As soon as we signed the paperwork EVERYTHING went downhill from there! For reference we bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue May 1, 2021. After signing it was close to their closing time so copies of all paperwork were not given to us on a flash drive as they specified. We had to call multiple times to have them mailed to us. After purchasing we were told our tags/license plate would be sent to us in about 2-4weeks. Two months and two expired tag tickets later and STILL no tags/plates. We called multiple times and FINALLY got someone on the phone and the said we needed to get an inspection done and send it to them. Fine, but we were NEVER told this prior. We get the inspection done and send it to 3 different people and still no response, and it’s been a whole month! We are still till this day calling and leaving voicemails that are NEVER returned and sending emails that are NEVER replied to in order to get the status of our tags/plates since we’ve submitted our inspection. I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN

I normally dont do reviews. Ive never felt the need to. But after my experience at Criswell Nissan dealership. Working with James Cook from financing Corey Poole from sales.I simply had to let everyone know how amazing awesome they are..I was sick of other dealerships saying. I can get you done and Dont or Cant. So by the time i finally decided to give Criswell dealership a shot I was fed up. But my experience at Criswell was a up and down roller coaster ride. NOT..... by anything that they did.It was because by the time i decided to give Criswell a chance. I was completely fed up. I wanted what I wanted knowing that i had credit issues and then some.But when I tell you James Cook always stayed Calm Patient, Respectful, Humble with me I know my deal was difficult....He listen he got me to see my situation realistically and got my deal done.I highly recommend Criswell Excellent customer service. Simply The BEST.I would recommend everyone Im so HAPPY plus my car was DELIVERED TO ME..

We had an amazing experience at Criswell Nissan. We came in early with our 3 month old and were in and out with a new car in record time. Marshall was our sales rep and not only was he fun to work with, but he was extremely kind and worked with management to get us a great deal on our trade-in. The GM also came and greeted us and thanked us for our service in the military and was also very nice. Leo helped us with the finance portion and understood what we wanted and had us wrapped up quickly. Highly recommend Criswell Nissan and make sure to ask for Marshall! Definitely the best experience we’ve ever had at a car dealership.

DO NOT buy a car from here!!!! I am now involving a lawyer due to them not fixing a simple mistake that they are failing to fix. I am beyond furious with this awful dealership! It has now been 8 MONTHS dealing with this mess. I bought my car 8 months ago from them. For the 1st 4 months I had the run around due to the one office lady Bianca who did not listen or respect my wishes. I told her literally more than 16 times that I did NOT want new tags. I still had a year & a half left on my tags out of 2 years. That’s just unnecessary to do & spend money on. She left the spot blank for transferring my tags, new tags, etc option. I got a card in the mail stating my new tags were ready to be picked up. Mind you I live 2 hours away. After 4 months of a run around they refunded the money back to me for those new tags. Last week I was hit & I found out that my tags aren’t registered to the car I bought from them after I thought it was all finally taken care of. Nope. This whole mess could have been avoided if they would have just listened to me & respected my decision 8 MONTHS AGO! So I called the dealership & they hung up on me TWICE!!! They told me they are no longer speaking to me & I have yet to even receive an apology for them messing up let alone them even trying to fix the mistake. This is beyond ridiculous. I will see y’all in court. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!!!

He was also very knowledgeable about the mechanics of my vehicle and helped me to understand my pathfinder in new ways and clear up any confusion that I had before I walked in.

Service was great but policies differed from the local Nissan dealership I usually attend closer to where I live. My reward points were not allowed to be applied to my total bill to reduce it as I rightfully earned those points to do so. I was told not all dealerships sign up for the program which seems misleading to nissan customers. Furthermore one other issue I ran into that I usually dont is that there was a 3% fee to pay with credit card which tacked on another $50 I had to spend which was double frustrating since I was notified I couldnt use my reward pojts either. This dealership seems more about making a profit rather than leaving customers satisfied with their services.

I was told my paint issue would be addressed only to have the dealership go back on their word. Were talking about maybe $20 in raw material to patch the paint, I shouldnt have to fight for it after having bought a brand new car. Sales rep Marshall was great, James was also very friendly.

