This was my first time buying a car (and in this crazy market!), and I felt in such good hands with the team at Audi Gilbert! I spoke primarily with Xavier Young and Rich Yang who were both very knowledgeable about the vehicle, understood my anxieties, provided excellent customer service, and didnt make me feel pressure ant any moment. They gave me a fair price with no nonsense, and I love my new car! I hope to be in this one for many many years, but Ill no doubt come back here for any servicing needs and when the time comes for me to trade up. Thanks again Xavier & Rich!

The dealership experience I had was awesome. My sales person was Max Rolerson and I could not have asked for a better sales person. He told me everything up front and did not try to hide anything or try and tactics to get me to buy anything more than I wanted or needed. I would highly recommend Max if you visit.As a young professional making my first actual purchase of a car, I had significant frustrations with the Finance team in getting that setup, so beware there (I was there an extra 3 hours and needed to run home to get a pay slip in order to get this done).My experience with the Finance department does not make me think any differently about the experience with Max and rest of the staff there. They were all great, very accommodating and understanding in trying to help me decide on a car, and the patience in working with the Finance folks.

Initial service experiences went mostly smooth. The last time I got the run around for several weeks on warranty work while the car sat there with poor communication and no straight answers and ended with them refusing to diagnose it under warranty. Took it to another dealer and the other dealer was able to diagnose and repair it under warranty because the problem was fairly obvious to their techs (just like the two indie techs who looked at it also). If you have to go there, your best bet is to ask for Scott, as he had handled things well when he was my advisor on other work. Maybe it would be have been different if he was on the case this time. Regardless, my future service and purchases will be at that dealer who made the experience a night and day difference.

Ordered a new front splitter for my TTS from here since mine decided to go a different way on the highway... I live in Colorado and painstakingly searching 20 different online Audi parts stores, Gilbert Audi had the absolute best price. Local dealers here were charging over $100 more for the same part. This experience was like no other. On one hand it was horrible because the first salesman we worked with Zachary was awful and didnt want to help us at all. We had just both gotten off work and didnt look our best but we rushed up to see the car and let him know we were serious about buying it. I totally get we dont look like the normal Audi customer but we were very serious about buying this car. Zachary would not even take the app to finance he kept telling my husband he didnt think they could help Luckily we were not detoured and my husband called and spoke with his manager. We began working with Trevor G and he was AMAZING! He helped me and my husband walk out with the car and payment we were looking for. It all worked out for the best!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. On 7/31/2021 from around 10 am PST, my boyfriend was negotiating 2021 Audi Q7 purchase from Ahamed Barakath, on of the Sales people there, I was going to purchase that car.We secured a price of around $66K and Ahamed was requesting me to complete a credit application. At around 1.30 PST I received an email from Ahamed with a link and completed a credit application (providing my SS, DL, income etc) information as we led to believe the car would be ours upon the credit application approval . During the entire process the 3 of us were talking over group text chat.When by 6.30 pm PST we did not hear from Ahmed, upon multiple attempts to reach out, Ahamed told us that someone came in and put a deposit on the car and the car is no longer available ( I personally thing it is BS)But even if someone did come in, Ahamed took a deposit on a car for which I already submitted my credit application for earlier in the day, instead of telling the perspective buyer that Another perspective Buyer ( me) already submitted a credit application on that car and they need to get back to me first.At around 7 pm PST, we called the dealership directly and spoke to a very rude sales manager named Trevor and expressed our dissatisfaction with Ahameds deceitful practices. Trevor was the rudest person, not apologetic what so ever, did not try to make things rights.At that point, I requested to delete my Personal Information from their databases, and Trevor said that they have to hold on to it for 2 years.I indicated that my information was taken under false pretenses, I was not going to buy a car from them after all of this and they did not yet run my credit (so they said), so there is no business reason to hold on to my personal information. He refused to even look into it. Trevor also refused to provide name of the dealerships General Manager and the General Counsel. These people are the most rudest sales people with no concept of privacy laws or information security handling standards. Gilbert Audi Dealship will be hearing from Arizona Attorney General very soon and a various Consumer protection Agencies.

