I love this gas station. Employees are always so nice to me and my son and Ive never been disappointed

The gas price are same as other gas stations in this part of Germantown. The Subway sandwich place at this location had closed early on two days I went. The manager was rude when I asked why they close and at what time they close.During the gas shortage 3 weeks ago this station was a mess with lot of cars in different queues. Could have improved this.

I understand the stressful times we are in but it is no excuse for being rude and disrespectful. An older “gentleman” with glass was so cold towards me that I will never come here again. All I did was ask do you accept Apple Pay and he gave me an attitude as if I did something to him. I was still respectful to him but I made up my mind at that moment. The lady was nice but still - her co-worker made the experience so awful.

This is just a typical small gas station. Its fine if you are just stopping to grab some gas and go on your way. The staff is fine, not warm and inviting but they do their job. There is a subway inside this location that usually decides to close when they arent busy. The food has always seemed fresh.The gas station also has a tire air pump available, it functions properly and there usually isnt a wait to use it. The gas prices seem comparable to other stations in the area so if Im closest to this one I usually just stop in quick.The plaza also includes a dentist and nail salon.

I often use this gas station without issue but went in to get my daughter a sub at subway today. The sub was fine but when I asked for a cup for water they said they do not provide fountain water. I don’t think I have ever been to an establishment in America (overseas sometimes it is unsafe to drink the tap water so I have encountered this because everyone HAS to buy water) that serves food but doesn’t offer tap water with the food. I spoke to the assistant manager who said I could use ice and the hot water but would be charged 25 cents for the cup. I was not interested in paying even 25 cents for hot(?!) water. I’ll be rerouting to get gas somewhere else. Customer service can go a long way to keeping customers.

The price for gas us typical but dont go there for air or vacumning. These spaces are nasty. The garbage cans are over flowed. Half of the air escapes from the air pump. Clearly they get slot of customers and dont maintain the equipment.

I visit nearly everyday, to make a purchase (mostly smokes), there is one lady who is the rudest for no apparent reason. In fact she is so rude I have now decided not to patronize this place anymore. On my last visit she snatched my money out of my hand causing the coins to fall across the counter and she failed to give me my change. Although it was only one cent.

Depends on who you dealing with sometimes service is good

Always the price is the best.
