I had the best experience buying my first brand new car. Edgar, Daniel and Michael were so helpful and patient with me through the entire process, I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great car. I am IN LOVE with my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2021! Can’t express my gratitude enough! Again, thank you guys!!♥️

This place was amazing!! My fiancé and I went in knowing exactly what we wanted. We got a 2021 Dodge Challenger v6. Christian Gillmore was so extremely polite and helpful, overall a really great salesman. Michael Trac was extremely helpful as well, very thorough with the paperwork and let us know what we were signing and what we were getting. I’d highly recommend coming to this dealership and Christian as well, could not be happier with our experience!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I had a difficult time reaching this dealership by phone and when I did finally get a human on the phone she left me on hold for 10 minutes or more. After taking the jeep in we were told it would most likely be covered under the warranty, when they called back they told us it would not be covered and it would be well over a thousand to fix the issue, this information cost $400 dollars. We declined and picked up the Jeep. We took it to the MH dealership, they traced the problem to fuses and the cost was less than $400. This dealership staff has poor customer service, poor communication skills and poor diagnostic skills. We will never go back and will never recommend this dealership. Highly recommend the MH dealership.

We have worst experience with this dealership, they post the vehicle on cars.com and made deal with us on emails, we have send in allInformation and they have run my credit also, after running my credit, the sales man name Daniel Ayala and Paul they both reject the offer and said that cars.com is not valid website, they just said that cars.com picked up there vehicle and post it on there website. When we reach there to buy they all were not talking with us and trying to ignore the facts and the email that have been send from there sales man. When we request for manager, one of the guy came and have no respect towards customer and with poor workEthics, he start talking, while he was talking he refused to give name, after we asked for SDM, they said we are not able to give name and his number, we can come back on Monday toTalk to him and my family went to Sacramento to buy this car. I always look upDeals on website and bought 5 vehicles the same way and never had any problem like this. The sales man from this dealership is rude with no work ethics and they scam customers by raising the price on the spot, I would never go back and recommend any one to waste there money on this dealership.

Had an unexpectedly awesome experience at this service department. Traveling from the East Coast and got a flat tire in Hollister. Brought my new Ram 1500 here and Rick, my service advisor, did an outstanding job of getting a new tire ordered, installed and insured. He got my spare tire put on for me so I could get around while waiting a few days for the tire to get in. Can’t say enough good things about Rick, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and gave me his undivided attention. Highly recommend!

They do have the best prices period. The rest is downhill from there. Some things I particularly disliked:1. Vehicle was not ready when arrived on at the appointment time.2. Long-long wait for anything to happen. No refreshments were even offered through.3. Was promised vehicle delivery. After the purchase though was informed they fired all their drivers just 3 days ago.4. Vehicle came from detail not really clean: lots of dirty spots, even the glue on the windshield was still there5. The tank was filled only about 75%.I can keep going, but you get the idea.In all fairness, i am taking off only one star, as their price really-really makes up for those issues.I would buy from here again without hesitation. Just have your expectations right before going.

