Gilbert was an outstanding sales person and Kyle was very professional when explaining options to our vehicle. In fact the whole staff was outstanding with the exception of Mark in financial. I would have given them 5 stars but for Mark. He made my wife and I sit on the hard plastic chairs in the lobby for so long that we just about got up and left. Best thing that Gladstone could do is to fire him!

Drove 3 hours to buy a new car I found on their website. The sales guy was super nice. The trade in value for our car was VERY low. Got that resolved up to a decent amount and then the price of the new car goes up. The website said 51k, the sticker was 53k and the sales manager was offering us a deal that made the car 56k after everything was done. They wouldnt honor the website pricing because if you dont click on the pricing tab and see the rebate being taken off the sticker price, you have no idea that the price of the car isnt actually the price at all. VERY misleading. Any way you ran the numbers at 0 percent financing (we have EXCELLENT credit) the price of the car was $56000.00. Unacceptable business practices. The advertised price of the car, our trade, and 0 percent would have came out to a done deal for us too. Its a shame because our sales guy lost his commission and that shouldnt have happened either. Would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.****The biggest problem was not the dealer closer to home. It was the price of the car going from 51k to 56k. That $1500.00 rebate didnt matter to is at all. Poor response
Great customer service! I have had work done on my Jeep here and they were honest, trustworthy and treated you like a human. When it came time to purchase my next vehicle, David Taylor, David Reid and Kyle Kolby were awesome! Again they are fair, honest, trusting and treat you as a human! Everyone I came in contact with here has been that way! I highly recommend visiting this dealership for service or for purchasing a new or used vehicle!
Troay did a great job helping us order our new Jeep Gladiator. He walked us through the design process, and kept us posted on the delivery information. When our new truck arrived, he contacted us and set up a time for us to come in and finalize everything. He showed us all of the bells and whistles on it, and even gassed it up for us while we talked with the finance department. We would definitely work with Troay to purchase our next vehicle. We would however ask for a different finance person. He was short with me when I was trying to email him a copy of our insurance card, because it was apparently taking too long. He did not make eye contact with us through the entire process, and he acted like he was in a huge hurry and was rushing and banging his mouse on his desk and slamming his printer paper drawer and tossing papers around on his desk. We were very uncomfortable...

Ernest and Andrea in service are the BEST! I had spent a couple thousand dollars getting my car serviced at an independent service center only to hear that it need a dealership to service my car. I called Gladstone Dodge and Andrea listened to all of my concerns, followed up promptly and was extremely friendly in getting my part ordered and helping facilitate a tow. Ernest checked my car in and was very thorough in completing the diagnostic. Ernest called weeks in advance of the projected completion date to say my car was READY and under a recall warranty! I could not be happier with my entire experience with Gladstone Dodge and especially Ernest and Andrea!!! HIGHGLY RECOMMEND!
If I could rate the Gladstone Dodge Service Department a zero, I would! Though courteous, John Byrom was no help with my issues. Will detail in a letter to Gladstone Dodge management, with copies to the Better Business Bureau and the Missouri Attorney Generals office. This is not my first disappointment with this Service Department but it will be my last!
The sales staff was a pleasure to work with. I bought a new Dodge Ram from the salesman Morgan who was extremely transparent with the price and the process. I plan to buy another vehicle with him in the future. We all shake hands and agree on a deal. As I am swapping my stuff from the old to new vehicle I am approached out of nowhere by a guy in a suit who states step into my office. We then talk about warranties and financing. I am promised an extremely great rate, the buddy discount by the finance guy named Marc. The agreed upon rate and price were accurate and I agree to add $5/month to the loan for a 72 month warranty. The next day I realize on the paperwork that my extended warranty @ $5 extra a month is actually a $4400 warranty. I would recommend Gladstone Dodge to a friend but HAVE YOUR HEAD ON A SWIVEL in that finance office.
I went to several different dealerships looking for my New 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Jerry Hicks was assigned to me as a salesman when I got to the dealership and it was all because of him and how he treated me throughout the entire process that I made the decision to purchase my new Jeep at Gladstone. It was a very positive experience throughout the entire process. I will definitely be reaching out to Jerry Hicks the next time I get ready to purchase a new vehicle.
Recently purchased a vehicle from Gladstone Dodge. Found a few issues with the car, it is used. Made a service appointment with them, this is where it goes down hill. The service department made a 9:30 appointment to see what the issues were. After waiting an hour for them to get my car out of the service bay I asked what the deal was, they informed me that the appointment was to get my car to them and they would get it on a lift when they found time..I explained to them that I couldn’t wait all day for them to look at my car I decided to leave, unhappy and still having issues with my car. I will never return to the service department of this dealership. They don’t seem to care about you or your vehicles needs. I would about his dealerships service at all costs!

