I came to Midas this morning. I had a appointment with Jason. He got me checked out for a quote for free. Which was very nice because most places charge you for that. Secondly they were very professional and had everything I needed for my car. Most places don’t have my models parts for weeks but Jason had everything and was able to have my car ready in a couple hours. Really helped me save time and the cost for a Mercedes was pretty good. They didn’t over charge or anything. Extremely professional and I’m definitely bringing me and my fathers car here more often. Thanks Jason helped a bunch out.

I have been coming here for 2 years and have received nothing but courteous and professional service. Jason and his crew are on their game and made me a believer on fair and honest mechanic shops. As I am sure most of you know it is hard to find a good mechanic shop,,,,,,look no further. I have pointed the way, come one come all and find out how right I am.

Very understanding, I think they are very trustworthy. Went in to get my back breaks changed. apparently they didnt need it and they didnt charge me for them holding my car for an extra couple hours or taking a look at my breaks because they didnt need to be changed.

I am currently on a road trip across the country, and was only stopping in Kansas City for two days. One of my break lights happened to go out on my drive to KC, and I struggled to find a place that could fit me in in the short amount of time I was here. The staff at Midas was incredibly kind, generous and made me feel very comfortable as a young woman. If I lived in KC this would absolutely be my go-to spot. Gladstone midas was way better then the other locations. It was a lot quicker and i noticed better rates. i think 5 stars is a good rating for these guys.

I don’t have enough stars for this Midas, honestly! As a single mom, you basically just plan on getting ripped off at the auto repair shop, but Midas literally treated me like family. I went in for a somewhat different repair that ended up turning into a big ordeal for the two guys working on my car and they could not have been any nicer about it. I genuinely appreciated the fact that they went out of their way to help me get it fixed because it was a huge source of frustration for me and I worried about it a lot. They also did an oil change and a couple other minor lil things and I am serious when I say that my car has never run better! I really really appreciate this Midas. They also did not charge near what I thought I was gonna have to pay.Above and beyond service here. They are a busy shop so respect their time, call and make an appointment in advance. I was here for close to 2 hours by the time they worked thru the ordeal that my car was, so I got to hear several calls. It’s amazing what people expect out of them, yet they’re still just as sweet as they could possibly be. Everyone from the front office people to the gentleman that fixed my problem and then came in to assure me that he had fixed my problem too. Will continue to come here for sure!

Emily and Steve were absolutely amazing! I thought i needed brake pads, cuz my car was squealing, and they diagnosed it almost immediately and got me in! Appreciate how hard working, and customer oriented these guys are! These guys, specifically, definitely deserve a raise! I would genuinely go on strike for these people!

I have gotten my last two oil changes at Midas on Antioch. Each time, I have been impressed with the service. For my most recent visit a few months ago, the manager squeezed me in last minute. I thought that every oil change came with a tire rotation, but I discovered at checkout that they had not rotated my tires. The manager let me know they only do free rotations upon request. However, he also pulled my car back in the shop and had his team complete the rotation. I sincerely appreciated this as I know they were having a busy day and had already done me a favor by squeezing me in. I also later learned that the gentleman who did the rotation was supposed to be off, but he agreed to stay late just to perform the service.The only questionable thing I can say is that I recently learned my car was leaking oil. Another shop told me the cap was loose, but this could have been from something else. I will still return to Midas. I appreciate their value, flexibility, and high-quality service.

Installed my new AC. they had it done fairly quick and the people there are honest workers. 5/5 will come for all my mechanical needs.

They charged me $85 to tell me that Ive got a blown engine, I dont believe that they even looked at my car, based on the conversation I had with the technician, because all he did was repeat what I told them what was wrong.. They had absolutely no further insight as to what was wrong with my car.... Then they wanted to try and charge me $9,500 to replace my engine!!!! I have a 2017 Kia Soul and I found another shop thats gonna change my engine out for $5,500

This by far is one the best locations I have been too. I’m from out of town and I would much rather come here to get work done on my vehicle. Great!! customer service very professional. Highly recommend!

Needed an inspection, was a quick in and out. No muss, no fuss.

HORRIBLE ! Jason, the person at the front desk quoted me Double the amount needed for service and parts! I called Midas the day before and spoke to a young lady over the phone. The quote she gave me was around $500 dollars. The same quote came from 3 other competitors. The day I dropped my car off to Jason at Midas he quoted me $1200 for the exact same service. After I informed him that his quote was double the amount I was given the day before and his competitors he then dropped the price to around $600. If I did not do my research I WOULD HAVE BEEN SCAMMED !! I still ended up paying over a $100. It was a coupon online to receive $35 off brake service and he only gave me $30. Super disappointed Midas! Will consider Firestone in the Future.