We were told we had 10 days to show proof using an outside lender. But it went through automatically, so we had 2 LOANS FOR THE SAME TRUCK. Since you explicitly asked for more feedback SO YOU CAN IMPROVE ...First, the winner of the three stars are:+1 --> The selection/price was right. We bought a used 2017 Nissan Rogue with 50k miles, and the online price was the lowest we could find anywhere. Worth the one hour drive down from EastBay to Gilroy. And no trickery with the price.+1 --> Salesperson, Aldair Rangle was very attentive. He walked us through three lots showing us all the Nissan Rogues that you had. The two we chose to test drive BOTH had dead batteries (how long have these cars been sitting around anyway?) and Aldair lugged the battery charging station across your vast lots TWICE with no complaints!+1 --> Salesperson Aldair Rangle made sure that before we left, the car we chose was cleaned well (Its light tan interior was badly scuffed and soiled). He also ensured that the dead battery was replaced as were the missing floor mats. Kudos to Aldair for a job well done! And now for the missing two stars:-1 --> The finance department came across as rude and incompetent. We expected to make an all cash purchase (no fussing around with financing and loans). But the finance guys would not take either check or credit card due to company policy (totally understandable). Instead they gave us options (i) go get a cashiers check (at 4 PM on a Saturday from a non-local bank?!) (ii) come back on Monday (drive from EastBay to Gilroy on a weekday? I dont love the car that much) (iii) go home and come back later (a 2 hour round trip!) after lifting security lock on our credit card reports (seriously!?). They seemed uninterested in working WITH us and more interested in dictating terms. We nearly walked out right then and there. Except we decided to escalate the issue and got a finance manager to discover that they were actually able to see our credit score anyway and so everything was OK! Why was this not their first option? They should have tried every option to get things sorted out before giving us grief about this. The way they treated us during this segment really made my blood boil.-1 --> After everything was done (including the finance fiasco), we were told to wait for 20 minutes for the car to be cleaned and brought around. Later we were told that it was taking longer because of the battery swap. And then again later, we were told that the detailing was taking time. Still later we were told that the dealership was having a busy day and so there was a line of cars getting readied for delivery. Do you seriously think that is the customers concern? After spending all afternoon haggling over everything the least customers can expect is a quick finish to the deal when it closes. We were told several times during the day how Saturday is a busy day for sales, and you proudly boast about how many cars you move per day. Then why cant you gear up for such traffic? Why wouldnt you have more staff on your delivery/detailing line? Is it because once the deal is signed, it is safe to hold us captive and waste our time because ... where are we going to go anyway? The tedium is one of the reasons why buying cars from dealers is such a taxing experience.I sincerely hope you take these criticisms to heart. These are star you can easily earn by improving your operations:(1) Train your finance department associates that THEY are supposed to HELP the customer close the deal, not threaten them into submission.(2) Figure out why you have customers sitting around needlessly. Whats the bottleneck (your delivery/detailing line, it seems) ... and then staff up to FIX THAT PROBLEM.From my experience, given your competitive pricing, large inventory, and good salespeople like Aldair, if you fix the financing departments attitude and the unnecessary wait, you should see more sales and repeat customers.Best of luck!

Wow! I cant say enough about how easy it was to work with Hector at South County. Im seriously telling all my friends and family to work with him if they want a new car.To give some context, Ive purchased 5 new cars in past 10 years: all different makes, from different dealerships. Not all for me. In that time, I have contacted at least 100 dealerships and a couple car brokers. Three of those cars were bought without going to the dealership until all pricing and terms were agreed to, so Im comfortable buying a car over phone/internet.Ive had some good car buying experiences and got good prices on them in the past, but nothing compared to working with Hector. First, he was polite, calling me sir all the time. He made sure I got the car I wanted, which was tough to find (wed been looking for over a month). He sent me photos, arranged delivery to my office, and answered every question I had.Not only all that, but I got the best price. I had offers on that car from three dealers, two had matched, and Hector beat them both.Go buy from Hector at South County. AWESOME!

I do not suggest going to South County to buy a car or service a car. I hate to leave a bad review, but I feel like people should know what they are getting into.I bought a new Jeep in Nov 2018. They sold the initial Jeep I had an appointment to see (appointment was first thing in the morning). I think they just used it as bait because the price was so good. I bought one that was more expensive. Got it home and took the top off. It was missing 2 critical bolts that hold the top on the hinges. The zipper did not work in the back and the knob on the radio fell off in my hand. This car was brand new!I finally got a service appointment in February to get the 2 bolts and fix my window. Keep in mind I called over a dozen times and getting a time to come in required me taking PTO from work because their service team is so busy. While I did get a rental under my warranty, it took South County all day to put the bolts in and they just re-zipped my window (did not replace it as I asked). They were supposed to detail the car and ran out of time. So I gave them an extra day. I live 45 minutes away, so this is a total waste of time to drive back and forth. When I arrived, they forgot to detail it! Pictures are of the back of the car. They didnt even wash it.Bottom line, both sales and service are horrible. They take too much time and I am so happy I did not purchase the service package (requiring I get serviced at Jeep) because I doubt they would be able to service my car quickly or correctly. If you do decide to buy a car here (they do have great inventory) check it over and over and make sure you know what you are getting. They did not know how to take the top off a Jeep when I bought mine. And I couldnt do the 4-door on my own so I took it home to have my husband help. There are some very nice people at South County (Jordan during the sales process and David during service) but unfortunately, they do not offset the rest of the dealership.Good luck folks and hope this helps!

