Problems, problems, problems! Got car in may. Tags were expired. I was told were gonna pay for all that and id receive tags and registration in mail nothing ever came. I go back to dealership today and they tell me I have to pay them $583 for my registration!!! This man had my registration in hand. Fraudulent scammers is what this dealership is. Please if your in the market for a used car... Do not go to this dealership

Quoted on price, accepted check. Went to pick up vehicle and changed price. (He got a better offer-not reliable)

ZERO stars for this place. Stay FAR FAR AWAY.I bought a 2008 Ford Escape from him in April for $7000; it had a single owner, was purchased from an auction. I was assured it was in great shape, Carfax had no issues. Drove home, service light came on and I took it to my mechanic. Turned out it needed quite a lot of work, including parts like struts to be replaced. There goes more $$. Put a further $6000 into it to correct out of date software (continuing to cause service lights to come on) and fix broken items.Flash forward 6 months and I need to change the address of the car registration because Ive moved. I realize I dont HAVE the current registration. DMV tells me the dealer never completed the transfer (which was in April.. its now late August).Dealer says auction didnt send the paperwork, the Smog is expired, I need to get it smogged and hell pay and send the paperwork in. I did my part, even though the closest smog check place is more than an hours drive away. Still dont have the paperwork, and now the dealer is not answering the phone or responding to texts.Now I have a car that I cant get registration for. Current stickers are about to expire.Do YOU need a nightmare like this? I think not. Go elsewhere. This guy is a disaster.
