Very friendly and very help highly recommended

Im tired of waiting for them to either switch or exchange my smart ride because they know they dont work on the impala 2003 and 2004 and I have been stuck and paying for them they told me that they are waiting for them to arrive but it has been way over a month so I went back to the store about 4days ago and they got on the phone like they always do! And told me that they waiting for an answer thru email and like I said that was 4days ago and I have received no call no answers and they wont switch them themselves with the one they got in the store, but yet every month they dont miss on charging me with these worthless smart rides! Please switch them with the new ones you have!!!

I am beyond satisfied with my experience here! Miguel was very helpful finding phones for the whole family and helping us get them set up. Our plan is super affordable and I have service everywhere. Highly recommend!

Miguel is awesome! I only like going in there when he is working. He always fixes what ever issues we have. Service isnt bad we normally get service where ever we are but every mobile carrier has issues.

Best service from the moment I walked in the door. Never felt pressured into buying anything just real feed back on the quality of the phones and i choose what i wanted. Shout out to Miguel for the great service!

The store is beautiful but the sale people obviously get paid on commission and are willing to tell you anything to make a sale. Be careful what you buy and dont fall for the upsales you can definitely get everything they offer at a fifth of the price on Amazon. I have had to take my phone in three times for repairs so I could get service on my phone and nothing works. I even put in a 128 gb sd card to transfer things to and that didnt work either ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

I am so grateful that Miguel is back in the store he knows what hes doing hes a great manager and Im so blessed to have him back

Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They also dont really bother you while your viewing there selection of phones and cases, but are happy to answer any questions. They also dont hard sell you like some phone store. They let you know your opinions and let you decide what you want from there. Only complaint is the parkings a little wierd but most is in Geneva.

Would like to apologise for my last review but was really upset with the customer service the the employee at this location cause Miguel tried his best! Thnx dude now Im sorry to say that miguel the person that I thought that wanted to help me it turns out that he gave me the run around for three weeks and never got any results with my smart ride he turned them off to switch them to new ones 3weeks they were off ones smart ride off 3weeks the other one a week and a half and I had to pay for them even when they were off until I got tired of the waiting and the lying so I just turned them in and had them taking off my account! So i just wish that if he doesnt know what his doing to even try man cause thats when you start lying to the customers and Im shore that the people that are giving 3 and 4 stars are because they havent really had a serious problem yet but I wish them luck!

Store opened late and had to wait for the person to turn things on and count the money...not good advertisement for the company. The person was very nice and knew their business once they got organized.

In this area metro sucks. Dead spots everywhere and data never works correctly. The stores are ran by kids that know nothing about their phones or the actual business. Id rather go back to straight talk