I went in after my car overheated unexpectedly. When I returned to get my car, they had fixed a number of things that had been wrong with my car for months. I left feeling as if I had a brand new car. I am very pleased with the service & will be returning for all my car needs :)

He recommended I get new tires to keep my car moving during this lovely winter weve been having, and my car hasnt ran better since! My wife visited this Midas when she was having car trouble recently, and she was extremely happy about the excellent service and attention to detail by the staff. They made sure everything was checked over and safe for her to get back on the road. we highly recommend this location.

I had my oil changed. Tiers rotated. Frount breaks pads and roders. Took in my own high mileage oil and oil filter. The manager was not sure why he did not show me what needed to be done. When I asked why others where taken into the garage and I was not. The new oil drain plug I had . It was tossed out. Not put on. So I questioning. Did my car need roders? Anyway. I will never know. But 308.00 my break pads are garnered for life (35.00 value) so people be sure to look at what needs to be replaced. I declined to have the recommended break lines replace for 189.00. That repair need was not shown to me. My hindsight could save you money.. So go here at your own risk. .2 days after breaks where put on.. I took my car for a state inspection. That is why I know the oil drain plug was not replaced with the new one and the break line hoses where not collapsing or needing replaced. So you can draw your own conclusions .Good luck. Stay alert.

I showed up at 8 o’clock in the morning to have my truck looked at midas because I needed my muffler replaced and midas charged me almost $600 for a four foot piece of pipe and some cheap muffler that rusted off and fell off on the street and took them four hours to do they are the biggest rip off ever cheap part that don’t last never go back to them

I can’t say enough about the guys here today! We were trying to get my daughters license today because it’s her birthday and the break lights weren’t working. So we drove across the street and that helped us immediately. Replaced the bulb and fixed the fuse in 15 min and we were back at the testing center! I am so thankful and would highly recommend!

Jason and the crew are always professional; they explain things in a way I can understand, and help me prioritize repairs when my funds are insufficient to accomplish everything. Friendly and helpful. Brought my most recent vehicle straight to them to be inspected, even though it had been Passed by the dealership, as I had learned from my first purchase not to trust that biased inspection if I want to (not die on the road because my vehicle is a lemon) pass my next inspection. I respect them for helping me make sure my vehicle doesn’t become a road hazard and, in-so-doing, making me and my kids that much safer.

A lot of team work here! They may have slightly high prices but I rather pay a tad more to get honest guys who work when they are at work. I even harass Jason up front because he communicates to his team and they bring nothing but above beyond standard results. I actually listen and do my part by following up because I drive a lot. Im thankful for Antioch Gladstone!

I get my car serviced here pretty regularly and honestly they are always amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They tell.me things I might be needing to fix but dont push me into unnecessary purchases. As a woman I feel very safe coming to them.

I took wheels with snow tires in to be bolted on. They said they filled them with air but my tire pressure light came on shortly afterward and I had to fill them up myself.

I needed a ID/OD to be able to register my vehicle. I stopped in and they were able to do it immediately. So helpful when I was rushing to get it done.

I know this is long, but I want to share my recent experience with Midas.Ive had work done on my car and am very satisfied and confident they are honest and fair. I knew my son needed major work done on his car (Im thinking about a thousand dollars or more) so I had my son take a 2008 car he bought last summer to Midas. My son naively thought it needed a tune-up and brakes. However, there were MAJOR issues a disaster waiting to happen in their words.The bill came to almost $3,500. Previous owner(s) greatly neglected the car to the point of it being a major safety issue. It needed all 4 brakes repaired/replaced; a front hub assembly; rotor matching, pads, a brake caliper replaced, brake hydraulic system flushed; drive train; outer tie rod replaced; sway bar replaced which was a recall never taken care of); left rear trailing arm; spark plugs & wires package and all that applies; steering/suspension; tune-up; wheel alignment; oil change; and misc.Particularly noted was that the sway bar was broken on both ends, left rear trailing arm bent bad, left outer tie rod play, rf hub bearing play, spark plugs due- electrode completely worn off, and more.I trust Midas. Theyre always upfront. Their main goal is to provide service fairly and accurately; to strive for excellence. They guarantee total customer satisfaction. I would recommend this Midas shop to anyone who needs car repair. They will let you know what they find before doing the work. I give them an A+!

They over charged my wife for a light bulb because of her skin color!! When she called, they told her $45 all together. When she got there, they charged her $72 for Labor plus the light! I’ve been going there for my car for 2 years, never had a problem but ever since this race mess is going, I clearly feel like she was done wrong
