Really wish I could give this pharmacy a zero star. I accidentally lost my covid card and the lady in the pharmacy was rude as hell to me and said this is why we tell you not to lose it. We will not replace it as we were told not too. However they have no problem in the pharmacy bragging oh we used to be able to replace it now we can’t and constantly throwing it in your face. I went back on Labor Day to go ahead and get my shot. I was denied the second dose cause I was told that if they open a vial or whatever it would go bad. What the guy told me made no sense. I went somewhere else and they had no problem. This pharmacy has went from very nice to the staff being very rude. I have taken my business else where and removed my prescriptions from them. Stay away if you want respected.
The drive through is almost never open. Three out of the last four times I went they were closed. The one time they were open the tech told me my script was $500. I asked her to apply the manufacturers coupon on my account to make it like $30. She said she couldnt. I left and called an hour later and they said they had messed up and it would work. I went back today and the drive through was closed. They are also closed for lunch from 1:30 to 2pm. I went in the store at 1:36 and was making my way back to the pharmacy. They saw me coming and closed the window.
Never answer there 📞 an always rude an we filed a complaint an we moveing all are meds to a different cvs. VERY unprofessional
Wish I could give negative stars! This place is a joke. My daughter has siesure disorder and HAS to have her medicine. She cant drive herself. The app doesnt work and they NEVER answer the phone. WTH? I have transferred the famlies meds to another place. The manager seems to think that it is ok to with hold peoples life saving medication because they are short handed.
I had a COV IDtest scheduled for travel. I followed all the prompts on the website and received confirmation. Once I arrived they refused to perform the test because I didnt pay for the test prior to the test. I explained that the website didnt ask for payment but they insisted that I needed to cancel my appointment and do it again. I cancelled and rescheduled my test to another CVS and they didnt ask for any payment information and performed the test and told me that I will get an email to pay after the test has been completed.The folks in the pharmacy are simply incompetent and dont know the proper procedures.
Most days it’s pretty good, some days they are way understaffed!!
Called them because they asked me to call back. I am on hold for 20 minutes. At least answer and say it might be a while instead of just leaving me on hold. The light has to be flickering...

The pharmacy technician, Yasmin, was incredibly helpful in getting the cost of our prescription down. -We just moved to this area and I have found my pharmacy!3/2021The people that work in this pharmacy are incredibly compassionate and helpful. I’m so thankful for their efforts to help me get life saving medication for my husband. Thank you Amanda and CVS-Gladstone.
I would leave zero stars if I could. Very disappointed with the service at CVS on Antioch Road.I called CVS at 4 PM and they told me my prescription could be refilled and ready in one to two hours. I show up at 7:40pm and wait in line with two people ahead of me and by the time I’m at the window it’s 8 PM. The gentleman at the window tells me that my prescription isn’t in the system. Then a lady comes up to the window and tells me I don’t know who told you that it would be ready but no one here did and I’ve been working here for “12 hours” so I’m not going fill it now we’re closed. She tells me my insurance says I need to pay for it and that they wouldn’t cover it which is not a problem at all but nobody called me to let me know that or gave me the option nor told me that it wasn’t going to be ready. The man on the phone told me it would be ready and never mentioned that my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Didn’t appreciate her coming at me like I was lying about the phone call. Waiting in line at the drive thru for over 40 minutes to pick up my sons medication! The car in front of me where in line for Covid testing in the drive thru. You would think after they received the testing swabs they would have been instructed to pull over so ppl behind them could go but nope! 45 mins waiting for them to be done.

Ive been going to CVS Vivian Road and North Brighton for many many years. They have always been good to me. They explain how to take my medication and and Ive had no trouble with the staff. I have moved to Florida. Abd Im having a terrible time getting my prescriptions filled. .
This store pharmacist can not find a prescription on their system. They told there is nothing on the system. I gave them another pharmacy number to get help. Don’t visit here.
Me and my parents have been using cvs on North Antioch road for a long time but today I was supposed to take my testosterone shot like I do every Tuesday but my prescription wasnt ready so I wasnt able to take my shot

A good CVS! We have all of our prescriptions filled here and have never had a problem. Our passport pictures were taken here with ease.
I get my meds here every month and they never have my script or its wait up on the hill while we fill it. Well I called it in two days ago. Terrible. Switching to Walgreens for sure. Rude, quite frankly
Terrible customer service, Ive called the pharmacy several times because of problems with my prescriptions and the people answering the phone are rude and unhelpful.
Really unfortunate experience today... I think CVS should treat our senior population with more respect than I witnessed.The pharmacist looked overwhelmed due to unprofessional techs. Management should reconsider their staffing choices.
Wife has been having problems getting her normal monthly scripts, either not ready even after she gets the call that they are and gets call they are ready and they arent because of back order. Her monthly meds are the same, yearly.
Fast and friendly service. Also a clean bathroom.