My pregnant wife (who had my 1 year old son with her) had a 9am appointment the other day. She was told it would take a couple hours to get her oil changed. 1pm comes around and she went into the office for an update. She was told her car hasn’t even been worked on yet and there were still 2 people in front of her. When she asked for someone to take her to get food for my son they told her to walk across the street and get some. After arguing with them that she wasn’t taking a baby across a busy street someone went to get her food. 3pm rolls around and her car was finally finished with her 9am oil change. The disrespect that was given to her that day is unacceptable. This is the last business We are doing with this place.
My wife and I were looking at the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit as it was the 3rd row Jeep we were waiting for and Jerry Hicks was extremely helpful to us by providing us information we needed to make the big decision whether to purchase one or wait. Jerry worked with us on finding the right vehicle for us and he was able to locate a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve L for us that met 99.9% of our list. That last .1% was the colour of the vehicle, but it was a miniscule option compared the overall specifications of what we were looking for in a new Jeep. Jerry was also helpful when it came to trading in my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude, letting me know the additional history of the vehicle that I did not even know about when I first purchased it. Jerry provided text and phone updates on the status of the vehicle throughout the process and we were grateful knowing when we could expect the delivery of the vehicle. We are extremely ecstatic about our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve L and would definitely recommend anyone who is thinking about acquiring a new vehicle from Gladstone Dodge Chrysler Jeep & Ram to talk to Jerry to see how he can be of assistance.*Update 211029*Two months to the day our Jeep had some electrical issues where it would not start and after three tow truck services later, the last one managed to jump start the vehicle so that I could drive it to the dealership. The following morning the Service Advisor, Michael Reed, sent me a text message to let me know that the Service Department had begun the evaluation process on the Jeep to see what the problem was. Throughout the entire process Michael kept in contact with me via text to provide updates and when I needed to get a rental car, Michael was able to get me the information I needed to get one from the dealership. The entire process took a week since they had to wait for parts, but I was throughly impressed with the level of service that Michael and his team provided.

Buying and trade in process was pretty easy and painless, our sales guy Kyle Kolbe was great and made the process easy. It took minimal negotiation to get to a price we both agreed on. They also have a wide selection of different vehicles if you are unsure about what you are looking for. I shopped all around the area and Gladstone seemed to be the most reasonable on prices, which is why we choose to come here in the first place. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new or used vehicle and will definitely come back when we are in need of another vehicle.
I went to the dealership with a manifold leak I thought yet my truck was still under extended warranty!! Turned out had 4 bolts sheared off and my service dept agent Dean worked tirelessly with the warranty office and service dept mechanic to get my beautiful dodge 2500 back up and into my hands!! Dean was very professions and caring of my needs and I just can’t thank him enough !!! Great rep for Gladstone Dodge!!!
They had my car for a week for an oil change, to inspect/ replace the headlight, and run updates. I dropped it off on a Wednesday, and they called Friday afternoon to let me know I needed a new bulb in my headlight, at a cost of $500.00. I agreed, and he said he would call me later that day to let me know when the car was done. No call all weekend. On Monday, I called several times about the status of my car, and no one called me back. I went into the shop on Monday night. They were still working on it supposedly, and it would be ready tomorrow morning. I finally received a text late Tuesdaty afternoon letting me know my car was ready. I went to pick it up, only to discover that the headlight was still not fixed. The customer service manager was gone for the day, so they told me to call tomorrow. Called twice and left messages. No returned call. Called again the next day, and big surprise, the customer service manager was busy, and so was the tech who knew about the repairs. The person who answered booked me again for Monday to bring my car back. Hopefully they can figure it out without taking another week.
My experience was great. Brandon was fast, efficient and so very helpful in every aspect of the process. It was a absolute pleasure having him assist me in the purchase of my new vehicle. 😊
I’m doubtful I’ll go to express line for a service on my vehicle again. It’s definitely not express if there’s not enough workers to get it done within an hour. Spent half my day waiting for an oil change. Not again
Was told 2 hours for an oil change when I dropped my vehicle off. I said okay, I understand short staffed etc…I had another appointment so Took uber to that and back, still not ready. After 2 1/5Hours checked with staff, still not ready, told “probably” 45 more minutes. Waited 3 1/5Hours for oil change. Wish I just would have been told that in the beginning to plan my day accordingly or come back another day. Poor communication.
I was driving home on Highway 29 from my job in Kansas City to my home in Saint Joseph, I was in the passing lane Passing a semi and a Gladstone Kc powerhouse van came flying up on the right hand side of me laying on his horn because he wanted to get in between me and the semi truck so I sped up he got behind me and rode within inches of my tailgate and Once I could get over into the right hand lane I did and then when he passed me he flipped me off. All while it is raining. I got the license plate number. What he did was rude but to do that in a company car is unprofessional and if somebody that worked for my company did that, I would want to know!
I had an appointment, told them I was going to wait there at time of booking a few days before my appointment. It took 3 hours for them to do an oil change. Needless to say I was upset since I had a full day of appointments and errands to run. None of which were completed. This was my first time using them as I recently bought a new jeep from them a few months ago. I hope that this is not a regular occurrence with them. Thats why I gave them more then 1 star because I hope this was just someone having a bad day. I was also disappointed when I got my jeep back and no car wash. My old dealership pulled out all the stops with a wash and topped off all my fluids. I know its a little picky but to use a dealership that goes the extra mile has my full support. I feel like if this dealership doesnt care about their clients I may have made a big mistake buying a car from them in the first place. Sorry for the long post. I will give them a second chance and I hope they change my outlook next time.

