The manager was fantastic!!! We have a 45 foot motor home that we would like to be out of the sun. He help me get situated in a perfect space. Great public relations and location.

The manager at the location was very helpful, professional, and friendly. The storage unit was clean and had easy access. My only suggestion is to have the facility available at 5am instead of 6am.

Everything was easy, from initially renting the unit, to access, auto monthly payments (that were very reasonable), and cancelation/move out.

Reserved a truck at 9:30am. Got there and there are no trucks available. Was told we were scheduled for the next day but we have the confirmation email confirming today and the time. Employee couldn’t care less and couldn’t even say sorry. Will never attempt business here again. Garbage customer service.

Clean easy access would be nice if office opened earlier

If you read only one review about this company, READ THIS!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They will convince you to get a storage unit a nice attractive price. As soon as your are 3-4 months in your lease, they will increase the price by over 50%! When you question them on it, they will point out to you the fine print of their lease agreement that states they can change the terms of your lease with 30 days notice. This means they can increase your rate to whatever they want by just mailing you a letter. I trying calling and speaking with multiple people including corporate and they will not help me. They reason I had to get the storage unit is that I had to move my family out of out house due to loosing my job from the pandemic. I spent weeks finding the most affordable storage unit company. Come to find out that these people are just about the money. Ive never paid them late and they think people will just pay the increased rent because theyre too lazy to move their stuff again.

Loved my no contact experience! Cube Smart offered me the best pricing and more. They were professional and friendly! The whole process was easy breezy!

For starters. Every time I tried to get help or visit the office no one would be there. My entire duration I asked for them to re-seal the weatherstripping on my door. That was never done therefore all of my furniture is covered in dirt. I also constantly asked to seal the gap between the water drain in the wall. That was never done therefore I had a infestation of rodents and insects. Also the company continued to raise my rent ultimately charging me $244 for a very small outdoor unit that gave me nothing but the problems mentioned above. Every time I try to get help from the staff everyone acted like they did not care AT ALL. Everyone has an oh well attitude. I feel ripped off and I would never recommend this company or location to anybody. In fact I would consider filing some kind of complaint before recommending.

I needed a climate controlled storage space and you provided a clean and bright facility. I was very happy with the professional service and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart to all my friends and associates.

Staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. Security is very good as well. The units are not sealed which led to a crazy amount of dust build up. We had to wipe down each box before moving out of the unit.The main reason we left was the price. When we first started, the price was really reasonable, but quickly jumped up. The company refused to lower it and said that was the going rate which upon move out was almost 30% higher than their competitors.I would have stayed it they would have kept the rent lower.Other than the quick rate increase and the massive amount of dust, it was pretty good.

I was totally surprised at the level of customer service at this CubeSmart location. Management worked with me to reserve my space/unit and even loaned me a dolly during the two days it took to make the move from another self-storage facility. Worst place I have ever rented. Amanda the manager cut my lock after a month and a half during the pandemic when the owner said they would work with us. After I complained on yelp they took it from over 500 for 2 months for a 10 x 10 to 320. Yes you read that right.. 160 a month.. started at 110...Rent has gone up constantly! The truck they offer broke down while we were moving in. That was 2 years ago yea, Im just trying to get my stuff out of there and say goodbye to them.

I was very impressed with the service I received today. Tom, the manager on site, was friendly, cheerful and explained everything I needed to know about renting a unit in detail. Its my first time renting my own unit, so I had a lot of silly questions. They gave me a great location, air conditoned, with easy gate access at an amazingly affordable price. They have weekend office hours, which is awesome if youre super busy, and the gate closes at 10pm so you can move your stuff in on a tight schedule. Id recommend this location to anyone needing safe storage for their personal items.

Safe and Friendly. The people were so nice and helpful to us and the storage units were large, clean and easily accessed. It seemed like a safe place to leave our belongings and it was nice to know we could get friendly help whenever we need it.

Rented from here a couple months in dead of summer in one of the climate controlled units. It was VERY warm in the climate controlled to the point where when I was searching for documents I had sweat rolling down my face and had to leave before I passed out. Dont pay for the climate controlled units here - go outside - you might as well. Even my candles melted. Anyway the other issue I had was at least 3-4 times my code just stopped working (yes I always paid my bill by auto draft) and what a time waster that turned out to be. So the bottom line is this just isnt the best place for storage in climate control.....I pay almost $60 less now for the same size at another facility, and in REAL climate controlled unit.

Well nice Place Uncle Bobs Storage than taken over by Cube Smart! The only thing Changed was the rent for my storage went up and had to pay another fee Had to pay it or lose my things ! I am on a fixed income I wish I could get a discount for being older! Can not lose my things! I have no place of my own! Thank you

Horrible service, the workers there don’t know how to input that the customer paid. I’ve been dealing with Cubesmarts incompetence for awhile now. Pay every month yet they say that I’m past due even when i have receipts to prove it. Now I’m locked out which I shouldn’t be and my companies supplies are in there. I’ve lost almost $30k this week in work trying to resolve the situation but the district manager won’t return my calls. And the general manager is useless. If you guys can have District manager for Gilbert Micheal Osieta or whatever call me back ASAP and resolve it before I lose more income and customers that are mine, money that I plan on Cubesmart reimbursing me plus me having access to my unit so i can move everything out. Definitely a great story that 3 on your side could cover because after reading other reviews sounds like Cubesmart has a reputation for their negligence!

They do not know how to set up Auto Pay correctly. And will put locks on your unit without trying to collect payment.

Great secure and friendly place to park vehicles.

I just have to voice my sadness in the way CubeSmart does business. My husband and I bank at BoA. We pay many bills through BillPay, and Cubesmart is the only one that did not receive the check. For our August payment, BoA had to reissue. And now we are being charged with a late fee?We, as the customers, are being treated as being late, when I would think that CubeSmart would want to side with the customer and work with us. Very sad. It was even mentioned that they dont know why BoA would hold onto the check. Well, heres the deal. The bank doesnt hold onto checks--they send them out day after day, month after month. We have been banking with BoA for over 10 years and I have never had to deal with checks being lost until now.I will never refer people to CubeSmart. Im scared to have them take the money directly from our account. What if they took the wrong amount? Would that be our fault too? I do believe I will have to drop a check off and make sure I get the receipt. How convenient is that?Thank you.

I wanted to switch my unit to a larger one the very next day after signing up and the promo for 1st month free was not applied to the changed unit so I ended up being changed for the 1st month. I hadnt even moved into the 1st unit. When I asked if the promotion from the 1st unit could be applied to the new, I was first told no because i was no longer considered a new unit, and Request needed to be run by the DM I after following up I was told I could only get a discount because the unit at the time was the only one available. When I register there was more than one unit available and the promotion was on all the units. Needless to say, I am dissatisfied.

Susan, Kevin and Tom are all down to earth friendly people. They helped me solve some things with my storage.
