All American window and door was great to work with. I recently had my casement window replaced and questioned a trim issue. They came out and took care of the trim that exceeded my expectations.Recently I had an issue with a window that all American installed years ago for the previous owner. They came out and honored the warranty without question. I was blown away that they took care of the issue! This is a great company to work with, I would highly recommend them for any home improvement!

We could not be happier with the service and quality we received from All American Window and door. Karen in the showroom was so pleasant to deal with. She got us set up with our sales rep and explained the process. Karen even called when our projects were done to make sure we were satisfied. Our sales rep Cody was very professional and presented all of the information we needed about the windows/door. A time line and process was clearly explained. Both projects were done perfectly and on time. The project lead Adam and his crew were professional and did a great job on the installation. The area was cleaned up before leaving. Adam went through the mechanics of the windows before he left just to be sure we knew how everything worked and made sure all of our questions were answered. We already have our next patio door ordered and will continue to use All American for all of our projects.

I was looking to replace all of the windows in my home and tried many different places. All American had the product I wanted with the best price. After ordering the windows you are given a packet and in that packet it states what to expect, how to prepare for window installation, and how the install process works. After a couple of months my windows finally came in. I got a call to schedule my time and before you know it the project was underway! I could not be happier with the results. The installers came ON TIME every day, were super friendly and made a lot of funny jokes which made the process even better! They communicated VERY CLEARLY to me where they would be working, what had to be moved, and what to expect. The job did take a little longer but that was due to the fact that my home had the original windows from when it was built, which was 1956. Trust me, those old windows were in horrible shape! There was one area where I had tiled up around a window and was obviously nervous that with the window coming out it would crack up the tile. Not a scratch nor crack happened. They took the time to make sure everything went as seamless as possible. I want to thank All American for the great customer service and amazing new windows!! With shortages of everything, including windows, they kept me informed as much as possible and were always friendly on the phone or via email! Thank you to the installers who had to bear the hot days and me asking too many questions during the install! I would recommend All American to anyone who is looking to redo their windows or doors!

We had a few doors installed and a new window by All American. Generally speaking the price was lower than some other competitors and the doors/window appear to be installed fine. (Although Im writing this the day they finished their work so I cannot speak to its longevity/durability). Thats the only reason this gets a 2 star instead of 1.Main issues were the installers and the communication of what was needed. We thought the installers were incredibly rude, they didnt properly communicate needs for electric/plumbing (which led to multiple plumbing visits and caused weeks delay in project), and nothing was explained about use/function of the doors or windows. Installers also worked very short days - working perhaps only 3-4 hours and then leaving. I certainly dont know what else is on their schedule so perhaps they had to get to another job. But it was frustrating to have work that could have been completed in a day spread out to 2 or 3 days.When various issues were raised with the installers they were not apologetic or understanding. Rather, they were very confrontational in their response and completely denied any shortcomings on their end. We spoke to a manager who wouldnt offer any sort of apology or discount/refund.My wife and I are doing fairly extensive renovation in our house right now. Bottom line is that the installers from All American were by far the most unprofessional and rude of all the contractors we have worked with.

Matt was so friendly and helpful when he recently came over to sell me my new sliding patio doors! The installation crew did an amazing job installing it and I absolutely love it. There’s no more drafts or broken screen. They did my windows for years ago and I still love my new windows! Everybody from the woman who answers the phone to the sales people to the installers are very professional and great to work with. I highly recommend All American Windows - Germantown Mequon Road.

Went with them because they were local, had good reviews and they were able to do all the work needed versus other installers. This was supposed to be done back in December before winter break and our colder/snowy weather. The date came around and they never acquired our building permit from the village. So, this pushed us back weeks into late January due to our availability (as we had planned on mid december) The window itself was great, but it seems that their ability to do the construction and finishing aspect of it was a struggle. Had to have a second guy come out and fix the mudding/painting after the first gentleman did not do finish quality work. It looks very nice now, but upon putting our outlet covers on, we discovered that they did not reinstall the electrical boxes correctly (as in attaching them to the stud so they would be the correct depth and the drywall would fit around as it should). Infact my father who is an electrician pointed it out in passing when they were reinstalling the drywall and the gentleman assured us that the drywall was not installed/screwed in all the way yet and that it would all be correct once he did that. Well, he put the outlet covers on the first time after finishing.... The second time the guy left them off due to the wet paint and my husband said they are loosely and unsafely on now because of the depth. As well as it can be seen from the picture how the hole was cut to large in places for the cover to hide. BUT we signed the completion order without realizing this so its on us for not checking unfortunately. As a homeowner, you really try, but there has to be a certain level of trust in the person/company hired that they know what they are doing and have shown a history of success. Honestly, it all just seemed like this was out of their scope as I think they usually do not have to relocate windows and close up walls in this capacity.