Ahamed informed that someone put the deposit on the car at 6.30 pm PST on 7/31. Therefore, Ahamed took information for a credit application and did not process right away as expected or it was processed and then your team decided to take the deposit from someone else. I did not consent to provide my personal information to Gilbert audi to be a backup buyer for an unavailable car. I submitted my PII for a purchase of an available car. I do hope Audi Gilbelt consulted a privacy attorney before stating the above position.And also, your practices for information security protections are NOT in accordance with industry standards and the statement in the privacy policy to that effect is inaccurate.(i.e. 1) when one enters their Social Security Numbers into the credit application, those numbers are supposed to be immediately OBFUSCATED and not remain in clear text 2); the existing drivers license, insurance card and registration is supposed to be uploaded into the SECURE PORTAL and not sent to your SalesPersons email address 3) only your Finance manager is supposed to have access to this info and only with proper access controls (the concept of least privilege and On the need to know basis) and not your entire sales department; ETCI also read another review of a gentleman (either Yelp or Google) that thought he bought a car from Audi Gilbert, he went to the Bank to get a Cashers check and meanwhile his car was sold to someone else, so that when he returned, the car was no longer available. That is how these no Moral Compass Salespeople do business. SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM AUDI GILBERT

Actually applied a service advisor position . Made arrangements for a interview I thought it went well. I have 10 years BMW internal service advisor experience. Jason Hair the service manager said he would let me know if I was a fit. After numerous messages and a couple emails if he had found someone for the service advisor position. I havent heard a thing back from Jason Hair. 🦗🦗Too me someone who has been in the Automotive industry for over 25 years. As someone who has worked with any service industry car or hospitality. Always important to follow up with customers or employees or future employees. Just sad to see that has been taken out of our society. Simple follow up. I spent a day making sure I made my interview and I actually thought I would receive the same response to let me know if I simply wasnt qualified or went in a different direction. Says alot how people run there departments.

I received service on my AUDI by Rob on the repair team and Scott at the service desk prior to the pandemic shut down. Finally I am remembering to write a review several months later. THAT in and of itself speaks volumes about the service I received months back! I am so grateful for the kind and considerate work done on my car. I had attempted to close down my soft top with a rather large item in my back seat and ended up popping out some framing and other parts and pieces leaving my newly purchased car looking momentarily banged up. My stomach was in knots until these two very kindly assured me that it would be back to new rather quickly. My vehicle was returned to me quickly and in tip top shape. I really appreciated the way my questions were heard and addressed and the way that I was treated throughout the entire experience. The team at Audi of Gilbert went far and above in meeting our expectations.Not sure,and having a million questions our sales Consultant, Adrian took the time and allowed us multiple test rides narrowing down our choice. Extremely impressed with my experience at Audi Gilbert, specifically with Brady. I am a hard negotiator when it comes to cars and I do not typically enjoy the car buying experience. When I called into Audi Gilbert to inquire about a used car, Brady listened to what I was looking for and was able to recommend a new car on their lot that was exactly what I was looking for. Though I am usually set on one car, his recommendation was perfect, the deal they put together was exactly what I was looking for, and most of all Brady made the experience fast and easy. We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Audi Gilbert, and on our way home from the dealership we noticed a serious mechanical issue. When I called to let them know of the problem, I half expected them to say that the car was sold as is. Nothing could have been further from the truth. From the moment I first spoke with the service manager, Jason, he assured me that Audi Gilbert would take care of the problem, which turned out to be substantial. Jason and his colleagues could not have been more gracious, responsive and professional, and I cant say enough about what turned out to be a very positive experience. I bought a used 2014 Toyota Sienna from Audi Gilbert, and they provided an excellent experience overall.At 91K miles, I expected there would be some service work to do on the vehicle. Overall, Audi cleaned up the vehicle nicely, the exterior and interior were practically perfect (except they missed a bunch of food crumbs underneath the captain seats that I saw after removing the seats), but I was disappointed that they either didnt notice or chose not to address several issues before selling it to me. I took it to my mechanic after buying it who specializes in Toyotas, and the main issue he found was that the the CV Axle was leaking grease. The leak was small, but it WAS leaking, and that would have cost me an extra $300-500 to fix. On top of that, there were $750 worth of maintenance-related issues, like the serpentine belt that was pulling apart at the seams, and the transmission fluid that was dark and milky and was due for a replacement (we live in the desert and the heat here requires the fluid to be replaced around 90K, not 120K), among other things.I paid my mechanic for the maintenance-related items (I think thats to be expected for a vehicle with 91K miles), but I was really hoping Audi would fix the CV Axle for me since I thought that should have been done before they sold it. I was expecting there to be some hassling and fuss, but Jason (the service manager) was phenomenal. He inspected the axle and replaced it for me free of charge, without question, despite the fact that I bought the vehicle from them as is. They had no legal obligation to fix it, but they did it anyway, and Jason was extremely nice about it. I felt truly valued as a customer, and I am completely satisfied with their service.Bill in sales was great, too. He was very responsive and communicated often showing me pictures and the status of the vehicle as it was getting ready to sell.Lastly, the finance department. I think this is the most stressful part of buying a car by far (Am I getting ripped off? What kind of hidden fees will they toss in? etc.). I experienced nothing of the sort from Audi. Nothing but professional service all around. No hidden or out-of-the-ordinary fees. The document fee in AZ averages $400 based on my research, and thats exactly what they charged (its cheaper in other states).So, Im glad I took it to my mechanic after buying it (Carys Auto Service), and Im really glad I found this van at Audi. It was in GREAT condition overall. I had zero opinion of Audis brand before buying this from them, and now I have a very high view of the Audi brand. Thank you!

