I had a hearing aid through a different provider that never seemed to work for me despite biannual checkups and adjustments over 4 years. I’d even forget to put it in my ear since it made little difference. It quit working altogether back in May. I decided to try a different provider. I’m so grateful I went to Geneva Hearing Services. I’m so impressed with the technology and Maria’s dedication to assure complete satisfaction with the new hearing aid. I just got it yesterday, so I’m still learning all the features and adjusting to wearing a hearing aid again. I have no doubt that this time I’ll have a hearing aid that will work for me and improve my life experience!

My examination was entirely pleasant and informative. Staff made every effort to assure my comfort and everyone was warm and friendly. The doctor was pleasant, professional and after a brief social interaction proceeded with the exam and then reviewed/explained the results. Finally we discussed next steps . I was referred to Geneva Hearing by a friend who has been using their services for a long time. I had a similar situation she did with feedback in her hearing aid that Geneva Hearing was able to resolve for her. The clinic where I had bought my hearing aid tried as much as they thought they could, but could not fully resolve the issue. On my first visit I was pleasantly surprised the my nee audiologist, Lia, was able to fix the situation completely. No more sitting at my desk with surprise instances of squealing feedback. I then joined their adopt a hearing aid program where I was able to get programming changes, cleanings, and tepairs to my hearing aid as needed at the cost of a little over what programming would cost. Getting all the services is well worth the investment.The staff at Geneva Hearing are very friendly. Another difference with this practice is they take the time with their patients. They listen to you and work with you if you have an issue with your hearing aid. They are very accomodating if you have an emergency with your hearing aids. I highly recommend Geneva Hearing to everyone.

Very professional, I had my ears checked to see if I needed a cleaning and also did a hearing test. My ears were in good shape so there was no charge. My brother referred me here because they successfully cleaned a hard ear wax build up in his ear, now he can hear much better.

I have had TINNITUS for 5 years and went to 3 ENTs and 3 Audiologists with the same results-Yes you have TINNITUS and you have to learn to live with it there is no cure ! Great -well that news made my Tinnitus even worse.Then I met Dr. Morrison at Geneva Hearing Services, She is an expert in TINNITUS. The first thing she did was to explain what Tinnitus is and why we hear this noise thru a slide show she wrote herself-That was the first time anyone had explained the WHAT AND WHY, having this knowledge t made me feel better. Dr Morrison then tested my ears and for the first time measured the TINNITUS decibels . WOW was i impressed, she then redid my hearing aids and stated a specific noise background for my individual case .It has been a blessing- I am following her advice and already can deal with the TINNITUS much better .If anyone is dealing with this horrific noise --Come and see Dr. Morrison to obtain knowledge and hope .

My mother-in-law Jean was visiting us from Arizona to celebrate her 100th Birthday. She wasnt wearing her (much needed) hearing aid because she said it hurt. Having dealt with GHS for 5 years when MY Mom was a resident at Brighton Gardens, we called for an emergency appointment. Rich saw Jean that same day - he immediately saw the problem & fixed it. (In non-technical terms, the ear piece was too big causing pressure & needed to be shaved down a bit). I have been relying on Geneva Hearing Services for my hearing needs for ten or eleven years now and I am completely satisfied. I am on my second set of hearing aids and cant imagine being without them. I make my appointments with Richard Bicbic primarily because he was the first person I saw and he has always been a pleasure to deal with. He knows his work and can explain it. That said, Im sure the other audiologists do just as good a job but, after all these years, Im used to dealing with Rich.And one last point for anybody who suspects they might need hearing aids. Geneva Hearing can test your hearing to ascertain which frequencies are weak and program hearing aids to beef up those frequencies. Be prepared to be amazed.
