I bought my Subaru Outback someplace else, but took it to Van for service. Jarret was awesome, as was everyone else in the service department. They treated me like I had purchased it there, and I wished I would have. They were great!
We didnt buy our Crosstrek here but they didnt mind servicing it for us and the price seemed reasonable. Their waiting area is nothing special, vending machines and a TV but they got our car serviced quickly without a bunch of BS.

Booked an appointment online for 1/2/21 at 9 a.m. Showed up to be told that the service department was closed. No call, no re-scheduling on their part. The gentlemen even told us that they had a similar issue the day after Christmas, so this wasnt a one time error. They had booked appointments the week before for a day the department was closed. It happened again a week later and they still were not reaching out to people to re-schedule.