It was all great in the beginning. I have purchased two vehicles in the last two years and I was told I would get a year of free service. After my second trip to get service done, I was told I had to pay. The salesman tell you what you want to hear before they sell you the car. Make sure they write and sign everything they promise you. Not satisfied at all.

I came to get a recall item on my car fixed and then was attempted to be upsold and recommend items not needed. I was told I needed the timming cover replaced cvt fluid changed front control arms replaced and brake flush totaling 5000 dollars went to a second mechanic and was told i didnt need any of those things dont go here they are trying to scam

I wish I could give them 0 stars. DO NOT GO HERE if you are buying a used car. The managers are horrible, do not care and will tell you or promise you anything to make the sale, but will not fix your car if you have any issues. The General Manager Gene is horrible and doesn’t know how to talk to people and shouldn’t be managing anything. He has horrible customer service skills and management skills.

Service tech was great. It all went to hell when I saw the cashier/invoice. Getting charged an extra $10 fee on top of the marked up prices, just to use a credit card, and then getting hanged up on 3 times when I call to question the $40 worth of invalid charges for hazardous waste disposal. (Nothing was disposed of)Nickel and diming customers is the only way they know how to do business.Go somewhere else unless you have money to burn

I’ve been taking my Nissans to Criswell for service going on 15 years. My experience has always been generally positive, but the last few years it’s gotten even BETTER! Pull into the bay, and someone is there to greet you and take your car in a matter of seconds. Clear and often communication means I never get a surprise bill at the end of the service. And recently, when I have to wait on my vehicle, different service members have noticed my laptop and work bag and have offered me an empty office to work and take calls in. To me, that experience has exceeded every expectation. I feel like they care about me as well as my ride!

Came for service. First time here since moving into the area. I expect good service hence the “met my expectations.” Deuce, the advisor, was personable, pleasant and helpful.I have to admit that the showroom personnel were equally helpful, stopping to ask if I needed anything as I walked around in between waiting for my vehicle. Edwin specifically took time to show me the vehicles I inquired about. The wait was a little longer than anticipated but all in all, a very satisfactory visit.

Ericka originally quoted me a price of $380 and told me that the part was in stock. After waiting an hour, she came back to tell me that she’d been given the wrong price, that it would actually be $1800, and that the part would not be in until tomorrow. She gave me a 20% discount and a free rental for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. When I returned to pick it up, Ericka told me that Criswell would cover the cost of the part and only charged me for an hour of labor. What a great surprise! I’ve always had good service at Criswell Nissan, but this was the best! Customer for life!

Crooks.This shop tried to quote me for $2k worth of repairs to my vehicle based on a sound they said they heard (that I have never heard myself). We tried asking if they were sure of the exact problem vs a different component and the rep tripped all over himself explaining that it was this specific (expensive) component. I took it to a different Nissan dealership for a second opinion and they didn’t find any issue. Don’t trust this place, they’re trying to scam money from people who don’t know cars.

Terrible service department. Unreliable and will not get work done in time. Dropped my car off on a Monday at 7:30am for a simple oil change and inspection. Technician found another issue with the car (as usual... they are always out to get extra $) and needed to keep the car for a day to order parts. Came up with excuses and two days later still do not have my car. No courtesy vehicle offered and non sense explanation for the delay. NEVER GO HERE.

I’m driving back home with my family on my brand new Nissan Leaf. I don’t have much juice left so I looked for a Nissan dealership. When I pulled to the charger the General Manager yelled at me to get out right now because I didn’t bought a car from them. He said he is paying the electric bill. I told him I will buy another Leaf from him but he told me it’s $50,000. I will just buy a Tesla then. He was yelling in front of my kids. What a shame. He doesn’t have an idea who is he talking to. I’m the one who is in charge for purchasing cars to one of the biggest company in Metro D.C. We are talking about at least 15 cars annually.

