I dont know where to begin. Ive been in sales for many decades. Ive been on both ends of the sales process. I dont normally take the time to write reviews, but this time is much needed. People are really quick to write a negative experience, but rarely take the time to write about a good one. So, here it goes... I had unexpected car problems with my commuter. I had a really bad week and this was the last thing I needed. Long story short I needed to replace my commuter. After visiting a couple of lots in Salinas, Watsonville and Gilroy, luckily I ended up at KB used auto sales. The gentlemen there were a pleasure to work with. Not pushy or douchey if you know what I mean. The owner showed me the cars and the son handled the rest. I have to say, the young buck was a pleasure to work with. One of the most modest and humble young men Ive encountered. Great things are ahead for him for sure. After a couple of days of negotiations, we landed on a deal we were both comfortable with. The car I purchased was older but had really low miles.. I mean really low and only 1 previous owner. They have a great selection of cars, some beat up ones (more than likely trade ins). If your looking for a used car, give them a look.. you wont regret it.

I have bought a car here and recently sold a car at KB Dealership. Both times the owner(s) were professional and easy going. They do not apply pressure on buying a car and they are honest about their vehicles.During COVID: They sanitize their office between customers, pens, chairs and door knobs etc are all cleaned before I entered.Thankyou for the great service and cleanliness!

I went to this used car dealership expecting a reliable vehicle that run and that I didnt have to to any work too the day after I purchased the vehicle I had to buy two front tires because the passenger tire blowout.when I test drove this car I told the salesman of all the problems that I had found.Not to mention I had to put gas in the car just to test drive it because it didnt have any gas in it.The front window had a big crack in it which they fix after I raise hell about it because it was in my drivers view.So all the things the dealship told me they would fix they did not.I put 1500.00 downpayment on this car and I ask them to fix simple shit.I ask for them to fix my front window and all the tires are bad on the car one sun visor in the whole car and its on the passenger side.And when I drive the sun is mess up my eyes. There is a Letch on the back passenger seat that is broken that I told them about when I test drove the car.Please go at your own risk but nothing is safe on this lot not even the workers.The lied and told me the order my sun visor and the lie to me.They used me a single parent of 4 kids they could have kill with them bad tires on this vehicle.When I told them about it the son lie to me and said we cant replace the tires because the financial company that paid for my car took out fees because I didnt have any licenses which is a lie.And because I was not at my job a long time which was another lie.All red flag I didnt see because i was there to get me a nice reliable vehicle and i trust these people.I would not let a dog buy a car from them.They will take your money that all they about.please they will make it seem all great then use you to get what they want.Red flag Red flag please dont go to this use dealership and get legal advice before you buy use car.who sale a car with bad tires to a single parent of 4 them tires could have kill me and my family.I will not stop and telling people about this dealship.
