To the manager of this store: Kurt is incredibly patient and performs well under pressure. During my experience at this location, he was the sole worker for 3-4 different customers/families at the same time, back-to-back-to-back. Not sure why there werent more workers scheduled, but he was able to keep customers laughing during long waits. Environment was upbeat and lighthearted, and even after spending 2+ hours in the store, Kurt was still joking around, which is impressive. He was able to explain the data plan, iCloud transfer, and billing info in a way that even my non-fluent parents could understand. Kudos to Kurt! I also noticed that there were no chairs or stools for the employees to sit or lean on at the register. I hope this changes soon - long standing hours can take a toll on the body. Overall wonderful experience at this store!

I have honestly never been in a worse phone store. They had next to no stock, and the sales people had no customer service skills and very little knowledge. Not only were they not very knowledgeable, we had to listen to them talk smack about a customer calling for phone support. Mid helping us, one rep told the other to prepare for a rant after she hung up, then proceeded to go on about said phone client instead of speaking with us. We flat said we were there to upgrade and then they didnt listen to that until I reminded them at check out and they doubted me until verifying our account, which should have been done at the beginning of our sale. Next time, I will be visiting another location, because I was barely confident buying a phone there, so Im glad they didnt try to help with set up.

There were two employee girls when we arrived at the Gladstone T-Mobile store on Aug 27 at about 4:00 pm. Both were unaccommodating about giving help on transferring data from the old phone to the new. They told us to do it ourselves but we are the seniors not easy to learn the new comm technology. We tried to suggest to have help to other stores, but they claimed that every store can not help because everywhere have internet network problem and seeking help from different stores will fail us to our expectation. Their best solution is for us to go home and use our own internet. We determined not to have success by doing the data transfer so we have to try going to nearby store to implement the initial steps to complete the phone functionality. The Vietnamese manager and subordinate employee strongly imply to pass the ball on us the customer. We saw the worst customer service and the lazy/selfish help. That is our opinion. However, we ended up of having satisfactory help from 82nd Happy Valley T-Mobile store by about closing time of same day.

This T-Mobile store in Gladstone is very helpful and do a great job of making sure you as a customer are happy. Unlike the other store further up Mclaughlin. Wont go there again.!!

I came in from work running late getting home and these two made the process of getting a new phone to replace the one I dropped in water fast and easy. Would recommend this store to anyone anyday. That girl that changes her hair color and always has nice nails is so helpful. I think her name is Kaysha or something like that or maybe Kelly. It starts with a K but she’s super helpful. Super friendly too.

Whoever owns the business needs to promote nick and or give him a raise, this dude is just through the roof with knowledge and excellent customer service skills. This store has always had my back since I’ve moved here. Love the new manager Connor too!

Had a problem regarding my phone, being VoLTE capable Called Tony, since he helped me with my purchase. He was going to check it out, and get back to me. Seems TMobile is requiring all phones be VoLTE capable by 2021. If it is not, may not work on network. Didnt hear from him. Called store. He had moved on. Never did get problem resolved.

I went to this store yesterday with my 84 year old mother who needed a different phone. I told Tony she makes phone calls, texts and occasionally does web searches. I obviously did not want to buy an $800 phone. He took me straight to the $150 option. No up sell whatsoever! I was super happy. He turned that phone around, saved her contacts, etc. And we were good to go! He let us stay as long as we needed. The store was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this location.

Tony and everyone on this T-Mobile team are the chillest cell phone folks Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. Theyre friendly, competent, helpful and honest. Glad these guys are my closest store because theyre the best in the area Ive been to by far.

Tony and Nick are the hardest working young men that t-mobile has to offer. They are efficient and very educated in all areas that i had concerns.I will never go to another location.

One of the new members there named Nick was really helpful on the phone. My mother needed some assistance with her phone plan while I was away at work, and Nick had gone ahead and answered her questions and concerns (English is not my mothers primary language). A+ FOR THIS STORE!!
