They were on time efficient did good work. Sean, Bow and Alex my only thing was I didnt see them taking breaks I would like to see your company encourage its employees to take their breaks some might say thats a good thing I dont.

Last year they put in all new windows this year a new patio door, They were very professional and explained everything to me. They are highly recommended by me, ask for Shawn and his team if you want them to go the extra distance! I cannot explain how they do the job they do but I will tell you they go the extra distance to please the customer! The salesman was super great and he went over the installation and warranty with me. It is nice to be treated like a human being not only by the staff but by their wonderful employees! Good workers are hard to find but these young men are wonderful!!!

We had our windows installed and wanted it to be the end of our problems. They were installed in June 2019. A few gentlemen came in and literally ripped out the old windows and popped in new ones destroying the window wood and than just popping a new window in with no foam, insulation, nothing. So the following winter the windows all have cold air coming through them and you can feel it like a wind blowing and they are extremely cold to touch.The following June: lady bug, flies and moths literally are walking right in through the windows. My husband and I are going to have or home remodeled and have the windows done by a different company. Disappointed. In my opinion you should pay the higher price and stay clear of this company. Goodluck.

Overall the windows look great! The installers however were not very friendly. When they arrived (they were supposed to call beforehand and did not) they did not even introduce themselves so we werent sure if it was even them or not. They just showed up and started.We had a new type of window installed in the bathroom and there was this odd border left over from the previous window and the installer covered it up with some wood and just left it the wood color (our windows are white) so we had to paint it ourselves which was quite annoying. I wish that was something that was disclosed with us that we would have to do some of the work ourselves. I do recommend this company for the quality you get for the price you pay. I just wish the guys who did the work were a little friendlier and explained things more.

Signed a contract with Window World in December of 2020. The salesman was great. Very nice guy and was knowledgeable about the products. He made a recommendation and advised us against something another company tried to suggest, as it would compromise the structural integrity of my house. (Very appreciated!) We were originally given ETA of the end of March/early April for windows to come in & be installed. They were installed this week! Contractors arrived on time, and replaced 14 windows in just about 5 1/2 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and took their garbage with them. My windows look awesome! I have no regrets choosing Window World and would recommend them to anyone! I cant wait to see savings on my utility bill now! Thank you!! :)

We had 2 salesmen come out to give us a quote for 18 Windows on our Cape Cod house. Both salesmen were professional and attune to our requests and needs (I thought). We requested James and James to install the windows. They were punctual, quick and cleaned up after themselves.After they left I was admiring my new windows, only to realize my Lannon Stone house still had fascia board and a glass block window that needed siding. When I called to talk to the salesman about it he said “we aren’t doing siding this year”. I’m like well my house isn’t finished! It never occurred to me to ask to have this additional work quoted when I ordered my windows. However, it would have saved me a lot of time had the salesman pointed it out to me.

I was very happy with Window World. They installed a month before they said and the windows are great. They also perfectly matched my blue trim. I am very impressed with their professionalism and they were 1000 dollars cheaper than competition.

I have used window world four times in three houses over the last five years and Ive always been satisfied with the workmanship along with the pricing. The installation team of James and James makes using window world even better. If you want good windows at a reasonable cost then you want to call window world.

We just had our windows installed and they look Great inside and out. The contractors that did the job where GREAT very professional and did the job less then 4hrs. We look forward to different types of weather to really compare them to what we had I will say I feel the difference in the house. Our next visit with this company will be for our main door.

Amazing windows for a great price!

I was very please with the cost. We received quotes from other companies that wanted twice as much. Windows are great quality. Had a nice small crew of workers that came in and got all our windows in all in one day.

Installation crew was on time and very courteous. The install was relatively fast but very professional. They cleaned up as they worked and when they left you couldnt tell there was any install of any kind that took place. In the end they took the time to explain how the windows work and who and what number to call if I had any questions after the install. The windows look great!!

So far, I am very happy with my new patio door and two new bedroom windows and how nice they look!. All communication went very well with the company. My installers, Mark and Jerry, were wonderful and did a fantastic job. Basically, no mess inside the house to deal with. I only wish I had not ordered windows in the winter. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the custom made screen for the patio door did not fit and I waited about 5 weeks for the replacement. I would highly recommend this company for new windows.