The worst purchasing experience!Giving one star because the price was good but thats it. Here are all the reasons why I would not recommend this dealership:- brand new Jeep Compass was not ready when we had agreed I would be there, despite me sending all of my insurance, drivers license info, credit card number, and copy of a $13,909 cashiers check two days ahead of time- when I arrived I was told I had the wrong day, despite showing emails and text message correspondence that had confirmed December 26 at 10 am- when my father inquired about the delay (because I needed a ride there), he was told, if she doesnt like waiting, she can just leave- when I was signing paperwork, the DMV document noted a lienholder as Chrysler Financing, when I was paying cash for the vehicle. When I pointed this out to Mr Pettaway, he said it was okay to sign it. I crossed it out and initialed the lienholder and he said he needed to redo the entire form because it was a legally binding document. So it was okay for me to sign an inaccurate legally binding document that claimed Chrysler Financing was the lienholder but not okay for me to cross that out (because it was wrong) and initial it...??????- purchased a brand new vehicle and it was not clean, and they only gave me a half tank of gasoline (see photos of 63 miles on a new car and only 1/8 of a tank left)- sent me a text message with a link to the video to explain my new purchase - the link didnt work; emailed three more times and got no response - it finally took another general manager to intervene (see pictures)- one of the general managers, Bob Mann, called me personally and said that, based on what I reported to him, he was going to fire his finance guy for incompetence, then called back to tell me Id be getting an email apology (that never happened)- I emailed Scott DePeralta three times to ask for the regional manager and his/her contact info - he never responded- at one point, Scott emailed me and said I could just bring the car back, but the sad thing was that I couldnt because I had already used a $500 rebate that could not be transferred to another dealership- I finally found a regional manager named Piyom Ghavimi who said he would assist - forwarded all emails to him and never heard backFrom beginning to end, they treated me as if they were doing me a favor and could care less about customer service. There is nothing good about this dealership - go elsewhere. #worstexperienceever #dishonest #unethical #unprofessional #gameplayers

What a horrible experience. They agreed upon a price, we drove an hour and a half for them to keep us there for 4 hours renegotiating!!!! We walked out and the Salesman Mr. Rodriguez called us back. It was he that saved the sale. The finance manager tried every trick in the book from upselling service plans, extended warranties and even tried to put the wrong county in which would have cost us a bunch with the wrong tax rate on the purchase. Then we had agreed upon a 3.24% interest rate and then they tried to say our credit union wasn’t in the “cuddle program”. Too bad, we told them that was their problem to fix not ours since they agreed to it. We were asked for the rate sheet as proof which I am sure they were hoping we didn’t come prepared...but we did! They were able to finance at 3.24% after telling us they couldn’t!After we made the deal, the finance manager wouldn’t even process the paperwork and signatures and made the Salesman do it (classless act). Once we got in the Jeep nothing was shown to us, I wasnt told anything about all the applications or how to work anything for my drive home. I was handed a license plate mount in plastic, roof covers in plastic to figure out what they are and 3/4 of a tank of gas after the Salesman took it to get gas because the reserve light was on to test drive it. Now, this isn’t my first new car so they couldn’t fill the tank after purchasing a fully loaded Sahara JL Unlimited Jeep with a sticker price of almost $49,000!It gets better. I take it to the local Jeep Dealership and they ask if I am part of the Jeep Program. I ask what that is. The very sweet Service Manager tells me that I have 4 FREE oil changes for the next 2 years. Hmmmm, and South County was trying to sell me a service plan stating I would get 8 free oil changes. Well, I was entitled to 4 automatically!Sat there for four hours, nothing to drink or eat. 100% circus because of the finance person that was trying to get money in his pocket from us even to the point of us being told if we purchased a plan it would help keep the lights on! I will NEVER refer anyone to this dealership.