I recently purchased a vehicle through Audi Gilbert and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience... Kenny Nguyen was my point of contact and he handled all of the ‘behind the scenes’ negotiations and information. At Audi Gilbert, you are not handed off to the next level of command. Kenny was knowledgeable, experienced, patient and kind . He did not put pressure on me. He allowed me the latitude to make my own decision and he was very proficient at facilitating the deal. Once the deal was agreed upon, I encountered Bob in finance. He was great also. He made me feel at ease and he has over 30 years in the automotive industry himself and he really knows this business. Again, I was treated with respect and kindness. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a 5- star experience that is parallel to the thrill of purchasing a new vehicle!!!

What can I say!!!! I called every Audi dealer in the valley. Audi of Gilbert is a step above the rest! Kenny Nguyen not only listened to my wants, he made it happen. Did not try to move me into things I was not interested in. He communicated every step of the way. Made the whole process easy. In and out in a short time. The facility is immaculate, the snacks are awesome, the staff is friendly and I cannot say enough about Audi of Gilbert. Upfront, honest, best deal in town. Service is everything and I personally thank Kenny Nguyen for EXCEPTIONAL service. As far as Karen and the rest of the finance team, I recommend you go elsewhere. Their communication, follow up and integrity is horrible. Karen mislead and only responds when needs something. Horrible service from her and team and I was extremely disappointed especially after how amazing Kenny was.

I purchased a used TDI that was part of the dieselgate buyback program. Its my first Audi and bought it for the economy and the extended warranty, not for the badge on the front. Ive had it in to Audi Gilbert twice for service work. Both times Angie Benjamin helped me with getting things sorted. The first time I brought it in, I was treated extremely nicely! Angie took the time to make sure I was completely taken care of with the car. She made sure both me and my wife were comfortable and felt welcomed. When the car was done Audi sent a complimentary Lyft to pick me up in San Tan so I could get the car!The second time I brought it in (today) Angie remembered me (shocked me that she remembered who I was) and once again made me feel welcome and taken care of. She remembered my wife was pregnant when we came in the first time and checked on how that was going (seriously, who in customer service remembers that sort of thing!). When she found out we had the baby she refused to send me home with a Lyft and insisted I take a courtesy car because my wife needed good transportation (paraphrasing). Even with my older aging car that doesnt come close in value to probably any car they have on the property, Angie (or anyone else) has never given me any hint that that would ever matter. I may as well be rolling up with a diamond encrusted R8, I dont think it would matter. I cant say enough about the amazing treatment I have received from Angie at Audi Gilbert. Its really something else!