I intended to leave a review months ago but felt it was best not to do so in the midst of frustration. I’m no longer frustrated or insulted as I ultimately went on to purchase a Toyota RAV4 that I love opposed to the Nissan Kicks I went to view. The salesmen & finance manager were excellent. However, months later I still find myself flabbergasted by the deplorable customer service skills exhibited by the General Manager Gene Lopez. The signature in the promotional email recently blasted before the Memorial holiday weekend states “I Promise you an easy and hassle-free buying experience.” Which couldn’t be further from the truth.I stopped by this dealership late 2020 as I was in the market to trade in my current Nissan and purchase another. I’ve spent the better part of the last decade in banking, more specifically lending so I am well versed in the way the car buying process works. I’ve also worked with the public for quite some time and I pride myself on maintaining a degree of respect for those I service.Mr. Lopez insisted on sitting in the lobby while discussing personal information about potential customers such as their credit scores and income. I was kept abreast of confidential information about the customers in the lobby thanks to Mr. Lopez. Additionally I was accused of lying about the interest rate I was able to secure the elsewhere (as he believed I was out of earshot) & he “didn’t understand why I didn’t apply with said institution first”. For clarity, I came directly to the source because when I purchased my previous Nissan in 2016, I secured the 0% promotion for new purchases by financing through Nissan. I was hoping to do the same as a return customer, it was unnecessary to frivolously submit multiple loan applications if it could be honored. If not, I would’ve happily gone to said institution and returned with the check.Since time has passed, I hope Mr. Lopez has improved or at least selected a corner office to berate clientele from, out of earshot. Otherwise he’s doing a disservice to his amazing staff.Also - I’ll be opting out of the promotional e-mails. I love my Rav4, my rate, & the experience was top notch at Len Stoler Lexus.

They had to order a part the first time I brought the car in. I waited at the cashiers for about 20 minutes to pick up the un-repaired car. When I brought it back after the part arrived, I was told it would be ready that afternoon. It wasnt. When I came to pick up the car the next day, they hadnt credited me with the $120 I paid for the part, and I waited longer than I expected for the car, given that they were already a day late.Edited to add: This was an exception. Usually, Criswells service is top-notch, and everything runs smoothly. Because of their good service, and the quality of the car, my Altima looks and runs exactly like it did the day I drove it off the lot in 2005. So, unless its stolen, or run over by a steam roller, I wont be buying another car for quite a while. When I do, it will be a Nissan, and it will be from Criswell.

Horrible service department. I took the Nissan that we purchased from Criswell to their service department for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They damaged one of my tires during the tire rotation. They ignored my complaints. When they finally agreed to look at it, they claimed all four tires needed changing despite only 33K miles on them. Do NOT take your vehicle to Criswell service. Avoid Criswell like the plague! They are not honest.

I made an appointment on Saturday for Monday at 5:20 and when I get there, they tell me they don’t take appointments after 5 and the customer service agent might have made a mistake. I thought I was coming for my car inspection and it’s just annoying that I couldn’t receive the service I made an appointment for. Not blaming anyone but maybe they should get better at communicating and organizing appointments. Also, the person didn’t even care to apologize or anything. Honestly I won’t be coming back here.

This used to be my go to Nissan Dealership for getting my maintenance and servicing done. I was helped this time by Garo Avanessi who did an excellent and prompt job on getting my car serviced and a few parts changed. The one star is for the extra $37 surcharge I was charged for using my credit card as payment? I was not notified of this before paying that they levy 3% convenience fee for card payment. When I found out later it was actually a surcharge for credit card payments and said I wanted to cancel the payment and pay using my debit card instead I was told it’s not possible and that 3% is not much? Never heard of this before and I felt like I was blindsided. Made me think of all the previous times I was charged this ‘convenience fee’ before. I dont think I’ll go back to this dealership anymore.

Yes the staff is friendly and try to help as best they can however the car is junk! I have had it for 7 months now and I have nothing but complaints about the car. I scheduled an appointment to have my car (2014 Nissan pathfinder) serviced (60,000 miles) at Criswell on Tuesday September 29th at 9:00AM. The service advisor who greeted me was fine and provided an estimate and told me that my car would be ready in 1.5 to 2 hours and they would text (to the provided cell number) when my car was ready. My car needed an oil change (reminder service came on in my dashboard, but opted not to have it done at Criswell. At 12:07PM after not hearing from Criswell, I called for status and was told that the Service Advisor would call me back within an hour. At 2:47PM after not receiving any call from Nissan, I called back and was told that they were busy and the service advisor would call me back with an update. I told the person that answered the call that I was provided that same information and I did not receive a call. They then told me that my car would be ready by 3:00PM (instead of the 10:30 to 11:00AM I was initially told). This caused a lot of issues as I needed to now use my sisters car to pick up my children and get them home for virtual lessons. I understand that they had a lot of clients in that day, but having scheduled an appointment with me, they should have honored their obligations. When I then tried to ruch before closing to pick up my car by 7:00PM, the paperwork had not been entered into the system and so I couldnt immediately close out with the cashier. There was very little customer service offered to me that day. And to add insult to injury, someone at Nissan went into my settings and now the service information for my oil change was not on my dash board (they did not perform an oil change so there was no need to mess with my settings.Service that I was told would have taken 1.5 to 2 hours ended up taking 5 hours with no one calling and proving any information to me. Bad customer service.

