The secretary and audiologist are very knowledgeable, friendly, and want the customer to hear well. The audiologist will show comparisons between different models with cost factors and what works best for the customer’s finances. I highly recommend the Hearing Lab site in Geneva, IL. Purchased aids from this location. Excellent service. Would recommend this Hearing Lab location to all. Tim, their Audiologist, is outstanding. They are at a great location and quite easy to find. I have had my aids for 3+ years now, and I am quite satisfied with them. The service there is outstanding whenever I go in for my regular checkups. Tim always does whatever he can to help make the visit a good experience.