I have added another star because Audi Gilbert has reached out to make amends. Thank you!We purchased a fully loaded Q7 from this dealership. The day after purchase, I noticed that there was window tint on the back windows but not the front. I spoke to the Sales Manager about it and was basically told that it was my problem. This car was very expensive and it would have gone a long way to creating good Will. Instead of Gilbert, I took my car to North Scottsdale Audi for a minor service issue. I happened to mention the story to Ryan, the service guy when I inquired about the cost of window tint. He seemed totally shocked that Gilbert would not accommodate my request. They did the window tint and told me there would be no charge for it because they appreciated our business. Now that’s service! Too bad Audi Gilbert didn’t feel that way.

Scott in service went way beyond what he and/or Audi needed to to do for me. Long story here, but worth it. I bought a 2013 Audi S4 on Superbowl Sunday of 2020 from a local Luxury dealership near us. When we got it home, we noticed an oil leak on my garage floor the next morning. Being told the oil was just changed, I assumed it was just residual from this. After a week or so of the same leak, I took the S4 to Gilbert Audi for an Audi oil change (10k interval) and to verify the leak. I met Scott when I arrived, and he quickly got me in. During the visit sitting in the lounge area, I received a few picture text messages of the car. Scott found me and proceeded to explain the issues found with this car. About $6k worth of repairs needed, I wasnt happy. I quickly contacted the Luxury dealership that sold it to me, explained and showed them Audis assessment. They took the S4 back, gave me a loaner, and attempted the oil leak repair. After a week or so, I was contacted that the car was ready. We discussed that the Luxury dealership would provide an extended warranty to fix all of the needed repairs, granted they were spread out over time. No problem right? After getting the S4 home again, I noticed another oil leak on my garage floor, in another spot. Not happy, I contacted Luxury again, took the car back, got another loaner, and waited again. 5 weeks later, I get contacted that the car is ready. After picking it up, during the drive home, the Check Engine light cones on, and I get a low oil message on the MMI. I contacted Luxury again, explained, and was forwarded to the European shop that did the repair. I bought 2 quarts of oil, and used my ODB scan tool to check/clear the code. So far so good right? I believe 2 days later, I again see an oil leak on my garage floor (I cleaned my garage floor everytime I saw oil leaks from this). So getting fed up, I contacted Luxury and asked if I can take the car to Audi and just have them repair it under the extended warranty. They agreed, I contacted Scott at Audi Gilbert, and he told me to bring the S4 to him asap. Scott not only repaired everything, (and more found from the previous attempted repairs from Luxury), on the repair assessment with the extended warranty ($9200), he waived my deductible, and gave me a brand new loaner to use during the repairs. He absolutely did not have to do any of this. He did it willingly and went out of his way to give me the best customer service on a car I didnt buy from him. I have the S4 back now, and love it. Gilbert Audi will get my continued and future business, and I will push others to use them, because of how I was treated. If you are an Audi owner, please use Gilbert Audi for your service needs. If you are looking for an Audi, please shop there. Thank you Scott and Audi Gilbert.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE AUDI OF CHANDLER FACILITY INSTEAD..Scott, in the service center, very rude and unorganized. Right from the beginning he didnt even have record of my appointment. He tried to tell me I must have screwed up when I scheduled it a day before. I scheduled a service appointment a day in advance and when I got there he proceeded to tell me I made the wrong appointment location, which i had a text message sent by them, with a confirmation the day before, and still he claimed I wasnt in the system. Was supposed to be given a courtesy car while mine was being serviced, nope he insisted I must leave immediately in an uber that he didnt even ask me if I wanted, but called right away.Interrupted me when I was talking about my car concerns, and he even interrupted me when I was spelling out my name. He said that day it would be done, he was supposed to contact me via phone with any progress but failed to. Nearly 24 hours later I tried calling his desk 3 times and had no luck every time, so I finally had to get a ride over there to see what was going on with my car.On top of that he told me an oil change would be around $175, instead he charged me over $400 just for a full synthetic oil change, nothing else.The service team was horrible also, they gave me a courtesy car wash without my consent and during that car wash, they picked up loose pennies I had on my floorboard and ended up throwing two of them into my cigarette lighter and shorted out the entire 12v plug in. They didnt bother picking up any other trash in my car just the coins. On top of that the mechanics did something to my transmission and when I was driving home on the freeway after leaving their facility, my car wouldnt go past 3rd gear and the RPM gauge was revving out so high that it made my entire engine overheat and I had to pull over on the freeway for over an hour, to let it cool down. Started the car up and had to drive with it going 35mph max speed the whole way home since the transmission wouldnt go past third gear.Overall a poor experience and they even had the nerve to call me to ask me how I would rate my service from them, I told the girl on the phone that I had a horrible experience and she said a manager would call me back, and Im still awaiting a follow up from this manager. Will never go here again, and i wish I would have tried Audi of Chandler instead. Will never recommend this place and would advise against leaving your vehicle with this service team. Not to mention such a rude and stuck up associate (Scott).Overall would rate horrible for customer service, customer appreciation, service/mechanic ability, price, and professionalism. 1 star.

