Brad reached out to let me know he was on his way. He replaced my windshield in my driveway so the convenience factor was incredibly high. When I went out to check on the work done, he had even cleaned up the rest of my car windows. Brad was great and I will for sure be recommending Kraken to my friends and family.

We recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler, which is notorious for windshield cracks often. I reached out to Kraken Auto Glass for a replacement and Rachel was incredibly helpful and efficient. Within only a few minutes and basic information, I had multiple pricing and scheduling options. IT WAS SO EASY!!! Honestly, she was great and nice and I felt like she could be my best friend. The next day Mark shows up right on time with a chipper attitude (I feel like theres a pun there, but Ill just let it be) and did a professional job replacing the windshield. I love that I didnt even have to leave my house or even move my Jeep! It was all done right within my garage. The new windshield makes it feel like a brand new Jeep again! I cannot say enough about the quality of service I receive from Kraken Auto Glass. We have over 20 trucks in our fleet and we are adding more. Kraken provides me with the professionalism and trust I need from a company when dealing with that scale. I know I can trust that when I receive a receipt from them it contains all the necessary information I need for the office side.As a bonus, I never have to worry about approving a windshield every time a truck needs it. They have their guidelines for verifying it is a company vehicle and handle that. If they are ever unsure they reach out. Double Bonus, they are flexible on meeting my technicians! (That is HUGE)Of course providing this level of customer service has caused me to use them for my personal vehicle. As expected I received the same level of exceptional customer service.You can use one of those companies that offer you some gifts cards or cash back for using them. Mark was on time (actually a few minutes early), came to the door and introduced himself and explained the process to both my wife and myself, and promptly went to work replacing the windshield. A short time later, he showed me our new windshield and brought a few more details to our attention. My car was was left clean with no signs of any repairs done to it.