I have used Window World twice now. The first time we purchased a patio door and an exterior door. They are holding up nicely and good quality doors. This time we replaced all the windows on our second story. Again they did a great job installing the windows and they look good. They are easy to clean and need very little maintenance.

11 windows replaced our original 1971 windows today. The crew was very professional. Outstanding work! Wife said they were bickering all the while they worked who spilled the nails when they arrived. LOL. Highly recommend this crew. Wife also said guy who did the caulking deserves a raise.

Window world just finished putting in the last of my windows in my living room. Window world put 25 windows in my house over 3 years . I am not totally satisfied. I had a beautiful window put in front of my house, they had to remove old and the wood around the inside was different so they put corner round to cover some holes that were left from old window. Outcome, sloppy and not easy to open window. When I explained to salesperson he said he told me about the wood to replace. True, but he did not tell me it would look sloppy but just paint it will look better. I spent around 13000 for all my windows, and to fix it nicely would be 200.00? I guess I would have expected them to tell me the wood would cover the holes but would be a bit sloppy and the lever to open windows would be tight. That is my opinion when I do not have all the truth and I have to accept how it looks. Make sure you ask all questions when wood needs to he replaced.

James and Jimmy, father and son team, came at 730 and installed 14 windows in about 5 hours. They were very friendly and professional and did an amazing job. The windows are high quality and look fantastic. i am so glad that i had them do my windows and will certainly use them again when i do my bay windows and front door. JOB WELL DONE!

The guys were on time and upon arrival immediately began working. Although the weather was not freezing cold it was cold yet they worked diligently. I met with the Window World Rep and was impressed so I asked for pricing on my front door. I already had pricing from another vendor, so Window World provided me pricing that was competitive and they were able to install all the windows and the front door on the same day! This customer is very happy with the results. If you dont meet with Window World before moving forward on your home improvement project, you have done yourself a disservice.

We had 19 windows installed in our home and I could not be more pleased. The crew was polite, timely, and did a great job. Our house was built in 1910 so the windows were in rough shape. Window world took all the old windows, cleaned everything so well, and made sure we were happy before they left. I highly recommend them for a great price for quality windows and service!

So an update on the situation. As Gary, the owner of Window World, put this because there is no cameras that caught the installers that this is allegation. So as allegedly the money that was in our possession the night before has gone missing the next day when only 5 sub contractors for Window World were in our house. Fact the money was there before the installers came and the fact the money was gone when they left. I will let you make your own opinion on where the money went. But back to Gary who could care less about about the situation and threaten me with legal actions for talking about my experience. Is that really someone you want to do business with!?!? He is trying to suppress every avenue he can by saying his attorneys will be going after me and he has already talk to Window Worlds corporate office and they won’t listen to me. I’m sorry I am voicing my experience and don’t care for the way this owner treated me and tried to scare me. I am going to put a challenge out to all people to re post your experiences you have with companies that could care less and contractors that have done wrong. We have a voice in this world and no one can suppress that voice, even business owners like Gary.

We could not be happy with our experience with window world. From the start to the finish everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and kind. We had all our windows and our sliding glass door replaced and they look fabulous! We love the fact that they have a life time warranty. In fact the installer noticed the smallest little dent on our sliding glass door and said it would be replaced even though we said it was fine. They really stand behind their product. I can not say enough good things about Window World out of Germantown. I would definitely recommend them!

The guys who installed my windows were awesome. They were fast, clean and very informative throughout the whole installation.

The installers went right to work with smoothness and efficiency. They had to rebuild a window style which turned out perfectly. They cleaned up all areas and were respectful of our home. We love our windows!

Recently my wife and I purchased one window and patio door from Window World of SE Wisconsin. Their salesperson, office staff and window installers were all very professional. Even though it was only two windows they treated us like it was 20 windows. The windows were installed in the timeframe we were given. I will certainly use Window World of SE Wisconsin again and I urge you to give them a try. They saved us thousands of dollars.

Scheduling was a little behind, but once the job was scheduled everything went great. A two man crew showed up and replaced 15 windows in one day. New windows look great inside and out. Crew was friendly and did a great job cleaning up upon completion of the job. I have already recommended Window World to friends.

They were absolutely great! We had a number of quotes and no one even came close to Window Worlds price. Service was great too! Install took about a day and a half for 23 windows. Zero mess inside or out. Have recommended them to a number of people and will continue to do so!