Paid $150 service fee just to get car looked at was told I would get a complementary car wash. The car pulled up and it was just as filthy as I left it. Wow best money I ever spent not to get a car wash.Service guy had good service but way over priced in parts and labor.

Jason Brown (Service Manager) Al Rizzo (Service Advisor) & Keola Santiago (Service Technician) have always been and continue to be a pleasure to work with. The level of expertise coupled with their attention to detail and overall customer service is the best I’ve ever received at any dealership! Response to flag: The car was brought to Audi Gilbert, by San Tan Ford, ON MY BENHALF AFTER AGREEING TO PURCHASE IT. Doing so in confidence that it would be fixed properly. I dont believe a professional Audi technicians work should have to be double checked by a Ford Technician in order for it to be deemed corrected. The response to this post sounds as if I would have brought the car in personally it would have been treated differently? If not, then this flag doesnt seem logical in its reasoning.-------> Extremely disappointed with the service workmanship here. I originally bought a Quattro A3 with 35k miles on it from a separate dealer. The car was still under factory warranty and actually had an oil seepage coming from the transmission/bellhousing area though the dealer I bought the car from brought it here on my behalf to have the transmission fluid leak/seep fixed under warranty.Well instead of actually testing or fixing the fluid leaking, this dealership did a visual inspection and came to the conclusion that someone spilt brake fluid and that was the cause of the seep, not transmission fluid as it was specifically brought in for. I was told the car is good to go two days later and ended up throwing a tune on the car after about 3k additional miles (which I am aware voids some parts of the warranty) though I was also under the assumption that my car was just serviced by Audi and not simply wiped down.I had this tune on for about 700 miles and realized the leak was never fixed due to me performing a detail on the car and simply checking the under carriage as typical practice. The seep had now turned to a leak in the exact same spot that it was originally brought in for and my warranty is no longer in effect because of the tune I got, under the assumption that it was FIXED IN THE FIRST PLACE.Realistically; what are the odds that the car is brought in for a transmission SEEP, (which is assumed to be brake fluid by them), and then 3.8k miles later there just so happens to be a transmission LEAK coming from the same exact spot..As I stated previously, I am aware that tunes void some parts of the warranty. Im not looking for some free cop out as a result of me getting an after market part. I am simply disappointed that the problem was never actually addressed by Audi, just wiped down and sent off to sell.

Had a great experience working with Scott in service. Previously Id only been to Audi Chandler, and while they were certainly competent this new facility seems superior in every way. Complimentary M&Ms? Yes please.Dealership service aint exactly cheap but when you buy an Audi/BMW/Merc you know what youre getting into, and the service here is above par so worth it.Not to mention, due to negligence on my part they really could have thrown me over a barrel, but instead treated me with respect and honored me as a client. Honor isnt a word Ive ever used in relation to a car dealership, as such I will most definitely be using this place for all future service.Thanks again Scott!

Awful! Made a deal with Evan Synder over the phone as the costco rep. Deal was with no money down. All reviewed last night on the phone. Drive 35 miles to meet at 2pm. Not only was he not ready for me, but he tried to use the old bait and switch tactic and now get me a downpayment of $3000.To make matters worse, the Sales Manager tried to blame it on me and a lack of communication.Matters like this that make the whole auto industry have a bad reputation. This was right out of the movie used cars. Pretty slimy. Go elsewhere, find someone who is upfront and does not pull this stuff.Bad business
