Washed our vehicles by hand and wanted to paste wax both before winter. Found some turtle wax here not many choices I guess everyone is going to the spray wax but Im old and like to apply it by hand. Vehicles are 4 and 5 years old paint is in good shape but the wax job gives them a good layer of protection from the winter weather.

Purchased an alternator for a Ford Taurus at this location and installed it. The part was faulty and the exchange occurred and I asked for them to check the new alternator before I reinstalled. They also informed me that this was a limited warranty and could not keep returning the faulty alternator’s. Worker had trouble checking the new alternator and management assisted. When returned to the desk they told me the replacement part was “fine” and checked out OK. They could not answer how much voltage was coming out of the alternator. I went to another advance auto and had it checked. Turns out the alternator was bad and they refunded our money. I returned to the store of originality on North Oak Trafficway and told him not to lie to customers because they are wasting their time. They lied directly to my face. Will not deal with them again.

Needed new windshield wipers. Irma the GM helped me get the right size. She not only put them on my car in the freezing rain, she showed me how when I asked to learn. She was great!

Nice that staff installed the windshield wiper blades Id just purchased from them.The lady working the counter was nice, but the older man that she had to ask for help was very condescending to her and to me. (hence the -1 *)

Lovely staff excellent service

Desperate for a battery at 20 till 9. When I pulled in there were only two folks working, fortunately I knew exactly what I needed, I told her my make model and battery that I needed to buy. She told me she could not help me change the battery, they are not allowed. I told her it was fine I could do it myself. Just tell me what I need and Ill get out of your way. Unfortunately I needed a wrench and a socket, which Ashley was able to provide for me. I got my battery changed out and they were kind enough to wait until I was finished. I kept them 10 minutes past closing, but Ashley was very nice and very polite, and made sure that I was okay before she locked the door. I will definitely be back. Thanks Ashley!

Went for new wiper blades for wifes car. Shelly suggested some that were on sale and had a 1 year replacement. And she even installed them!

Every time I come here staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. If they dont have something on their part shelf they will order it if they can. They carry oil transmission fluid, windshield wipers, headlamp, brake and blinker lights air freshener, valve cover gaskets, Alternators belts and many other things for your car.

My go to store for auto parts.

When I walked in I was immediately asked if I needed help finding anything. Even though I could have found it myself I was in a slight hurry so I told her what I was looking for. She took me to the product, recommended one, and I was done. Very happy with my service.

My bike went flat. While waiting on the bus, I stopped in to the Auto Parts store and asked the attendant if they had fix-a-flat for bikes. Ten minutes and my bike was ready to ride again. Dude knew his stuff from top to bottom. I was done before the bus came. Smooth!

Advanced people are very helpful, and they will tell you the bottom line. If they cant help you they will send you to the next best place with out a thought.

I love that they take used antifreeze. But they expected me to dump it, then had the nerve to say dont make a mess. Asked about a couple of parts for my car and they seemed that I was wasting their time. Im sure this isnt the norm here so Ill give them another try on another day.

Found what I was looking for quite easily because I knew exactly what I was going forsadly it seemed like the staff was more interested in talking to each other or looking at their cell phones instead of acknowledging or helping the customers soon as they walked in the store was quite clean and stock levels were sufficient I may try another place before I come back here

I have been here a number of times (live real close by), and I have never had a problem. Always friendly, and go out of their way to be helpful. To the person complaining below, I understand being aggravated that the store is closed for remodeling, but to give them a bad review over something that is completely out of their control is ridiculous and short-sited. The store itself had nothing to do with your issue. Complain about their online ordering system if you like, but this location did nothing to deserve a bad rating.

Staff tried, but none of them seemed the least bit familiar with auto parts and repairs. Got alot of attitude for wanting to spend money here. Hire/interview better.

Needed a battery. They sold me the battery and installed it for me. Great service and very reasonable price.

I came into this store for the first time the other night. I was greeted by a employee named Davis he went above and beyond and provided great customer service and was very knowledgable and was able to help me with everything I needed. All in all very impressed with this store.

If you need expert advice this is the place to go. The staff is always pleasant and they dont talk down to you for whatever you may need. They even offer free installation of batteries and windshield wipers.

Purchased a new battery and was in and gone in under 20 minutes thanks to Candice. She worked fast and was glad to do it. Super experience.

Applied for a job in 12/18 for an advertised position, went in the next day to talk to the manager. She was very short with me saying they had no openings. Ok. Then I noticed that every employee was female all sitting around and conversing. Doing nothing. If you go here as a man dont expect much until they fire their manager.

Slow, inattentive, and a little rude. Went in to get one small item. There was a line. The guy helping folks asked the ladies in the back for help. They ignored him. On my way out, I thanked the ladies for their lack of help and for allowing us to stand around for 20 minutes waiting. One (kelli or shelli or something) started to argue with me, saying she was too busy with commercial work to help in the store. I thanked her again for being no help. Who knows what the other person was doing. Three people in a store, and two goofing off in the back... great business plan. I think I will just go to OReillys next time. It is the same story with this place, every time I go in.