Purchased my new vehicle this weekend and Sales and Finance were extremely helpful throughout the process. Javier was very helpful in answering all my questions about the car and even though they were extremely busy (end of month close out), the process went very smooth from the time I walked on to the lot to the time I drove off in my new car. I purchased the car on a Saturday with a pre-approved loan from my Credit Union, and on Monday the dealership fiance found they wanted to add additional requirements (more cash down) to the loan approval which was not what I wanted. Willie in Finance was able to move the loan to a different credit union with a better rate and no additional cash required. Very helpful and I certainly appreciate how he listened to my original needs and found a solution. Thanks again to the team at South County Dodge, I would recommend them and I will certainly return in the future!

By far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I came from 3 hours away to purchase a Scat Pack Charger. Unfortunately, the vehicle I wanted had not arrived to the dealership yet but Ben one of the car salesman assured me it is coming and could hand deliver it to my house. I thought I was going to have to make another trip just to pick the vehicle up but this dealership sure knows how to treat its customers. Ben was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He was not pushy, super helpful with every part of the purchase, and overall just a genuinely nice guy. These characteristics are extremely rare in the car business. Once the purchase was finalized and I was sent to the finance manager Stephen I was treated once again extremely well. Stephen was by far the best in the business when it came to getting me the best deal. I have never had a dealership beat my personal credit union on interest rates but he did and went above and beyond for me. These guys are what makes a car purchase entertaining and a fun experience and I was not taken advantage of in any way. I would say I got an amazing deal and was receiving service as if I was buying a $100k car. I will be returning to this dealership when I will be in the market for a Hellcat in the next few years.

Worst dealer ever. I have dealt with many dishonest and rude dealers in the past but these guys top them all. I worked with 3 sales reps, 2 sales managers, and 1 finance manager here, but not a single person was decent.Avoid them like the plague. But if you still want to come here, remember these:1. Read the documents very carefully. Bring someone else with you and let them read as well. In my case, after negotiating the price, they deceivingly increased the cars price by $2500 when they printed out the paper to sign. Im not talking about extra features or options, but the actual car price. When I pointed it out, they said it was a mistake and corrected it, but they deceivingly changed the financing terms too.2. If you see a heavy discount on their website, its most likely bait and switch. Even if you call them to make sure the stock number is still available, they will say the car was sold that morning when you arrive there, but you will still see the stock number online a few weeks later. It happened to me all 3 times.3. Make sure the VIN/stock number is the same as the one you test drove and inspected. In my case, they changed the car without telling me to a lower stock number one, meaning the one that was sitting in their parking lot for longer. They said they changed the car because they found a dent in the back bumper while washing the car, but it was a lie because I inspected the exterior inch by inch and did not find it.4. Dont trust what they promise. They said they will fill up the gas tank to make up for their mistake, but they did not. They said they washed the car, but it was very dusty. The list can go on. Avoid them if you can. If not, try to record what they say and try to take pictures, because they will deny it without it.

