Top notch people and care! Dr. Harry is the best. I had been told in the past that there was no help for my hearing loss, due to the type of hearing loss I had. Thankfully, I was encouraged to go see Dr. Harry and my life has changed completely!! Not only is he the nicest doctor, ever, but his detailed, personalized, concern and care, added life to my deteriorating world! His staff is also wonderful! Not only did they offer me the right hearing aids, to enrich my life, but they take the time to go over every little concern, to adjust the aids, after having tried them, and to offer other advice as well. He is very comprehensive, preparing me for what the world would sound like, thus helping me to adjust to the land of the hearing, since I had been warned to expect a culture shock!! I cant say enough good things about this doctor, and the staff at the Geneva office! I would highly recommend anyone who has been told they are a lost cause with their hearing problems, to go see Dr. Harry. You wont regret it, and it will change your life. Mine has been altered significantly. Being able to hear again, has also reduced my stress levels, improving my quality of life. Once again, thank you, Dr. Harry!!

When I went to Finger Lakes Hearing a couple of years ago, I really did not think I had much of a hearing issue. However, I found out how much I was not hearing. I now do not have to repeat what did you say a million times when someone was talking to me. Dr. Harry and his staff are great to work with. I purchase hearing devices for both ears and absolutely love them. Dr. Harry put me in the right type and they work wonders. Also, I never had to wait for my appointments as they are very prompt with their appointments. All of my interactions with Finger Lakes Hearing Center have been awesome. Their follow up is excellent as well. I would recommend them to anyone with hearing difficulty.

Very nice ppeople, good service. But, I bought hearing aids for $5900 and they charged me $10 for a hearing test. I thought that was odd.

Finger Lakes Hearing has helped my husband so much after his head injury!! They are the ones to bring any hearing questions to! I have seen them work with children to seniors all with patience and precision! We are so pleased with all the care we have had!

I am so glad I needed a hearing test and went to the Finger Lakes Hearing Center! My hearing test showed I have lost a lot of high frequencies. Dr. Harry suggested hearing aids. There was no “this is what you need to do”, simply expert guidance. I have been reluctant for years, but based on good information from the Todd I finally decided to try hearing aides.O . M . G. I have loved them from the first moment. I am a musician. For 20 years I have missed the proper balance of frequencies. I even discovered my own past CD mixes are all off. Music has opened up in a new way for me. I don’t want to listen without them.They are totally comfortable, and I just become unaware of them. I wear them all the time I’m awake. Batteries last a long time.A few times when I needed earplugs I tried to put them in only to quickly remember I was pushing them into my hearing aid.And I can hear people now when speaking to me, no more faking I heard them. I can adjust volume as needed for the situation.So, clearly, I’m a fan of hearing aids, and the Finger Lakes Hearing Center.

My Husband went to Finger Lakes Hearing Center for a constant squealing in his right ear. After extensive testing, he was diagnosed with pretty substantial hearing loss. He was fitted with hearing aids. He couldnt be happier, and the squealing is gone! Todd and the rest of the staff are wonderful to work with. We highly recommend them!
