I dont usually do this. We are travelling from TX. I have a paralyzed vocal cord from having covid last summer. I went in your store yesterday. I was helped by the nicest person I have come in contact with my entire vacation!!! So extremely patient with trying to hear me n help me! I wish I had gotten his name. Store was very clean and very busy. He treated everyone with kindness n respect!!! Even this 70 year old lady with with a bad voice! Kudos!! If he is not manager, he certainly should be. Thank u for listening. May God Bless!
The staff here is very helpful and nice and I’m glad they got rid of the ones they don’t like to work and likes to lock the door on customers when we need gas at it’s around 2pm when this is happening.. but they don’t want work that old staff would lock the door so they wouldn’t want help The customers and also the outside needs to be cleaned it be paper and trash everywhere and some of the pumps don’t work and you can’t see how much gas your pumping they need to upgrade those pumps because I know this company is making lots of money and won’t update the pumps just because it’s in a black neighborhood doesn’t mean we don’t like things right and clean I support your company and many others do as well so clean up your investment take some pride in it! This makes your company look bad because your builds in the white neighborhoods look so much better 👀
You can see an Exxon across the street but dont be tempted. Mapco has better gas prices, better fountain drink prices. Better snack prices. Equally crappy beer selection. Way easier to exit than Exxon. Friendly homeless population. Best staff ever especially once you go regularly enough. They are hilarious!
Worst customer service they towed my car and won’t give me tow information
Only one employee who took about 10 minutes to ring up the guy ahead of mes 49 lottery tickets. Then, while a sizable line formed, the guy told her he only had 42 tickets and not the 49 he wanted, which caused her to begin to cry uncontrollably. She continued sobbing while she assisted me. Pretty sure she was a meth addict. May God be with her.
Friendly staff!!! Store is usually quite busy, but the clerks always do their best to take care of the customers as quickly as possible without being rude or act like youre a burden.
Maps shows this store is open 24 hrs. Im an Uber driver and stopped by at 2AM and there were 2 employees inside, but they were waving everyone off saying were closed. This is Bad Business on Mapcos behalf. If youre Not open 24 hrs then dont advertise you are. There are people driving to make extra income, and you are wasting our time with your false 24 schedule.
Slow! During the lunch time when everywhere is busy, they have one cashier!
The market area is very clean, coffee hot, decent folks at checkout. The parking lot is another thing. There always seems to be shady people in and around the pumps ranging from panhandlers on- foot or those that need gas money or just generally what folk. The area lighting leaves many dark corners around the building and dark alley behind the building (between businesses). Unless its broad daylight, we dont go. When its a complete necessity, we begrudgingly pump a little gas and get out of Dodge.
On Thursday April 14, 2016 at 4:15 pm, my 16-year-old daughter attempted to buy some gas for her nearly empty car using her last $4.00. After she paid the clerk, the pump failed to operate properly. After trying several times and asking the clerk for help, she still couldnt get the pump to work. When she asked the clerk for her money back, the clerk refused. My daughter left the station with no gas in the car and no money. Terrible customer service.
The Coffee is always fresh, and an array of creamers. The staff is always courteous. I Love this MAPCO.
Gas is posted as 2.27 really is 2.57. Of course they dont honor their posted pricing. Be wary.
Incredible employees. Theyre very helpful and kind.
A few of the employees are way too lazy and way too rude. The lottery machines are “broken” when some of the cashiers are busy, but make a miraculous recovery when business is slow. Most recent “broken machine” attempt to purchase lottery tickets was at 1:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve (2017).The parking lot is cramped, awkward and dangerous as well.
This store as a nice attendant and also a clean bathroom that works and the store seems to be nice also. We all know how much a rarity this is in Memphis.
With the Kroger gas station opening up, I see no reason to use this station. I have never filled up here without some sort of issue. The past two times (with time between), the pumps have been malfunctioning.
Good staff, like to buy lottery tickets.
Brian is a joke. Hire people who have one ounce of common sense.
Closed at 3 when they are 24 hours employee inside waving all the customers away very unprofessional i will be contacting corporate this is the only open gas station near me i work 3rd shift very inconvenient
Overpriced but generally not as badly as some of the others around, and fairly pleasant otherwise.
Anna is a good worker and friendly
Best coffee in the mourning kudos Anna
Friendly staff usually but parking lot can get crazy at lunch time and after normal work hours 4-5 oclock.
Unfriendly staff, sometimes machines are buggy, awkwardly cramped parking.
Polite employees
Everyone was ok..
