Usually when I go there is one woman who is very knowledgeable and helpful. Today there was another woman, but she was SO knowledgeable and helpful that I asked how long shed worked there. She said she works at all Metros in the area and is only at mine once a month. Anyway, I always get the best service when I go there with phone issues.

Good luck getting them to even answer a phone...ever...filed claim on a lost phone, was told i could go to any Metro PCS store and pay deductable and start process, these guys say NO.. Lol. Go to an authorized dealer...not these goofs. Start selling Vapes or something. Geeez.

Its ok but sadly you cant get the advertised Phone deals at the store ....its totally ridiculous. I am sure i went to sign up but didnt get the deals i saw on their website. Tmo has to do better than this

Switched services to metro on August 23rd. After coming home and looking at the receipt we noticed 2 charges for “USB cable with free data transfer” totaling $70. We went to the store to ask about it and were told the charges were “taxes and fees” we then called another metro by T-Mobile store and they said we were charged for USB cables that we didn’t ask for and didn’t receive. We were told to go ask who the ASR was. There was a different worker when my husband went back and the worker wasn’t sure who the ASR for that store was but left a message for the manager to call us. We then called the customer service line and were told they would get a message to the ASR and they would contact us. It has now been a week and no one has contacted us. Very disappointed in how the situation is being handled. Our next step is to make a police report. My advice to anyone wanting to switch to metro by T mobile, do NOT go to the Gladstone, MO location, they will rip you off and lie to you.
Very small store but very friendly and helpful. Got $25 long corded chargers here for the cell phone and PS4 controller. Only 1 out of 3 works to charge the game controllers.
I have been at this location twice today and although was the open sign is flashing being open? There has been no one in the store... Was wanting to buy a new phone but I guess Ill go to another location to get that.

Came to this location after visiting another location that refused to honor the free phone when switching promotion. This location did honor the promo. Thats the only good thing Ill say. After activation I was never provided my PIN nor security question and answer. My account was not properly handled. 11 days later and tech support, both over the phone and online, cant Seem to locate my account. Paid $101 for a service and account that doesnt seem to exist. Returning today to hopefully remedy their error.... (This post awaiting edit)

Do not get your service here... the worst cell service Ive ever had. My wife bought the LG stylo and had it only a couple hours and the phone was glitching and freezing up... so we call the store to ask if we can exchange it for a different phone of equal or lesser value ... the manager refused to acknowledge there own contract I was on the phone with there corporate offices while in the store and was told to leave because the manager said my wife was a liar and that the phone did not glitch... as a husband I went bat s*** on the lady and she proceeded to make us leave after all this they sent my wife a free phone an Alcatel fierce xl which quite the downgrade from the LG... this is a warning to anyone going to metro Pcs.... DO NOT BUY

I purchased a phone with a warraranty...it gave out less than a year...i go to store they charge me for a refurbished phone on top of waiting without any device...days later i recieve another phone that wont take a charge...completely hot, a hazard.. Since then i been getting the run around about a replacement phone...every store says something different but theyre the ones who puts it of on everyone else. Whatever happened to customer service....
