The easiest car buying experience I have been through at a dealership. No haggling. No waiting hours and hours. Mo talking to finance managers. Very straight forward process. I showed up, gave the required documents, test drove the car, signed, drove off. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Special thanks to George and Marlon who were very helpful and patient.

I believe she went above and beyond to get us the right vehicle we needed and at the price we had in mind. As if the current times arent difficult enough, to have a car salesman tell me VERBATIM that this is what happens to people in bankruptcy, the fact that I need to search THEIR website for another vehicle because the vehicle info given to my trustee is now sold was just a little confusing to me. You are the salesman and its your job to find me....the customer..what it is that they qualify for whether they are in bankruptcy or not...or is this how thi gd work across the bridge? He told s me this could happen...which is cool...but if said sales tells you that he already searched, then what am I searching for? Dazed and confused but I will do as told🤷🏽‍♀️

The sales lady was very nice. The process was long but simple. I was so excited for my purchase. I went in with no expectations. However, even after a few days of having the car I saw it was poorly fixed. The cup holder fell apart, paint was peeling with rust under it. I discovered more rust. Then about 3 months in the car is now having serious mechanical issues. I have a warranty with SilverRock but I shouldn’t be having issues this early on and barely driving the car. So even tho I may have had an okay buying experience, the car is a lemon. They sold my a poorly fixed car with not just poorly painted over cosmetic issues but serious mechanical issues. I’m so disappointed.

Great job done getting us in a car. Great agent who worked with us, George Norman-Williams. He was patient, kind, explained the entire process to us and made sure we understood everything. He didnt rush us into a decision. He even said we could come back the next day and we didnt have to ask for him if we didnt want to.

Im very pleased with my purchase. I originally went looking for a SUV, left with a beautiful car thanks to my sales rep Magdalyn (spellchecker) who was absolutely amazing. She was highly educated, professional and funny she knows her job. The flip side I was not pleased that I had to leave with a dirty car that I had to get cleaned 🙃. Other than that Drive time was awesome.

When the time came for me to purchase a new car I knew I would return to DriveTime. I was not disappointed ! I had my new car in less than an hour and it was a stress free situation! I purchased a GMC Terrain in November from DriveTime. The dealer was very polite and made sure I left riding. I just wish the vehicle had oil change it was very little oil in vehicle, brake fluid and coolant need to flushed because it was black. Lastly I was never told vehicle was on recall list.

I went in very anxious but, Ashley made the experience very comfortable and stress free. I left very happy and satisfied!

This is my first time being here at the Glen Burnie location, and I must say that Marlon is awesome. He is very professional, and polite.

This company is a huge scam that preys on people with a credit score less than the normal and they also trick you with vehicle warranties that cost thousands of dollars but does not cover a single thing. They sound so good because they accept anybody on the spot, I even fell for their lies. I’ve had my vehicle for less than two years and I’ve taken it to the shop five times I kid you not. Most of their cars were formally rental cars or previously owned so they come with high mileage I even chose the car with the least amount of miles on the lot and it’s still giving me issues. If you don’t read anything else I’m telling you guys to read what I’m telling you now. CARVANA Has way more coverage with silverrock then drive time, drive time does not cover a single thing on its vehicle protection plan.Also ALL of your money goes to them before you start paying the principle on your car . That’s the only thing I’ll say they were upfront about upon contract. I hate drivetime and steer clear from silver rock warranties .

The car buying experience was great; however since purchasing the car, my check engine light has come and gone off too many times. I’ve had it checked out and no one seems to know what the issue is or how to fix the check e I’ve had my car regularly serviced and kept up with the maintenance. I’ve had my car a little over a year just to walk outside one day to start the car and the engine has gone up. My mom and cousin also purchased a car from Drivetime and are experiencing similar issues. My mom has to get a whole new exhaust system. When she called about it, she was told it wasn’t covered.

Very professional and great patience as I looked at several cars. Very informative on discussing all details of purchase. A positive buying experience.I was talking about the salesperson in my review.Well they didnt detailed or offered to be detailed.I took the car in to be looked at and was told I needed a tire under 300 miles owning the vehicle since Friday night.Very disappointed on how they could sell a dirty car. I understand it was late but damn offer to detail the car for the customer .

2016 Chrysler 200s. I am having issue with the suspension which was apparent issue but it isnt disclosed when buying the car. They actually took the car two time when first bbuying it and was told nothing was wrong wit it. Tate Dodge said this was a long coming issue that would of been seen with the amount mileage from bought date to today. Furthermore The warranty package covers nothing the rental car reimbursement only exists if you have an issue within the warranty. Make sure they show you the warranty paperwork and not the computer printed drivetime version. Anyway I would say in a bind go to drive time dont get the warranty. Only gap I insurance is needed seriously. Warranty cover nothing at all. Right Fiat has made the chrysler 200s dealer parts and their over $550.00 for a control arm.
