My wife and I stopped on the way through Memphis, first time ever in Miccos. The staff was very friendly. If you have an allergy they cater to your needs which is awesome. Experience was great, food is great, staff is great!

This is a good place to satisfy your sugar cravings!Neat place and good presentation! They have diverse options. However, the girl at the counter could welcome with a more friendly smile.I tried their freak-shake. It was freakishly good!Though it’s a bit expensive, around 12$, the presentation deserves that price.I will go back to the place to try their Sundaes and snow cones!

This is a very cool ice cream shop. My daughter found it and we stopped in to see what was going on. Pretty cool! There is a huge selection of all things frozen. All flavors, combinations, milkshakes, sundaes, etc. American wastefulness and decadence at its finest. Hell yeah!

This place is awesome. They have wide varieties of shakes and ice cream flavors. Usually pretty crowded and the dramatic looking ice creams take a while to be serviced. But honestly worth the wait!!!

I loved my salted caramel milkshake. It was blended perfectly smooth with the right texture and taste. The drawback was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Maybe it was the late hour that I visited, so close to closing. But, then again, none of the staff appeared in any hurry to clean up or to close up.

This place is AMAZING! We dont have ice cream joints like this in Kansas City. The FREAKSHAKE option is for the truly adventurous and the hungry! Even the smallest of ice cream portions are large. It is a very fun local place. It is especially fun for the little ones. Be prepared to use copious amounts of paper towels because this can get messy. If you are a visitor like my family and I, this is a Must Do!

My friend had a sno cone with ice cream and it was great, ice cream was good I got the frosted coffee it was u know good but def needed a bit more coffee/espresso in it. It tasted more like a vanilla shake which I mean vanilla shakes are good and it was good but I really wanted a one that tasted like a coffee one

Best ice-cream sundaes I’ve had in a long time

This location is on the backside of a gas station. Creative parking and a teen favorite. They have many snow cone and milk shake flavors to choose from. Other items and I saw an ultimate brownie come up and wow. Its the Ultimate! Around 12 bucks and 2-4 people can share that. My shushie was the Bahama Mama with ice cream in the middle and on top. We tried the coffee - bananas foster and the strawberry cheesecake milk shake. And the cookies with the ice cream sandwich (the blue Grizz and the Birthday Cake) Nice Teen customer service, they write your name on the cup and call it when your order is ready. No confusion on that one. I could see the end of the waiting line could get jumbles and crowded. Im sure weekends and peak times the line could be out the door. Orders come up with-in a reasonable time. So we will come back and try more...

Taste is ok. Service was horrible. I asked them to make my daughters sundae on the smaller side but the girls were so busy with their conversation they mixed up the order. If I had better service I would come back and give a better rating.

The employees were friendly and polite. I order a fudge sundae. It was not like the picture that was posted. They were very busy and crowded, so I didnt have the time to question what was presented to me. The taste was ok. No I dont think I will be going back.

Service was ok, but a warmer greeting with a smile could be added. The building was nice and clean. The presentation of pictures of items they have to offer was a nice touch. My daughter said her snow cone tasted ok. I decided to try their banana pudding; it was just ok. The banana pudding was not fresh, and the bananas in the pudding was a little past ripe. Would I recommend this business the answer would be yes because your pallet/taste buds may be different than mines. Hopefully my next experience will be different.

The shake I had was pretty good. TONS of flavors and they use Bluebell icecream which is always great for shakes. They also use large diameter straws which optimizes flow without the risk of chunks getting stuck.

This is probably the first review I’ve ever left on a restaurant.The white girl was to scared to tell my friend her card declined while she was at the register and had a mixed girl call her back up to the front about 5 minutes later in front of about 20 people. The girl’s posture and demeanor came off extremely rude like my friend was trying to steal something.No one wants to steal a $3 snow cone. It was extremely embarrassing and we will not be going back. I was a regular there before this. The girl who was originally at the register could’ve told her the card declined in the first place. You shouldn’t be scared of black people.UPDATE: My friend’s card declined because they were trying to swipe it instead of using the chip. The owner left a reply and I have tried to contact them by phone and by email for a few weeks and still haven’t got a response. Still never going back.

Hello! Covid-19 is worse than ever right now, and I, along with other customers that I talked to yesterday in the store would like to recommend adding a plexiglass shield between the cashier and the customers. Almost every other restaurant in Shelby County has one of these, and I think it would make many of the customers feel a lot better about coming to the store during this pandemic.

This place is great. They are busy but move fast. I appreciate the staff hustling behind the counter. Everything I have tried has been great. Good portions for the price. Try the peanut butter and chocolate milkshake!

