I usually have a decent experience here, but I think this visit warranted a review. I placed a pickup order via the app and I arrived just in time for my order to be almost completed. I did not order anything too substantial, a couple shakes and a couple pretzels. However when I arrived, I don’t know if the lady attending the kitchen was having a bad day or what the situation was but I did not feel like I was respected. After she gave me my pretzels she slammed the bag on the counter loudly while loudly asking her coworker to help her, no eye contact, no thank you, no words exchanged by her at that point. Usually I have a good experience but I feel like this time was a bit different. Maybe it was just a one-off thing.

Thier kitchen staff has no idea how to run it. There today waited 20 minutes with 2 people working and 4 orders on the board. Then got my food. It wasnt close to correct.

I come here all the time. The boss man Harold is super nice and always friendly. I love QT, but go out of my way to come here because of this dude!! Way to go!

Grate employees but had better experiences

Not sure why Employees arent wearing masks anymore 😕

I generally really like this QT location so Im going to go ahead and give 5 stars, but in the middle of COVID-19 the manager and several other employees were wearing masks but with their noses still exposed. If youre not going to wear it right, whats the point???

Generally will visit this location a few times a week. However I am shocked by their lack of usage of face masks during these time. Twice this week I visited and found less than half the staff wearing a face mask. The other day there were workers in the kitchen with no mask on. If management at this location doesnt take it seriously perhaps they shouldnt be in that position.

These guys are always great, no wonder its QuickTrip! The person behind the counter is always busy with something else when I come in, but its always late at night so it works for me. They are also very kind which is a big plus

Every time I go to this QT, no one ever says hello...which is always required when working in customer service...but that is on the lower end of things Im looking for an employee that is just genuine and is working to make a living not someone who says, oh hey you want anything else?Me: no that is all, thank you.: k receipt? Me: no thanks: ........ Nothing(walking out)...NothingThank you, take my money have a great day.

Always a fast visit (hence the name)! The store is always busy, but the lines move so fast you will never realize you were actually standing in a line to start with.

They recently reopened this location with a bigger, newer store. Its beautiful and great selection.

Horrible customer service. Someone asked how long agonthe doughnuts were put out and the clerk responds with long enough for you to quit whining about it. I also think its weird how cigaretts cost more just when this guy works.