The service was great. The people were great. I just didnt like sharing the Waiting Room with customers who were unmasked. Otherwise, they would be 5 Stars.
Service has continued to deteriorate.During our last experience, we dropped our car off the night before a 7:15 am service appointment. The day of the appointment the vehicle was not looked at until after 4pm and only because I called and pressured the service rep into it. The next day the vehicle diagnosis was begun. A complete assessment was not finished until the end of the day. No one could be reached at the dealership for two hours to confirm the work during that day.On the third day, the service representative said that the work would be done by 11am. When I arrived at 2pm to pick up the car, the invoice was not completed and apparently Rachel, our service representative, was on her third lunch (according to the conversation the other employees were having while I was standing in the service center) and could not be found. When Rachel walked in a few minutes later she remembered that she had promised to have the vehicle ready and asked me to wait a few minutes while they got the paper ready.When Rachel appeared with the invoice, she offered me a 10% discount because of all of the service problems. After having $1200 worth of work done I thought that was a nice gesture considering the communication issues. To my surprise, I was told by the cashier that the 10% was a coupon with a 50$ cap. Apparently, no one, including Rachel, had the authority to approve the discount she offered me (she even wrote it on the invoice).So after 3 1/2 days without a car for a repair that properly scheduled should have taken a morning to complete and several frustrating phone calls (when the phones were being answered), we were offered a coupon that we could have gotten off of the internet.I gave them two stars because the actual work on our vehicles has always been excellent. It’s the customer service that is failing.

Last time I get an oil change at the dealer. 1 1/2 hour time frame turned into a 3 hour wait. Only when I said something did they let me know it would be done in 30 min. Multi point check list missed left front tire at only 30 psi.

