We purchased a 2016 F250 Platinum in May 2020 by November it had been in the shop twice no heat on the driverside the heated seats stopped working it goes in for repair the first time they had it for over a week no loaner car that made me have to make several trips to horse cave because my wife and I work different shifts after finally being told it was fixed it was right at closing time they said it was finished nope we had to pick it up Monday drive it home next day same thing no heat and it was 32 degrees they said bring it back ok took it back guess what a week late no heat seat warmers doesnt work ok time to trade it we have been trying since FEBRUARY 5TH TO GET OUR GAP MONEY REFUNDED EVERYTIME WE CONTACTED THEM IT WAS A DIFFERENT STORY EVERYTIME WE CONTACTED THEM PLEASE ANYONE THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEM RETHINK IT IF IT HAD A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 10

My truck broke down near by and had it towed to their service shop, had to leave it there for 4 days until I was back from my trip. Mechanic told me the head gasket was blown and pressure test came back bad, along a few other things. I was skeptical and towed it back to my house and broke apart and sure enough, everything they said was accurate. Though I did the repairs myself the sales rep Ben was nice and understanding and mechanics didnt lie.

Scheduled an oil change a week in advance and was told it would be $50-60. Upon completion the bill was $120. After being told that the person who scheduled (Jordan) didn’t realize our car held so much oil, the person checking us out says “that’s what we get for driving a hot rod”. The same oil change cost $80 at Gary Force in Bowling Green so I’m not sure where the disconnect was but we won’t be back!