Online said there are 25. Guy walked off mumbling could be on the other lots and we finally got back to the reception area he sat down with the other sales guy (who was playing on his cell phone), no response no nothing, we stood waiting. Seemed we wasted his time. Even the receptionist made excuses, could be on any of the lots we have, hes on the computer looking right now it will be a minute, we can physically see the sales guy just not a computer just chatting and doing nothing. With so much inventory on so many lots you would think they would want to sell some of it. Wont be back and too bad brought my checkbook. As for the response from this post, if you see so many one star reviews, do something about your sales guys dont just continue with canned responses. We still wont be back as this seems to be a bigger issue at your dealership. Ive seen a Ford dealership lay everyone off and start over to truly provide better service.

Great experience buying at South Coast CDJR. Ive bought cars and/or trucks in Santa Barbara, San Diego and Marin County and in retrospect think this purchase was the easiest yet. Ponce (Erik), Francisco and Wayne provided excellent service through out the process. I was reluctant to purchase a car 250 mi. from my home due to the normal complexity of selecting, negotiating and closing the sale but I found what I wanted in their (huge) inventory and negotiated it online. I found Ponce to be a very knowledgeable salemand and a great guy to work with and within minutes of arriving Wayne, the consummate professional, had the paperwork complete and me rolling in my new vehicle. Do to their large inventory and competitive pricing these guys move significant inventory and are very busy, I would imagine its best to have some knowledge of what you want, their inventory and an appointment before arriving to minimize your time.

Bought a truck prior to Covid. They currently have yet to satisfy my payoff on trade in. They should have prior to Covid but apparently this didn’t matter to them. Now there is no website and nobody to call us back. Apparently we will have to take them to court as we are making double payments on two trucks when I only posses one.

Gave me a great deal, but they are horrible with communication. I had them throw in a spray in bed liner for free as part of my deal and they did not communicate with me about what time I can expect to pick my truck up or that the company they outsourced the work to would drive my truck over 120 miles in total as oppose to hauling it. They also did not refill my gas tank. Unprofessional outsourcing of business. Everything else was great and they are very friendly.

So I found out by accident, I was going to get my oil changed and strangely nobody was there. The other dealers around there were open but not them?so I went to the other dealer and asked if they new what happened to the dealership, and I recognized one of the old employee from the dodge dealership. I asked him why they were closed and He told me the owner embezzled all the money and left everyone else broke so that is why you cant find anybody there the place is closed down for a very long time.

This service center has gone above and beyond expectations. I came in with a power steering issue after another dealership had told me this was not warranty work and I would have to pay for the work myself. This was the dealership I purchased the car from and came here for a second opinion. The work was covered under warranty. That is not why they get 5 stars, they get 5 stars because:1) They found a service technician that lived near me and he drove me home on his way home2) They completed the work ahead of the scheduled date3) Coordinated the pickup from the same service technician on his way back into work for me to pickup my vehicle4) The vehicle was clean when picked up and freshly washedThis service center takes customer service to another level. Thank you Hank, Gary, and David.

Our first bad experience was a couple of years ago returning a trade in and purchasing a new vehicle. The salesmen and sales manager were unprofessional and clueless. Completely shady! At the end of this we ended up leaving our trade in and not buying a new vehicle. My husband and I decided to give them a second chance hoping there was a change. If youve been here, you know this lot is pretty big. All the salesmen were hanging out near the entrance of the building smoking. (I believe its California law that there is no smoking within 20 feet from entryways to all buildings.) We were very interested in a certain vehicle. We asked to see the interior. The salesman went to get the key but returned saying he couldnt find it and was going to check with another person. That wasnt a problem, were patient people. The problem was when we returned to the vehicle after waiting for over 30 minutes to find the same salesman helping another couple. Nobody approached us with a status of the key and nobody asked us if we wanted to see a similar vehicle. Kind of crazy if you ask me. We ended up leaving and purchasing the same $70,000 vehicle elsewhere with great service. To Mr. South County Owner, no need to respond. The value of great customer service is greater than the value of the vehicle.

They have decent prices on the window sticker, but as soon as your half way through the signing process, the finance department will start adding new expenses and print them out for you to sign like it’s mandatory. I’d recommend taking a look here, but be careful before you sign anything. Not a very pleasant experience on my end.