This dealership is the worse I’ve ever dealt with in my life! I had an appointment for a Rim issue and 1 1/2 later they still haven’t gotten my vehicle in or even told me how long or anything. This service dept is a Joke, they don’t even communicate with there customers. I went to get a status of how long and they told me oh yeah there is two vehicles ahead of you. Nothing not once was said about that when I got here. I would not suggest anyone to buy anything from this place! Stir clear. Ohhh ya this is my 2nd car purchased from here and my last one from this place. If I could give this a 0 stars I definitely would.
I was getting ready to leave on a road trip of about 2000 miles. Got an oil change and 2 new tires. I had 1 tire that wasnt holding air and 1 that had a chunk out of the side wall. Got a call at 5:45 saying it was ready but they close at 6. I dropped everything to get there before they closed. Saw 2 new tires on the front and figured they put the best on the front. 2 days later and 800 miles away I noticed the tire with the chunk out of the side wall was still on my Jeep. I called them and they said they were sorry it happened and since I wasnt close, get it taken care of and they would reimburse me. I wasnt happy that it took 3 hours and 150 miles out of my way to find a tire and get it replaced. I feel they did what they could to fix the situation but it shouldnt have happened to begin with. I will go back for warranty service but probably not for anything I have to pay for.
Personally the best experience that I have had while purchasing a vehicle. I went to this dealership and spoke to Isaiah Lawson. He asked what vehicle I wanted and the payments that I could afford and literally got me the exact payment that I wanted on the vehicle that I wanted. The back office was also helpful and was also a pleasant experience. I strongly recommend anyone to this dealership and if you want to get the vehicle you want go see Isaiah.
Even though it is a time consuming process, everyone we dealt with was courteous, as they helped in finalizing our purchase. Purchasing my Jeep was pretty easy but after owning it for 5 months it is now having problems with the auto start and power loss. They dont even want to look at it without charging 140+ not something I would expect to have to cover on a new purchase. I could maybe understand paying a repair but to just see if they can find the issue.
Week before made an appointment to have work done at 0830. I get there and not only was the department not open until 9, the dealership quoted me 2x the labor cost that I was quoted on the phone and really didnt want to do the scheduled install because the part wasnt Mopar/Dodge. I found out all of this After I got there at 0825 in the morning. In their defense they did refer me to someone who could do the job elsewhere but the bottom line is that the appointment should have never been made by them to begin with. When making appointments, dont hesitate to ask for the service manager if its anything beyond an oil change.
This is by far my favorite dealership, they do not try to screw you over they do their best to help you. This is my second car I have purchased through them and this time was even better than the last. I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Kolbe and he helped me through the entire process so smooth and fast! I am thankful I went here and will continue to get my services through this dealership until I one day move out of Kansas City.

Dropped off my vehicle at 7 for a diagnostic check and possible repair pending warranty covering it. Didn’t hear back until I called at 1:30. I was a little annoyed with this but given the current situation in service departments nationwide it’s somewhat understandable.I dealt with Dean Reed and he was great. He understood my patience was at 0 and made an effort to get me answers as fast as he could. He fought with the warranty company (Smart AutoCare, avoid these clowns like the plague) multiple times to cover the repair which in the end they didn’t. But he called multiple times to try and get the issue resolved. He even took pictures to show me the damage and the issue, which I thought was a nice touch.I’ll be a returning future customer primarily because Deans customer service.

Took my ram 2500 in for service and it took them 3 different times to finally figure out my oil leak and DEF issue! They charged me each time (around $2000 total in work) except for the last time since it was still under warranty. The last time my truck was there my catalytic converters got stolen on their lot and all they said was that they are not responsible for any damages or theft and that I better turn it into my insurance. When I went to pick the truck up they didn’t even take 2 seconds to zip tie up what was left of my exhaust dangling on the ground, instead allowed me to drag what was left, which sounded like a cow bell, down the road! While on the highway it flew off! I am lucky it didn’t hit someone’s car or fly through someone’s windshield! I was so upset about the whole experience, I will never go back there! and do not recommend using them!EDIT: the lady replied back to this bad review and said they were looking into it, she even called me to tell me they were looking into it. It’s been almost 3 months now still have not heard back from them! Terrible service!

Interior door panel oily staring wheel dirty of grease hands and side windshield panel from dash board grease prints, so as my visor dirty with grease marks, .Not happy with the service at allOn top i have a scratch on my front bumper..Sloppy work and dont take care of customers car apparently ..Disappoint had to spend time cleanning my interior from grease spots and now i have to shampoo some areas from all the grease spots were visor i dont thing they had to mess with it ..Try to keep my truck clean for that to happened when less need it....Happened for second time on 3 time i been there so, i considering taking my truck to a different dodge dealer ship that can treat my vehicle better
Great fast work. It took some time to get the parts in but thats not their fault. They gave me back my truck just the way I gave it to them but better. Thank you!
Jake Clark was professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He got me everything I wanted for my trade in along with a great deal on my new car. Very unhappy, did not keep me informed on the progress of my vehicle. Very difficult to reach service dept on the phone. Werent going to have my vehicle ready when they said they would until I called and told them I was told today and I needed my vehicle back. They told me they would push it through and could probably get it done right before 6 then ended up calling at 430 to tell me it was done. My daughter went to pick it up and the price they gave me ($232) was not what they charged my daughter ($440)I will never go back to this dealership nor would I recommend anyone I know utilize any of their services. On no less that six different occasions over the last 2 weeks I have called to follow up on the status of my fleet vehicles. Every single time I get someone on the phone I am told well there are no notes so im not sure whats going on, let me transfer you, then I get put on hold until the call disconnects. Dealerships arent exactly known for their quality customer service but this is ridiculous.

