Ethan was so kind and friendly so come out to my car and clean up some diesel I spilled because I was using the wrong nozzle. He took the time to make sure it was all cleaned up with soap and water. I really appreciate the time he took to clean up my mess! Thank you Ethan!

Cool looking on the outside. But inside its very small and cramped. For Kwik Trip standards its a touch below. But still a better Gas station / convince store than another normal place.

Went to this location today and the stench inside was absolutely disgusting. Sussex kwik trip is the best.

Okay, so I witnessed a very gross customer sneeze all over the hot dog tray, so I told the front cashier and im proud to say less than 30 seconds they immediately took care of the situation by taking off all the tainted food threw it away and taking apart the machine and cleaning it. Very impressed.

Should be called SlowTrip. Gas pumps are extremely slow, about one gallon per minute.

My mom left her credit card in a pump. We called and Ethan ran out, checked the pumps and found the card and held it for us until we got there.I’ll buy gas there every time I’m in the area!

Germantown’s KwikTrip does not care about their customers with underlying conditions, and clearly the management is “okay” with a creating an environment inside their store where people who have asthma, diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure etc may be exposed to COVID19. I will never give this company my money again.They are not enforcing the Wisconsin mask mandate at all. A short, 10 minute observation while in the parking lot of the Germantown KwikTrip showed just under 50% of customers went into and came out of the store without a mask. Disgusting.

I stop here somewhat regularly because its close to my house. This morning I stopped because I was low on bread and they make the softest white bread. And its also on sale right now for 49 cents. They were pleasant and really on top of everything. There were smoothies premade by the register and the cashier asked if Id like one or a frappe, which shows she was doing her job upselling available items that are on sale. Plus made them easily available. She was friendly and also fast. Usually Kwik Trip has good customer service and a great selection of items but it just felt like they were on their A game today. I also know that there are other Kwik Trips in the area where the customer service can be disappointing, to say the least. I just wanted to show appreciation for having a really good experience. Ill definitely be back.

Love this place! Friendly staff and good sandwiches. They offer a special price on refills, but I didnt have one of their cups. The clerk informed me that if I brought in a crock pot, they would refill that. He said they arent picky about the container. 😁

Great gas station.Decent variety of hot food that is always fresh. They always have fresh food(fruit and meat) that is nice to grab quick on the run. I often stop in for coffee and a breakfast sandwich.Only drawback to this location is they have single bathrooms.2 bay Car wash, air, vacuum, public restroom.

Literally had nothing I was looking for. Came in looking for 5 things and everything was empty :/ 1st time Kwik Trip has ever disappointed me

My battery died in the parking lot of this particular store. It was extremely cold and I was about 45 minutes from home. I went in and asked if there was anything they could do to help, and Dustin said he would use his personal vehicle to jump my battery. Not only did he freeze out in the parking lot with me, but when it became apparent that my alternator was the problem... He gave me a ride to the parts store so I could buy a battery to at least get home. I did make it home, and plan to replace the alternator tomorrow. If it wasnt for Dustins help, my night would have been a very unpleasant experience.Thanks again, and Ill be sure to stop in and say hi the next time Im in Germantown.

Always clean. Always friendly. Whether youre just here for gas or getting something to eat, Kwik Trip is a safe bet. Seconds off the freeway and great daily hot food specials.

Stop for a breakfast sandwich around 5 AM just to find out they had none. I was told by an employee that I needed to wait 5 to 10 minutes. He didnt even look at me but just walked to the register while the other employee ask why the manager wasn’t there. Most likely I will never stop in this location again.

I love Kwik Trip ... I know every location from Germantown to Hudson. Always smiling employees; theres always fresh and extensive snack and convience options. This location just added the meat cooler. I know Kwik Trip will have clean bathrooms and stocked shelves. Given the option, Id never purchase fuel anywhere else.

Heading northbound its the first Kwik Trip past Milwaukee making it a good pit stop. Always clean with friendly staff which is consistent with their other stores.

Too small. the location is very convenient for me, but I can never get on a pump. Inside is dark and cramped. Unpleasent to shop in. I only go if I have to.

First rate, great hot food, clean, everything I could want from a gas station.