Overall great experience. Window world was by far the best price. We took quotes from 5 companies ranging from $8,000 to $32,000 for 19 windows installed. The team that did the install was fast, clean, and had excellent finishing work. As replacement windows go 95% of all company’s sell a good window. For me it came down to the company’s sales practices and price. Window world will treat you right the first time.

So kind and worked fast. They redid my familys whole house and after 5 hours of hard work, they still had smiles on their faces and wished me a blessed day. The work they did was phenomenal for a great price. 100% would recommend.

I had 14 new windows installed and wrapped in January of 2018. The process was unbelievable, install guys showed up at 945am and were all done and cleaned up by 430pm (left my house cleaner than it was when they got there) I have already noticed a difference in the warmth of my house. I would highly recommend window world of southeastern Wisconsin to friends and family.

Showroom is open, but requires masks due to COVID. To get a firm price for installation, you need to schedule an estimator for a home visit.

When I have work around the house done are usually call for 7 quotes to compare affordability. I also judge on the character of the sales person. I went with Window World because of those two factors. Im giving them a five star because they were affordable, trustworthy, clean, efficient and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I would recommend them highly.

They were great and affordable. Theyre work was fast and clean. Only thing for people to know is they are very busy so it took several weeks (5-6) to schedule the install. That wasnt an issue for us but might be for some.

Crew came when promised and during intalitation they put the wrong shade of white trim on front of house when I showed them the problem they called the office and rectified the problem while the crew was there. Great job guys

Every person at Window World made the entire window process smooth and seamless. From our salesman, Justin, to our installers James and James. They were exceptional. Not to mention the high quality service from Fran and Garry in the office. I highly recommend and actually have recommended Window World to friends and family.We had estimates from several other competitors, at the end of the day it was the feeling that my windows and house would be treated like they were doing the work on their own house that made us choose Window World.They installed 23 new windows (entire house) in 1.5 days. We would use them again and are actually having them price new doors for us, so I guess we will be repeat customers!!!

Great salesperson (Justin) who was very honest and upfront about cost and the process. Was quoted a 12wk timeframe that it would take for my windows to come in and it took 8. Installers were professional courteous and did a beautiful job with the windows. I was nervous about going from bay windows to flat but they look wonderful. My salesperson even gave me a referral for blinds and it all turned it beautiful!

Landlords beware! Window World of Southeastern Wisconsin sells their windows with the promise of a Lifetime Warranty. What they fail to disclose is that the warranty does not apply to non-owner occupied property. The salesperson will tell you all about their warranty, and they will give you warranty cards when the job is complete, but when you read the fine print you find out that windows in rental properties have no warranty. Then, any service calls are a minimum charge of $100. Shop elsewhere! I know I am.

I am very satisfied with the bay window itself. The installation was ok. They told me between 8-10 AM and arrived at 9:20, so far so good. Two of the three installers were not very friendly and didn’t communicate the plan at all. Then the third, Max was his name, after I prompted with some questions continued to keep me afoot of what they were doing throughout the installation. It was the middle of January and my house got down to 52 during the installation. Which wasn’t a problem for me, but thought that I would mention. The only part I was very disappointed about was while I had a large whole in my house the two unfriendlier installers smoked, right next to my house. I was doing the dishes and could smell it inside my home. Which I have a child in another room. So I was not happy about that and asked them to stop smoking.

Crew was suppose to be on-site between and 2pm. They called at 140 pm and said they were running about an hour late. I said no problem. They showed up at 403 pm. Was just glad they showed up when they did as I had plans at 6 pm, that I was just able to make it to.

2 man crew was professional and worked quickly finishing 8 windows in about 5 hrs. Metal frames were tough to remove but they did without issue. I had to cover the floors because I had new carpeting and didnt want them to remove their shoes. It would be nice if they had shoe coverings like the Cable Guy does. Removed all debris and cleaned up everything. We had to move all the furniture away from the windows and out of the area because the rooms were so small and that was tough for us. Pricing was average as I had other quotes. Not happy charged extra bc of homes age & poss lead paint. We have only had the windows in less than a week so I cant tell speak of quality or warranty. Was pleased our windows came in early. This company was recommended by family. So far I can still hear some noise like truck and trains with new windows but its more muffled. Would have liked the storm window instead of the screens taking the elements but they said that there was no need for that. The windows look nice and the trim is very nice. They put a sign on our lawn but we did not get a discount so Im going to take it down. The sales rep was excellent and all of his measurements were spot-on.

