Who doesnt love Ariat! Unfortunately, I went the week after Fathers Day so they hardly had any mens shirts. Even the womens tees were limited. They had a great selection in other items I just went specifically for tees.

Need more mens jean sizes.. otherwise pretty cool place.

Gave it a second try this week as the first time they were stocking the store during business hours, no room to turn around let alone shop. Second time the store looked better, but the prices were 40% higher than boot barn even after any discounts they offered and its still more than full retail at other Western Apparel stores. Wont be back again.

The staff is great they’re helpful and knowledgeable. The inventory changes constantly. Some things are priced the same as online but other things you can get at a steep discount.

An awesome place to buy jeans, boots, jackets, and other types of top of the line western wear. Because this is an outlet, you can buy certain items extremely discounted compared to buying online. The manager and staff are very helpful, and friendly. The store itself is very clean, and well organized with a wide selection of choices.

Amazing experience...... Philip Rios helped me.... really cool guy... very informative and helpful... this was my first time to an Ariat store or trying on their boots. I really think I may end up with a collection of these boots now. Really liked the simple shirts as well and found several belts I couldnt leave without.

Its a bummer to visit an outlet for one of my favorite brands, and come out empty handed. They have tons of boots and shoes not many would wear, [style wise] and of the few trendy boots available, they didnt have inventory for popular sizes. Their clothing line was plentiful and trendy for an outlet store; and the prices were fair compared to retail. But, if your looking to buy a pair of amazing boots; Id suggest online shopping instead of this outlet store.

Horrible service. Went to arias outlet in Florida and they did not have my size. We attended to call gilroy store because they had my size and was told they could not take my order they were way too busy. They promised to follow up if they were able to transfer them but the end of weekend and that never happened! 😡

Nothing like a Boot Barn, or a Tractor Supply...but alot of Ariat stuff that is LIGHTLY new in Trend, but mostly been out for awhile.

I went to this place twice. The first time I was in a rush and didnt pay attention to the signs or the deals. I just read the prices of a few things and left the store thinking cool. I came back a few days later with my wife remembering how the outlets work and decided to ask about the deals. While I was there a large portion of the store was 50% off. That alone was great but generally they also had a great selection. You cant go wrong with ariat products in general but its nice to see an actual ariat outlet in these parts. The employees left something to be desired but the manager/supervisor(?) Was really friendly. I wouldnt expect a lot of help from the people they had there when I went in but Im also the type that likes to be left alone, but a smile would be nice.

We (me and my boyfriend) came into this store not expecting anything at all. We just wanted to come in, do a quick browse and walk right back out. Until.... we met Irvin and Jonathan!This is by far the best experience I’ve had at any store, ever! I’ve shopped at stores ranging to designer and the experience does not compare to anything.In this store we came across the infamous Mexico New Team Softshell Jacket that has been ridiculously hard to track down for retail price. My cousin (not present at the store) and I have had this on our wishlist. Since they did not have her size in women’s, Irvin was beyond kind to undress the mannequin and dress it with a men’s jacket. All this just so I could take pictures and send to my cousin in order to give her a better idea of fitting. And why did Irvin volunteer to do this? Because he is awesome.In addition to the wonderful experience we had with Irvin, the store had great discounts on boots. Jonathan who helped us was so patient when we kept asking for different sizes in different styles. He never once looked bothered or annoyed by our requests. And when a size was not available, he always apologized. This was the cherry on top of this shopping experience.WHEN we come back to this store, I hope Jonathan and Irvin are there to assist us!

It is a little over crowded in the store but its worth it. Found boots $40 cheaper than boot barn. Fast checkout and if you need assistance theres always an employee around.

I got some boots that were 100 dollars off and there are a wide variety to pick from. Deals are really good sometimes.

Bad service

Not a lot of selection of womens clothes compared to men’s. Only went there because I received a coupon for 30% off, bought my husband new pair of boots and a button down men’s western shirt. I could not find my coupon but went through with the sale. After my husband tried on the boots we realized I grabbed the wrong size. I decided to return them then I could buy the correct size and use my coupon that I had found of course right after the purchase (isn’t that the way it always goes?!) The manager would not allow me to do so, said could not use for a previous purchase, I understood the rule but explained I’m returning a pair and wanted to now buy a different, he said that didn’t matter. Way to work with your customers Ariat! So I returned the wrong size boot for a refund, left the store and went to Boot Barn where I got 15% off AND additional 15% off for a store promo. Thanks Boot Barn, I will continue to be YOUR loyal customer as I do not care to try Ariat store again anytime in the future.
