I called in to verify when the store closed and I checked on google both stated 7pm. When I arrived at the store it was closed at 6:05 pm. Apparently they are only open until 6pm. I spent an hour round trip driving to the store. Very poor customer service. Then I was told by one of the drivers that the manager would still help me. I sat around waiting for another 30 minutes and he never showed up. This is all because their battery only lasted a year. Terrible quality all around.

Im here about once a week for work and now I go here for myself. Great staff. They are always able to get me what I need.

These guys have been excellent help everytime I go. Although the quality of the tool I bought twice here was lackluster. As least NAPA didnt charge a fortune for it. Look forward to bei g back next time.

Very helpful! Needed a dealer only overflow hose for our MKZ, Oreillys & Autozone were of no help. The parts guy was able to find a small plastic connector along with two small hose clamps & fixed the original hose for $3.07. Not gerry rigging mind you it was replacing the same part on the original manufacturers overflow hose.

Part was more expensive than the AJ store but they were out of stock. So made the drive and bought them anyway. Then I end up not needing them so I drive over to return. After two weeks and paying with debit card I asked for cash. One employee butts in to the transaction and says NAPA doesnt do cash advance. Thought that was rude.

I have been a customer of Napa for most of my life. They are my go to auto parts store.But I recently found out their hour are posted wrong.There is nothing more irritating then to be lied to. I called to see if they had a part available and used Google Maps for the phone number and the hours are posted there. It said Napa’s was open until 8PM.Yes I should of asked how late they were open but why would I the hours are posted on Google Maps.Napa can you please have this changed so others don’t have the problems I had & have to go to AutoZone across the street?

Austin and Trevor saved me soooo much time. I called them at 6:43pm and they were closing at 7pm. I knew I wouldn’t make it there by that time. Austin says to me, “We want to make sure our families are taken care of. I’ll wait for you even if it’s after we close.” I want you guys to know Austin and Trevor did just that. They waited for just a few minutes after 7pm and saved me a couple of hours. Because of them, my wife can get to work without concern, kids off to school, and I can go to work at my normal time. Come to Napa all the time, but I’m usually not around this location. Walked in with some part numbers and Belinda had no hesitation with getting the parts for me. Great and helpful employees with positive attitudes! I will go out of my way to come to this location again.

We were buying a couple of really expensive parts and they gave us a 20% discount, a free NAPA shopping bag that we find more useful than we thought (parts, returning cores, etc). The next time we went in, they gave us an American flag since we brought our NAPA bag, the kids loved it. They always have Quality parts and this store has fantastic customer service as well!

A few months ago I came to this store and couldnt get anyone to help me. I was skeptical, but tried again today. Completely different experience! Very happy, thank you!

Went looking for the store around 8 pm and store lights and the sign lights were both off. Drove around 2 times and still couldnt find the store. Finally when I did find the store, their OPEN sign was turned off too. Notified the guy at the counter and he didnt seem worried at all like he was happy with the lights off and no customers. Napa should investigate this store and people managing it. If this was my store, i would fire the people responsible right away.

This is the best place to get quality parts.

Worst experience I have ever had, they double the labor and part charges and tell you your car is fixed, a week later my car had the same issue and additional issues on top.Really, your looking into this?? The owner told me he didn’t need my business and told me not to come back! Oh yeah, this happened 5 months ago and no one has tried to contact me. I had been overpaying this place for 10 years because they were so close. I HIGHLY recommended Desert Auto on McQueen and Guadalupe, owner is honest and respectful unlike this place!

Very busy store. The whole crew always working hard and non stop. Great customer service. I lost my receipt for a defective alternator, no problem they exchanged it and they also installed a battery for my wife and put wipers on for my daughter. Great neighborhood store...also when I was in the store a customer came up short on money, they took care of him. Great store.

Gave dude a fuse that Id bought (kind of rare..only 2 of their type that Ive found in the valley - and Id bought them both/ but always looking for spares) to check their stock with the part # / and when I was ready to leave, dude had apparently misplaced my fuse! He and his coworker both could not find it over 30 minutes of searching. Now I only have 1 of them and need to find another before I can get back to working on my car

Had a defect battery from Auto Zone. They did not honor there warranty. So I went down the street and I talked to Rob, he was very understanding. He sold and installed my battery in no time. Great customer service from the whole store. They were very polite and knowledgeable. Also the battery was less expensive at Napa. You guys earned a customer for life.

Sometimes I wonder why I bother with online ordering from this place. My order is NEVER ready to pickup. If it wasnt for the quality of the parts, I would go someplace else.

My friend and I needed a few parts for her Dodge Neon SRT and its been a mission to get these parts for her car. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though they didnt have the exact part we needed, Matt not only found a solution to our problem but actually gave us parts that were better than what we currently have. Worst nappa ever they refused to give me a refund on a part I never used that was purchase 2 dsays before even tho I had the receipt with me. I had to drive 30 minutes to Phoenix DC to be able to get my money back. Ashley assistant manager should get demoted.

Just went to find something for my AC. An employee convinced me to buy an AC pressure gauge and I bought it, opened it up and the employee was going to show me how to use it. Upon opening my car hood the employee told me I didnt need it and I could not return it. The manager was very unprofessional, still eating his lunch, when he came out to talk to me, and still would not take my return that I only purchased because of the employees recommendation. Product was not used, only opened, and opened right there in the store. The employee that recommended the AC Pressure Gauge then told me that I didnt have to listen to him. With the lack of knowledge and professionalism I would steer clear from this location. There is an auto zone across the street.

This is the largest parts store I have ever been into, and there hours (open until 10 PM) make it easy for people that work late to still be able to get what they need. I will continue to drive past several other parts stores to get what I need from this location.

Rude service! Tried to buy windshield wiper refills and the person at the counter has an attifude and says they dont carry refills. I went on to tell her I have purchased them many times at NAPA. The she grudgingly starts looking in the catalog. It was cleat that she was not interested in looking them up so I walked out and went to another NAPA store (Elliot Rd) and all was well.