Installation crew and widows are awesome!There are 2 ways to meet your neighbors, buy a big friendly dog or have new windows installed Everyone is complimenting on how nice the new windows look.

Ive been waiting over a month to get screens fixed. Summer will be over by the time I get them fixed.

I purchased a new front door and storm door. It keeps my front entry way much warmer and more comfortable. The added light is very nice as well. I would recommend them to anyone. The salesman was not pushy at all which i liked. The installer did a great job and they even cleaned up the mess really well.

Purchased a new storm door that stays closed, can be locked and unlocked easily, keeps in the draft and looks beautiful to boot. Very impressed with the entire experience. Cody is wonderful to work with!

We had several windows replaced several years ago. A few of the screens developed holes. I called recently regarding this issue. Was told told due to the Covid-19 screening material was backordered but will call us when available for free replacement.

We have used All American Window and Door at our previous house in Franklin. They did an amazing job and if we had any concerns they were happy to come out and take a look. We are excited to have them come back to our new house and do the windows there.

I am a returning customer. They replaced all my windows with high-energy efficiency windows back in 2010, and it dropped my utility costs considerably. Now they are replacing my front door and storm door. It was easy to pick style, colors, and hardware and see the choices on a computer that generated the final look! Everyone is courteous, conscientious, and professional! You wont be disappointed with the stellar rating and the savings.

We meet with Megan at the State Fair in 2018 and since then we had a window in our living room replaced and 11 windows in a rental property. The whole experience was wonderful. They are very friendly and the install went great in both instances. We love our new windows.

Friendly salesmen and was in the middle as far as price quotes went for the work. The glass itself is nice and looks good. Insulation was a nightmare with missing permits delaying the install, the 2 day job ended up being 3 full days, then had to come back and fix things on day 4 for the installation. Its still not perfect as far as trim and finish details go. I would recommend them for a window, but hesitate on the install part.

We had our first windows done in 2008 replacing the contractor windows from 1991. The windows are double hung and right from the installation were a vast improvement from the original windows. The quality and ease of cleaning were superior. A few years later replaced the remaining double hungs with casements and a picture window. Again a vast improvement. There was a problem with a defect in the picture window which they took care of promptly with a new window installation. Service and workmanship were good.

All American Window installed 5 new windows in two days while maintaining high standards for quality and workmanship. I plan on calling them for my next project.

All American just completed our 6th installation. We have lots of windows and do a few each year. We keep going back to them because they are a joy to work with, priced competitively and do excellent work. The installers are efficient, well mannered and clean up completely when they complete the job. Weve used the life time warranty once and they replaced a patio door quickly and without hesitation. I will continue to use All American Window until all our windows have been replaced.

4 stars for now, only because there were some screws missing, and we have to wait for install to be finished. I fully expect to add a star when that happens.The doors came earlier than we expected!Aaron and Jim were excellent at their job, and managed to install the doors despite freezing temps.Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, polite.Adding the 5th star, and I would add a 6th if I could. Today Nate came as promised and fixed the missing screws. Megan kept us in the loop with when order was placed, and when Nate would arrive.Awesome service!!

Its been over 5 years since we purchased all new windows and new siding for our house from All American Window & Door Co. The windows are absolutely fabulous! Recently a piece of our wide, dark green trim came loose and was flapping in the wind. I simply emailed All American Window and Door Co, set up a time for the repair, and they replaced the trim all the way around that window at no charge. Pretty impressive that I wasnt even charged a trip charge for the this short repair considering I live in Watertown - thats over an hour away from where theyre located in Germantown! Im so glad we did our research and selected a company that not only has great products but also stands by their work with excellent customer service.

About 2 1/2 years ago, my dad had a entry door installed on our house for over $4,000 and found it not plumb in any way, shape or form. When a representative came to check out the issue, there was a debate on whether it was plumb or not (even though we used a plumb bob). He would not even give his name after leaving and we had to call the company to get it. To this day the door is incredibly difficult to open and shut, requiring a hard shove every time we want to get in and out. It is a shame to tell visitors to pull harder when they want to leave, because the door is so shabby. Old door was much better!^no additional service appointments will be called upon^

I had windows and a patio door installed on 25 April 2016 and I would not recommend this company for windows and doors. First off the master bedroom windows came with no screens then a large window shaped as a trapezoid was ordered incorrectly with the oak coloring facing on the outside and the white facing on the inside so, now they have to reorder the window which will take approx. another 6 weeks to get in. While the windows were being installed they over sprayed the foam insulation which unfortunately got on my wood work and the installers used acetone to remove the foam and it also removed the stain on my wood work. And finally they placed a piece of equipment up against my bedroom wall and now there are dents and missing paint on the wall. The bedrooms were all professionally painted in February 2016 so, needless to say I will have to have the paint and wall repaired. save your money and go elsewhere as I paid over $19,000 for this project and I am extremely disappointed

Ive had my windows for 3 years, installer was fantastic. The windows themselves are easy to clean but because they need to fit inside a track and my top window keeps sliding down, more often than not, it is still a two hand operation. Every now and then it works the way it should. Ive had service people out but the problem persists. Windows shouldnt have a trick to closing.

