HORRIBLE EXPIRIENCE!!I am absolutely appalled by the service and treatment by the assistant manager Terri. My husband and I drove 45 minutes to come to this store to buy Berckinstocks and we were trying on all the different sizes styles, which could make a mess as expected. The assistant manager approached us with a snobby attitude and her hand on her hips, and asked us to keep the shoes off the floor, which is understandable because its a safety hazard. So we told her that well do that, but then she had the audacity to tell us to put the shoes back on the shelf and keep it organized. We calmly responded to her by saying thats not our job. She silently starred at us for a good 30 seconds as if we just said something horrible, and then she asked us to leave and never come back.. Her reasoning for her kicking us out was verbal abuse. Im sorry if the truth hurts, but as someone who has worked customer service before, you just need to know your place and job title. I dont know if she viewed us as privileged white boys or if her ego is just too big, but as a military member, I am utterly appalled and offended by her disrespect and God awful treatment. I dont know what her problem was, but the assistant manager Terri is horrible towards customers and should not be a manager.

This place is awesome! Great shoes with great prices. They offer soo many styles and brands that you find at brand name stores. They have Vans, Converse, Nike, Bearpaw, Adidas and many more.

Same old stuff and ok priced but its time to improve

I must admit you get what you pay for. After years I finally found a pair of slippers that osnt quick to mat inside the shoe.

I love shoes! Great store. Was hoping for BETTER DEALS since its inside the OUTLETS. There were some decent deals, mostly $10-$20 off original prices. Wanted Nike Air Force Ones, they do NOT carry. VERY friendly staff, helpful & knowledgeable- they get 5 stars!

Stuff are nice and friendly. I can find my size (boots and pumps). But its hard find about sandals. I came to here sandal today. I fond only one sandal (size 5/5.5)So for I got it. Probably online is more easy.

The only place to get your shoes... Not anymore. This place has gone downhill since Management changes. And as always . It starts at the District Manager level up to the Regionals. Dont waste your time here.

The only things this Famous Footwear location has going for it are prices and a large assortment of styles and sizes. It is usually not picked up, the aisles are too narrow and it is really just self service.

About $10 off the retail price in the main section, but much better in the discount section to about 50% of the retail price.