AWFUL! I got windows from here a few years ago and they were fantastic, no issues at all. I just spent a few thousand on new windows in my childrens bedrooms and it, hands down, worst experience Ive ever had with a company. Windows were dirty when they arrived (not just a little dusty or scuffed... I actually had to scrub something sticky off). The lock latch stuck a little, and when I asked about it, they told me that they were all like that (they werent). The man even rolled his eyes and sighed when I had them put a new latch on. There were various chips and scratches found over the next few hours, not to mention they brought me a broken screen! It had a huge tear about 3 inches long, not easy to miss. The delivery guys were so rude, and dismissive of the issues... Im just saying, make sure to double, triple check your windows!!!

Windows look great! Could tell a difference right away! Only down fall was the installation lead time, almost 4 moths. We will be going back to get more done!

I dont normally write reviews for things, but I have to disagree with that last person. I think it is fairly normal that a company wont do just one window at a time regardless of size. I used Window World to replace 23 windows in my home. I am VERY happy with them. The salesman was friendly and helpful. The guys that did the work were great and also very knowledgeable. My fiancee is a curious woman and was asking them a million questions while they were trying to do their work replacing the windows. They just smiled and answered every one of them. Not to mention these things come with a lifetime warranty! I am very pleased and would highly recommend!

My installers Steve and Jamie were Awesome from the start their professionalism the quality of their workmanship I was truly amazed at how short of time it took the two of them to put in 17 windows in my home I had expected a crew of a lot more because of the size of the job but these two were awesome from the time they arrived to the time they left everything was picked up cleaned up like they hadnt been here other than the fact that I had brand new windows on my home on a side note let the salesman know that unfortunately they said that the crew would be cleaning the windows sorry that didnt happen but we all had a good chuckle out of that figuring that was part of the sales pitch I would highly recommend Window World to anyone who is looking to have replaced windows.

Window World came to my house two seperate times to finish a two-part project. Beau and his crew came in the dead of winter with feet of snow on the ground and worked through the freezing temperatures to finish the job. When it came time to finish the second part of the project (months later) Beau and his crew came to my house to check on the work they performed, some things in the house got dinged in the process of putting the windows in (nothing too serious - easily happens in the conditions they were working in) and the whole crew gave real nice gesture of apology for the dings. The crew coming over and showing this gesture was way above and beyond the normal scope of customer service. The second crew that finished my house also did a stellar job. Our house looks great with the new window, the work was done well. I highly recommend Window World if youre in the market for new windows. Great products, great work, one heck of a great staff.

Had a few bumps along the way (window measurements missed for one window, caused a 2-3 week delay, installation was not done as planned), Emma from the customer care team did all she could to make it right! Honestly without her going above and beyond, we may have just cancelled all together and went with another company.

Excellent bay window!However, I had 2 doors on order with it. Its been 9 weeks and Im still waiting to hear when the doors are in. I was charged $150 to have the window installed separately. I agreed so that I at least got part of my order installed when promised. Good customer service would have apologized for the delay and NOT charged, due to my inconvenience for waiting.

Woman on the phone was very rude. Had some questions about storm windows, I have 10 to replace, and she made me feel like I was bothering her. I will not be using them !

Windows look good but they are drafty and the factory doesn’t seem to have a good process down because the quality is variable and replacement sashes won’t even fit their own windows. Screens still let mosquitos and box elder bugs in. Not suitable for Wisconsin winters. The problem isn’t with the company here in Wisconsin but more with the poor quality from the factory. They are actually a fair price for what you get but what you get may not be what you are actually wanting (able to open windows without letting bugs in and not freeze while sitting near window during winter).

I purchased windows in July with a 50% deposit and it’s almost January and I have not been contacted for an install date. I was not informed of the ridiculously long waiting period when I put down the deposit in July - only that someone would contact me within 2 weeks. When I called in Oct to inquire, I was told that purchases from June were being scheduled and I would have to wait - still no contact. I also received a letter in the mail indicating that a lien would be placed on my house until full payment was receive. Horrible business practices.

I ordered 25 new Windows. Several were custom size. They got everything correct .The installers were great,fast, and did a professional job.

Quality was good. Disappointed in how long it took to get installed. I ordered in mid May and it just went in July 18. I think 8 weeks for one window is not acceptable. We were told 4-6 weeks and it delayed our whole kitchen remodel!