I have been going to Gladstone Dodge for over ten years for various servicing on my vehicles. I generally go here due to the convenience factor. Several weeks ago, I set up an appointment and dropped off my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for several reasons to include: the emissions recall software update, possibly get new tires and to look into any available software updates. I did this on a Thursday, and from what I was told over the phone, the emissions update and looking over the tires would be completed that day. I did not receive a call on Thursday. I get it. You guys get busy. So, I called on Friday. Correction my wife and I called all day Friday and were not able to get someone to speak to us about my vehicle until Saturday. The lady was nice and told me that due to diesel technicians calling in sick, they could not get my vehicle looked at until early next week. The following week Jordan was able to call me and calm me down and assist me with my issues.The emissions software was updated, new tires were ordered and installed, and the vehicle was picked up. They forgot to check for any software updates. This, unfortunately, is to be expected as I believe the communication between your service department is not very good. I work overseas and across the country regularly, so when I came home this last week, I was able to look at my new tires. Tires looked great! The wheels not so much! The front two tires both have real bad scratches on the center hub area. Almost like an impact tool, accidentally slipped and scratched the wheel, or the technician used the wrong tool to take off the center cap. I’ve been trying to get ahold of Jordan, as he is who knows of my previous woes to get this fixed, and Im having a hard time doing it. I know I need to speak with someone high in the chain of command as this deals with possibly new wheels. This demonstrates a lack of integrity and/or an inexperienced employee working on my vehicle. I am unhappy and need assistance in getting my jeep fixed!

I keep hoping to have a good experience here. I’m on my sixth or so visit and it’s always something. Forgetting about me for hours, putting the wrong parts on my truck, messing up my electronics, etc. This last time was oh so close… I got in and out quickly, the person who helped me was friendly and updated me continuously and I really thought things had changed. Then had a question on my bill… I had added a service and needed some clarification. Rather than answer my question the previously friendly service representative got extremely defensive, blamed another employee, then got into an argument with that employee. I just paid my bill and left. I really wish this place would get its act together.

No complaints about the services performed. Received an emailed repair estimate for $507.00, went to pick up and bill was $934.00. They did not include labor on the estimate, which was not apparent since it was a summary.
Took my Ram to them for an estimate and to have 5 recalls addressed. Needs new engine which I cant afford through them, extra $1000 compared to first two estimates from other places. I understand that its usually more expensive at a dealership because they should be at the top of the game. However my truck was returned to me without the air filter connected to the intake or the engine cover in place. Attention to detail and professionalism is how dealerships justify the extra expense. Matt, our service manager was pretty good. I seriously doubt the attention to detail and capability of the mechanics now.**UPDATE**The owner replied to my review requesting me to send my contact info to his service manager. I did. I sent my email and phone number, which by the way they already had. Havent heard anything from him...... similar response to the texting system they have in place there.

Very frustrated! Was misled by the salesman to think a side mirror camera issue would be fixed before the paperwork was done being signed on the purchase. Ended up having to leave the truck there for several days instead of driving my new $60,000 truck home. I’ve been back and forth to the dealership so many times since then. Roughly once per week. 8 weeks later it’s still in the shop and the problem has gotten worse. Thought I had an appointment yesterday for the truck to be assessed, 24hrs later I have to call to get an update. The update is that the truck had not been assessed yet.For a $60,000 deal, I would expect a lot more from a company. Growing progressively more frustrated every visit.

It was a Big Day my son graduated college with no fan fair, started his job and of course ended up having to work from his apartment. So it was time to bring some positivity to the year and celebrate by buying his own car! He had an idea of what he was looking for and found it at Gladstone Doge. We worked with Kyle, he was extremely helpful and made the process easy and fun. Not to mention he managed to get us a good price for our trade in. We then met with financing, our guy listened to our wants and needs and in the end we were more than pleased with the outcome. All around good people.