Bought a new car. Experience initially seemed good and then went downhill. The car buying experience appeared straightforward and professional, but I have to say I am pretty disappointed in follow-up post sales and finance. On the finance side, I was literally lied to about Chrysler Capital terms. I needed to carry a loan to qualify for a rebate and the dealership attempted to game me (was told 10K is minimum load amt, it is actually 5k. Was told must carry loan for minimum 4 months, there is no minimum term). I will clear it all up in the first 30 days of ownership... but... why lie? It costs me 70 dollars in interest charges and gives your reputation a well deserved black eye.On the post-sales side, a trim piece was missing from my car as new and I notified my salesperson as I was driving home with the car; they said it would be taken care of, that it would be shipped to me, but after that I did not hear another thing - texts and phone calls go unanswered. I then escalated to the sales supervisor only to have the same scenario play out. Nearly a month passed by and I have now opened a case with corporate so that the regional manager can speak with the dealership on my behalf. Why things have to be like this is beyond me and a huge part of why I try to avoid car buying in general. Wouldnt a dealership not only want sales, but to build a relationship and get repeat customers? Bad culture.

Honestly a great experience. We were welcomed with great friendly people who were not pushy at all. We already had in mind our car that we wanted and the price that they offered was very reasonable. Couldnt be more satisfied. The process of getting the car was easy and fast and no long wait. I recommend anyone who is looking for a reasonable car price and friendly services, This is your place. My advice is to do research before to know exactly what type of car you want.

Customer service from Cherise and Christian was also top notch. The guy who did the finance (his name escapes me) was also very helpful and informative. I had been shopping for a week on line for this vehicle. Happy to find that the best deal was right here at home.

I have never had a worse car dealership experience in my life. Avoid this place at all cost. I saw a deal on a car that I couldnt pass up at this dealership and even though it was a 2 and half hour drive away I decided to take the drive. I was greeted with people ignoring me left and right until I finally went inside the dealership to get some help. Browning was the man who came to help us check out the car we had come to see. The car was obviously in much worse condition then the online ads and the lots associates over the phone made it out to be. Not only was the car in bad condition, but it was also filthy inside and out very unprepared for my arrival. Before my friend and I took the car out for a test drive Browning asked for a credit card and license. The credit card seemed a little weird but I went for it just to drive the car. Upon returning back to the dealership, I was greeted to no one once again. I went inside to get the copy of my information back and Browning was already working with another customer. I waited until they came to a brief pause and then asked for the copy of my license and card back. after shuffling a few papers on his desk he said to me look like I lost track of it brother. I couldnt believe what I had just heard and urged him to find it. He then replied with a very rude Chill man you have been a real ass since youve gotten here Dealing with rude people like this for years now I kept my cool and insisted that he found it. He walked to another desk and found it almost immediately, proceeded to walk back over to me crumple it up and throw it at my face. He then said I wouldnt have sold you this car even if you had wanted to buy it. I replied with have a nice day and left. I urge no one to do business with this dealership. Ive never experienced a more unprofessional dealership in my life. Not even a attempt at good customer service, avoid this lot at all cost. The deals are really to good to be true and information security is critically lacking.

I then sent an email to ALL 4 Managers and Sales managers... NOT ONE HAD THE COURTESY TO RESPOND.. really? Out of 4 managers.? not one reply? We told him we were going to shop around and he let us go without harrassment. We ended up back at the Dodge dealership because of Oscar and the vehicle that we were originally looking at worked the best for the right price. It was 8:30 PM and we were tired, we told them that we would come back the next morning to sign paperwork. The finance guy Francisco was very chill and professional. He didnt put pressure on us to sign the papers that night. Because of our experience with Francisco and Oscar we are back Sunday morning buying the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership.

