I miss the old store and the selection. Just bought a pair of new memory foam $129 and they only lasted a month. I can only wear their wide shoes size and had to buy another pair. Hope they last longer this time. 🤔

Love, love, love this store and New Balance! I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, so this will now be my go-to place for footwear. The NB 990 and 1540 are now the only shoes I wear...boo-hoo...poor me 😩😭Yet they’re fashionable, well made, and super comfy. The 40%+ off sale they’re currently having is awesome! The staff at this store are very helpful and friendly too!

Really dont care for the new layout at the new location. Its just like Nike now. Hard to view the shoes. Service is still very good though.

Due to size needed to be mailed from out of state, received item in less than a week and sizing was appropriate!

New location. When you turned into Arrio Camino make a right towards Starbucks. The lay out is different from the other store, see photos. Staff is nice and helpful. New Balance are great shoes if your heel is narrow and forefoot is wide. They have plenty of D width shoes. I need extra support shoes for my low arches. My feet are blister free.

Great sale but 1 get 2nd pair 50% off so I did!The ladies serving there had the best friendly attitude. It was comfortable to shop amd take my time as I did 😁. The ladies didnt try sell me. Which they actually did because they were very knowledgeable with their products and were great to help me get the right fit.Didnt have my 2nd pair the 2nd pair I wanted in the stock room. So they had it shipped directly to my home for FREE!I hadnt shopped the outlets for 20 + yrs. What a great experience. Ill be back Thank you ladies 👍

Its currently limited to 7 people inside at a time. Not to busy they didnt have a lot of good design shoes during my visit. Friendly staff and very clean inside.

Good price. The stock on extra wide sizes could be better, but at least new balance has extra wide sizes. Staff is extremely helpful.

Best shoes i ever had! i used to buy Nike but Nike started skimping on there quality of shoe i like a wide shoe for running and hiking New Balance has a variety from a skinny foot to wide fit shoes at a great price i shop for the at Big 5 on sale but when i get a chance i like going to the New Balance store in Gilroy CA great black Friday prices😃

New location. Wouldve been nice if there was signage at old location. Smaller store. Large selection. Customer service was basic.

Sweet helpful staff and many many choices

Worst place ever.If you lose your recipt they will refound just the 50% or the price. The excuse is because they dont k ow when you buy it. The “manager” is a brainless fallow the rules person that have no idea how run a business. Keep off.