27 years ago I had All American install windows in our home. Time and sunlight damaged the oak vinyl that was just on the outside of the windows. Well they had a life time warranty so I figured why not call. Yes after 27 years my windows were still covered and all I had to do was pay for installation. The newer version of these windows are way better than the earlier ones and my wife and I are very pleased with them. Yes Im going to give a shout out to Ben. Thanks!

I recently had a new patio door installed by All American. The installer was professional, friendly and did a great job. The door is beautiful and Im so pleased with the v-groove cut glass design that I chose. When Im ready to replace my windows I will be calling All American Window and Door again.

Would never go through them again. My front window wasnt shimmed causing it to sage missing key clips that hold the screen on. Parts were ordered but they never came back. Kitchen window the flip wash feature is plastic and comes off track every time.

Ordered windows for my home over 5 months ago and my home is still unfinished ( BEYOND FRUSTRATING) They say one thing and do another. I was offered damaged products for my home upon delivery, they said they would bring new doors and make discounts and I still have no answers and all they do is argue with me. I am missing windows and it’s 30 degree start outside. I am completely unsatisfied. This is a horrible experience, look elsewhere! This company will be out of business in no time. I wish I did more research before I gave them any funds.

AAWD replaced all of our windows on our home. We are very happy and pleased with everything. The installers arrived, got to work right away, were efficient, and cleaned everything up nicely and neatly. We will be using AAWD again when we move forward with our siding project.

AAW&D replaced all of my windows as well as a sliding glass door last week. I feel I was charged a fair price for the product and service received. The crew was on time, very communicative and did a lot of the little things. They cleaned up after each days work as well. I was very impressed throughout the process. I absolutely recommend AAW&D. My experience started in July of 2015 when I had All American Window and Door come out to give me a quote in July of 2015. The price was a little bit over my budget and decided to hold off on the project. In August of 2015 they were advertising and advertising a $200 off coupon so I went to the showroom and asked to proceed with the project with the coupon, they said the coupon was only good on new quotes and they would have to come re-estimate the project. I handed them the estimate and said Here, re-quote the job, here is the information, here is the specs, this is what I want and they refused. I saved up the money and intended to proceed with the project in the fall/winter of that year. They said that the quote was no longer good (understandable) and wanted to come back out for an estimate. When the salesman came he proceeded to give me a quote that was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than the original quote with the reason being The previous Salesman didnt know how to properly quote and the total for the project was actually the total he gave me, when I tried to discuss it with him he stated there was no way to go back to the original price. There was a follow up exchange where I clearly stated I was not interested and provided the reasons as to why and said I was going to proceed with another company. That was just the beginning... Since then they have relentlessly called my phone and sent me letter and e-mails, using 3-4 different phone numbers often leaving 1-2 voicemails a week asking if I wanted to proceed with the project. This has been going on consistently as the oldest message on my phone is dated 3/1/16 and I received another voicemail today 9/22/16. This is in addition to an e-mail that is sent after every voicemail. I have noticed that they will only change phone numbers after the previous number is blocked. Certainly, I could call and re-iterate again the reasons (plural) of why I wasnt going to proceed with the purchase and inform them that I had received 4 quotes that were lower (significantly by hundreds of dollars) and went with another company but their poor and relentless customer service and sales skills have left me no choice but to allow them to waste their own time. I wanted to go with them to support the local business (from Germantown originally) but they are worse than dealing with a car dealership. I understand that sales is not easy but there is a point that is way over the top.

We have had the glass pane in our patio door replaced once and the service charge was $95.00 for an in warranty repair. Now the glass has to be replaced again but this time the service charge is $225 - it is still in the warranty period. That service charge is way too excessive!

My window stil not done what are they waiting for to finish I dont know its been about three weeks Im still waiting on a call from them.to make an appointment for them to finish my window and when they first started it they were done but the windows do not shut so I need them to come back and finish the job .need them to get back to their customer to get their windows finish .please thank you

At the end of every commercial she says estimates are free. This is misleading, they charge you for an estimate and if you go with them they will apply that charge to your bill. If you dont go with them you are out this money. Kindof shady if you ask me.