When coming to a deal on the price for a vehicle I was going to lease from this dealership, one of the things that was instrumental in my agreeing to the price they quoted me, was that i was told the vehicle and the lease terms would qualify me to be able to claim the CA Clean Vehicle Rebate (CVRP).However after they had told me multiple times during the negotiations, including answering affirmatively when i directly asked them before signing, I found out later that in fact the lease did not qualify.Attempting to contact the dealership about this resulted in long strings of being ignored, given a run around, and being told they would get back to us soon then they never did, over and over.At this point they have not in any way attempted to reconcile after their sales team lied to us. If they would at least work with us to reconcile the situation I would assume it was a misunderstanding and be glad to work with them. However, as of now i can only assume they knowing lied to me in order to get me to sign the lease. My advice, stay away from this dealership.

Great sales experience with Adam, especially compared to all the other Bay Area dealers I communicated with. Straightforward, upfront pricing. No games; no BS. And, his pricing was by far the best for the vehicle I was looking for and that he obtained for me. Here’s my dealings with them in an email I send to their offices, I still cannot get a straight answer. Buyers beware!:I came out to your dealership 5/5/19 and rode my Harley Davidson all the way from Bakersfield for a truck you had advertised on your site for $51,895. Stock number is 43048. I talked to two people this morning and two via text verifying the truck was there and the price was indeed $51,895. I also asked for photos of the truck and was sent photos not showing dents and dings all over the truck.I was ready to buy but once I got there after riding for 3 and half hours I was told the price was wrong and that they can’t do that but could get me a great deal. They told me the price on the truck was “without the lift” but clearly it was just a truck used for bait and switch purposes as there still isn’t a truck that was the same at the price they had advertised. I also had made sure of the price with everything as pictured before I made the tripWas I just bait and switched? a victim of false advertising?Christian was who helped me and showed me the truck. After I told him about the dents and dings he told me “it added character” and that the truck was listed as the wrong price but could get me a good price on something else. Yet still nothing is changed online on the listing I came for.I came today to purchase this vehicle! This is what I had been looking for, and was instantly thrown away because of someone else’s error? this is how you do business?Hopefully someone can make this right and that I did not waste my time coming all the way out here. I have screen shots of the site as well as the texts.

For the last week, Ive been trying to buy a car from this place. Im from out of state so the process required several phone calls. The first person was very helpful, but she was busy everytime I called after that. I left several messages and never heard back. This happened with the 3 other people I talked to. This seems to be the attitude of the whole dealership. I was met with a little hostility from the service department as well when I called them to request some information about the car. I gave up trying. The customer service here sucks. Never thought it would be so difficult to buy a car from a place that sells cars. I was paying with cash too so it would have been really easy.

I purchased a car here 2 years ago. We went here 3 weeks ago and purchased another car for my husband. The only thing I see flawed with this dealership is that they do not update their website. I was very disappointed. We had to pack the entire family to drive 3.5 hrs, stayed overnight in San Jose, just to go for their deal. Yes, they seem to have the best dealer discount for the car we were looking for but thats about it. They were nickel and dime on every little thing. Their out the door deal were $500 over our budget, which we had to think overnight. We went back the next day, ready to take their deal. Then, the finance manager said the current deal is now $300 more which is now $800 over our budget. Considered how far we drove. Theyd think well take the deal. We had to walk out from the dealer. I felt ripped off. Im 35 weeks pregnant, with a 16 months toddler, and these guys decided to raise $300 because I dont have other choice? At this point, it is not the $300 I am concerned but the business practice. They were taking advantage of my situation. I refused to be ripped off like that. I would rather pay more at other place than going back to this dealership. Honesty is the best policy and they have none of that.

I also pointed out a portion of the wheel well wasnt tucked in (hard to explain without a picture). I showed Javier just before the vehicle was taken for the detailing. He saidsthey would take care of it. Guess what!? As I pulled away from the lot, I noticed two friggin hand prints on the back window AND the section of the wheel well was NOT taking care of ...