At first the quote was 69.95. I walked away paying nearly 1,600. But I know to expect everything to cost so much more than I think it should. Spark plugs at nearly 600? I have changed enough of them in my youth to be appalled by this. I just assume you have lift the engine block to get to them.Bottom line, the truck is running well. Thank you.

They had the exact car that I wanted and the car was in mint condition! My salesman, Wayne Crab, was super knowledgeable and informative on not just the car that I purchased, but other cars on the lot as well. The financial manager, Micheal, was very patient with us and our demands the whole way through and because of him I was able to leave with the car that I wanted wanted. I had a very good experience and I feel confident going back to Criswell if I need any maintenance or service work done.

Garo was so kind during my 100k mile check up. He not only answered all of my questions, but my dad’s as well. He was patient and gladly explained everything to both of us. My car needed parts that had to be ordered, and Garo offered me a loaner car which was very kind and thoughtful. He even texted me during the day to give me updates about my vehicle. The whole staff was very friendly. Not to mention the mechanic did a great job. Can’t wait to bring my car back for regular maintenance!

If you need a car, PLEASE go to Kevin Daniels. He is seriously the best. He really does advocate for you and your needs. At first, we left just because we didn’t think we could sign at the price initially offered, but Kevin kept working. He called within a few hours with a new price and we accepted right away. He helped set everything up, including insurance. I would buy every car from him.

I drop my vehicle off at Criswell, cause I had changed my tires elsewhere and there were some noise around the tires and Both the tire lights and engine lights where on. I drop the vehicle off, and was given a courtesy vehicle. Got an initial estimate from my service adviser Jerry. For a drive shaft replacement= labor 158.56, parts, 845.79, Oil. Change 29.05, Labor $18.75. Replace Antenna 158.56 bringing my total to $$1,326.Then he called and said they realized the tires needed sensors so he will be sending another estimate, including the sensors & he did! That estimate break down was; driveshaft; labor;159.56, parts750.00, sensors installed;89.97, parts 390.00, oil change 47.80 total 1,562.80. I then said I do have my parts for the antenna I had ordered & will drop it off. He later said the antenna wasn’t the right fit. And I declined the overpriced antenna service. After said interaction I couldn’t get hold of the service mgr, left countless msgs on their phone with zero response. I decided to go in on Monday to know what was going on; Amazingly the mgr had quit. I was slap with a bill of $1,318.80 for the shaft replacement labor 170, parts 1,127.72,Oil change 38, rental of 360. The sensors & antenna was not done. It was a huge argument back & forth with mgr Jim, & his accomplices he later demanded that I should pay 1,051. For just the shaft & oil change. In all of this negotiations there was not for once an apology 4 all the inconsistencies I had been through, not a single remorse. Now my antenna that I provided to Jerry that was confirmed by the dealership technicians were never found, they promised to call back about the antenna they never did, I expected that. All of this is simply because I was black & have an accent, which is usually the gateway 4 all the levels of advantages & nepotism. Now I was hoping to find time to deal with this issue, but to get an email about an hour ago of an estimate of from James Macmillan to the biggest fool of a customer they assumed they ever had a total of $432. For the antenna replacement (Antenna base $272, Antenna rod, 95, labor 65). Not to even mention what happened to my antenna they claim to have misplaced. If you are black, brown, with accent please, please avoid this dealership. I am going to attach docs of said episode.

My salesman was professional and knowledgeable. Financing was pretty simple and quick, the whole transaction took a little over 3 hours. My last car buying experience took almost an entire day at another dealership. The only negative thing I have to say is that I had to ask about the wheel locks which were in the paper work for the car but were not on the car.