Miccos, the place of happiness. There is no other snow cone that will out do this place. Then add on the vanilla ice cream, talk about heaven on earth. The people are nice, its a small place so not a ton of room to sit inside and eat but if you can grab a seat, its a good place to enjoy your treat.

First time here and was great. Fairly cheap, great selection and very friendly employees. Had the cheese cake sunday and it exceeded expectations. Came with a 4 inch thick slice on top.

Best place in town for a milkshake mixed with treats! I went to other ice cream places in town asking for them to mix cheesecake pieces or cookies with ice cream and they always say they can’t for some benign reason 😑 but they DO here and that’s why they get my business.They have a ton of flavors and mix it up however you like🤤. They have finely shaved ice with a wide variety of flavors handed out less than 3 minutes after ordering them. They are really nice and the overall experience is excellent. And for those wondering which of their numerous flavors is good to try, grapefruit is their most underrated flavor.

This place is awesome!! Some of the best ice cream treats anywhere! This place is over 45 minutes from our house and we make the trip at least once a month! The kids love it and ask for it all the time! Snow cones with ice cream in them, huge variety of shakes, and then their signature freakshakes! I have never dared to try one but my goodness they look good!

Ever since my first visit, Ive always been highly impressed with how delicious Miccos shakes taste. They use quality Blue Bell ice cream, the best toppings, and the employees are really friendly. They just came out with a Girl Scout Thin Mint shake and it is to die for!!! They have something for everyone here. Milkshakes, ice cream, frosted coffee, snow cones, cookies, and more. Heck they even have a Dr. Pepper shake the last time I checked. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely happy I found this place on Google maps. I would have never seen it, even though I knew it was behind a gas station. They dont have much for a parking lot, but it looks like theyre paving cement out back. I hope this business flourishes, they were excellent when we were in and I plan to visit as much as I can while I can.

The best place in Memphis/Collierville to enjoy ice cream with the family. They take their time to make your favorite dessert and the presentation is excellent. They explain whats a favorite as well as ask you what are you in the mood for. I will definitely come back again and again.

They were short staffed tonight (a Saturday night) so the wait was longer than anticipated. The freakshakes were really good we had the brownie one and the strawberry cheesecake. I wish this place was bigger so that there could be more seating. Also if youre not familiar with the area this place is easy to miss

I have to say the atmosphere of this place is great, and the staff is nice. But as for the snow cones (the only thing I tried) is a bit too sweet for my liking. As for the ice cream its nothing special and blends with the snow cone well but I wish the ice cream was more of a core than on top.

Ive been to Miccos twice now and was impressed both times. Ive had a chocolate chip cookie, a brownie sundae, and tried my husbands peanut butter and chocolate milkshake. All three were delicious and had very generous portion sizes. The staff there were friendly and made our orders quickly. We are already planning another visit.

Im originally from New Orleans and Miccos is my go to spot for a sweet treat that reminds me of home. Service is always fast and friendly. Every flavor Ive tried is delicious and the ice is soft and smooth!!

Delicious treats and a cute and quaint atmosphere. The sno comes are amazing, they have quite literally 100 flavors! The freakshakes are insane. They are made to order so they take a little more time but its absolutely worth it. Bring a friend to enjoy one of these 😊 only one problem, its way to close to my job and I eat there far too often.

So this place has tons of ice cream flavors, shakes, and the wonderfully huge Freak Shakes which we came to try. The service was fast, it wasnt crazy expensive, and everything tasted great. The cons? This place is in the back of a gas station, so youll miss it if you dont look closely. We went on a Friday and the surrounding parking lot was PACKED with high school kids running in the street, honking, parking their cars in the middle of the street, and just being generally annoying. The employees of this place are also all very young, and it seemed like they knew some of the kids standing outside because they would come in groups and then leave right after. Also, when we ordered our shakes and the cashier called out the order, we hear a teenage girl scream NOPE!! from behind the counter. I get being young and working in a fun atmosphere, but when I had to literally dodge 17 year olds when I was trying to park I didnt want to deal with the same attitude inside when I just paid almost $11 for a mikshake. The older guy that works there (when I say older I mean over 21) seemed very nice and professional. Overall a fun place, but maybe dont go on a weekend.

I enjoyed my turtle shake very much - all of the right flavors plus pieces of pecan which, because of the large straw, I could enjoy. My 18 year old companion couldnt finish her Freakshake because it was so large. (We took it home and froze elements of it for later.) 2nd visit and we will be returning!
