why I needed it and not in a helpful way but a suspicious way and that made me feel a little strange. I asked him if he had the note 4 in stock he says yes we have lots of them, getting ready for the holidays. He then told me about the edge plan and how it was a no brainer to just pay the extra thirty dollars a month for it. I told him thanks but no thanks because I was not comfortable with that and it worked out to more than full retail. He said ok and then went in to the back. When he came out he said sir actually I dont have the phone you want. I was shocked because he said they had tons of them. It was clear that he did not want me to sign a contract but instead do the edge plan. Maybe bigger commissions. It was horrible business practice. I will tell everyone I know about this experience. I was truly disgusted.

Terrible experience with this store. This is not a corporate verizon store so they have no accountability for their mistakes. They sold me a new galaxy and the next month I started getting notices I had to return my old device. I was specifically told by Carlos I would not have to turn it in. I still use my old phone and need a back up phone. Verizon billed me almost $250 for not turning in my old phone and when I went to the store they pretty much said it was not their problem. I had to call verizon about 10 times for over a month to get them to agree to take away the charge. I felt taken advantage of and got zero support from the store.

This store is not ethical in their practices - you will pay a surcharge for them setting up your phone. For us it was $40 per device. They are not a corporate store, however they do represent themselves as such. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I would give this store a 0, not a single store.
