Don’t work here unless you hate yourself. And want to continue hating yourself everyday until you quit or get fired for literally no reason. Speaking from personal experience? Sadly. As far as shopping, be easy on the staff. They receive zero guidance, training, and are well under-payed and under-appreciated. If you want to complain or pick a fight about something, go straight to corporate.
Not a friendly and youre not welcome .When you stop by for just smokes😒well just overall.you dont want a grumpy or just that look.Especially for that tall short dye hair woman at the cashier. trust me people✌not woth it.
Their gas attendant was wearing a mask with valves and was coughing while interacting with us. Valve masks do nothing to prevent transmitting disease to others. The attendant smelled as though they do not have access to a shower. Disgusting and dangerous.
Bigger lady with red and black hair was extremely rude and short with me. 0 customer service skills. Simply asked a question nicely and got snapped at.

I love my neighborhood Texaco station! The store and station is clean, organized, and well managed. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. I have gotten to know quite a few of those employees and have found them to be honest and concerned neighbors.I always feel like I am walking into a friendly, safe and clean place where I would not hesitate to ask any employee for help.Kudos to the M-F day team!!!Live you guys!!!😇
I did not want to pay at the pump becuase they take out 75$ of your bank account. So I went inside to prepay for some gas and she would not do it. Ok fine dont take my money the guy that was trying to pump my gas looked sketchy any ways. I didnt want to come here in the first place. Thats cool what ever.

Went to go fill up with gas since this is my neighborhood gas station and is very convenient to stop and fill up there, but since my card had a little chip out of the corner the card readers will not take it and I was not asked if I had another card to pay for the gas so they just walked away and left my gas cap off with the fuel door open and walked away, now I know youve lost two customers.
Been coming here for years and for years they always try to over charge for deal like 2 Brisk teas for $2.20 and they charge 3.20 at the register...if you dont catch it the wont say anything to get the extra money..... Also happens with Rockstars and many other of the deals...... Then when questioned they blame corporate office for the problem....yet its the cashiers choice to fix it or not.....sad that in this day and age you have to watch for scams still!
The rudest propane attendant Ive ever come across had me, my boyfriend, and cat, stand outside in the fumes and 30℉ weather before he would fill tank. He claimed this was the stations liability policy, rudely said Sorry I had you get out. And shrugged sarcastically before explaining, Its so if anything blows up your deaths not on our hands.I asked where these rules were posted, and was told that it was in the little book they give us.I thought it was odd that it wasnt posted for the customer as a custom such as this, which I have not experienced in any other gas station before, ever, in the year of propane use, throughout the state, would be posted visible for the costumer somewhere near the propane fill station or anywhere on the property for that matter. I inquired and was met with Nope.Asinine is the most polite and concise thing I have to say about the attitude of the attendant or the supposed liability practices of this Pacific Pride location.
First of all, its a gas station. If you expect steller customer service, a gas station isnt the place. Secondly, if you dont like the wait, start pumping your own gas. Oregon is one of the few (if not the only) state where we pay someone to perform a task so simple we could do it ourselves. Lastly, Ive been going here for years. Every person who has helped me, whether it be with gas or goods, has been very efficient and kind. Its not a cashiers job to make sure that every single price in the store matches up with what their register prompts them to charge. They arent paid to make price tags. Theyre paid to sell you goods and services. Goods you dont need to buy and services you could do yourself.
Worst worst customer service ever !!!! They basically accused my boyfriend the sweetest guy on the planet of stealing. They didnt do anything about the lack of customer service we received. Needs a change of management. Beware dont go there.
Won’t return to get gas here until Josh is removed. I’ll be reaching out to my data base and following letting them know the lack of customer service they’ll receive when attending this “business”.
Right when we got there we were helped and he also cleaned our windshield for us. Very pleased.
The staff is almost too nice.
Turnover rate is about a week if that and the employees gossip more then high school girls, NEVER WORK FOR THIS LOCATION

I’ve been waiting for gas for over 15 minutes while the employee is finishing his cigarette.
This is the most unprofessional gas station I have ever been to went to get propane in the guy told me because there was only two people working he couldnt help me he didnt say just a second Im helping somebody he said that he could not sell me propane because there was only two people working I will never return to the store again horrible customer service and very unprofessional
