I have bought 5 cars from Enterprise Glen Burnie. This time was excellent. Love the new location and my salesman and finance guy was wonderful. Their relationship with Bank of America also made this transaction, super smooth.

Update from 1 star to 4: We decided to stop by again on a Friday and we were immediately greeted by Mr. Les. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We decided to go ahead and purchase a vehicle. The main disappointment I have is that the vehicle was suppose to get detailed that following Monday. Our vehicle was literally sent back vacuumed with shiny tires as you can see in the pictures. There was and still is a nasty buildup in my cup holder. We ended up paying a car wash to properly clean the outside and will probably go back for a real detail.My husband and I just walked around this parking lot for about 5 minutes and even stood at an Expedition we were interested in. No one came outside to help us. Oh well, onto the next dealer.

Of course the experience was perfect leading up to me actually buying the car, which was (3/27/2021). Ryan Simmons was a pleasure to work with. BUT once I bought the car, my check engine light came on 2 weeks later(4/7/2021). They told me to take it to the Honda dealer. Dealer performed a transmission flush on it. Then Enterprise told me that I had to pay for it and they would reimburse me. The Honda dealership actually felt bad for me and discounted the price tremendously. I paid for the service and I still have yet to get my reimbursement for it. I’ve talked to Brian(Sales Manager) multiple times and he keeps telling me it’s being worked on. It has been 2 months since. I guess they feel that I don’t need the money. Smh I was really disappointed with how this situation turned out. Hopefully I still get my reimbursement, but as of right now it doesn’t seem like it. I’m tired of calling and getting the same answer.

TJ and the team are wonderful. They worked hard to get me what I wanted. I cant wait to get in my new to me baby. What Ive always wanted I recommend them 10/10. And will always go to them for all my car needs.

I was informed my trade in was paid off then that bank indicated 42 days later it wasn’t. There was no clear indication by the person who sold me the car I would have to still pay a car note for my trade in. Then within 30 days my new car note was do. I rated them a one for poor communication that misleads customers and costs them in the long run for a quick sell.

When I tell you Ariana and the rest of the staff at Enterprise were heaven sent I meant it. After searching for a car for the last couple of weeks for a replacement vehicle. I went to 3 car lots I was turned down at every lot because of the vehicle I lost and due to my financial information. I was told I had to wait for my car to be paid off, I needed a co-signer and more income. After coming day after day to the car lots, finding out my credit was ran over 25 times & being told no I gave up my search. I went to go get another rental( that was costing me 450-500$ weekly) my attention was drawn to Enterprise Sales on Ritchie highway, my inner spirit was telling me to see whats their requirements and to see if I can be approved for a vehicle. The moment I walked thru the door the staff greeted me very politely and helpful. I was introduced to Ariana and told her my circumstances about buying a vehicle. I let her know I had my credit ran so many times and more than likely I won’t be approved. She assured me that they won’t impact my credit score and empathized that the damage the other car lots had done was a bit much. She instantly let me test drive a fee vehicles in my price range and told me they work with all the things that was stopping me from buying a vehicle. The first few cars wasn’t in my budget but before giving up she assured me that there were a few cars that I were going to get approved for. Long story short she got me approved for a 2019 Ford Fusion. The moment I test drove this car I fell in love with it. This car is beautiful inside and out its excellent on gas and one of the best cars I’ve ever had in my life. I’m so happy I cried tears of joy in my new vehicle. Ariana fought one of the hardest battles I had to fight with me. I am so in love with my car. The warranty and contracts for financing are one of the best I’ve ever had. Enterprise sold us a car that had a after factory windshield on it. It was not on the carfax and they did not disclose that the windshield had been replaced. 5 months later when are sensors stoppped working and we took it to Volkswagon they told us the sensor was loose from when the windshield had been replaced and therefore would not be covered by warranty. $1100 to fix a loose sensor- Enterprise will not reimburse us for this and expected us to bring the car back to them to have it fixed when we live 3 hours away. Very disappointed in the customer service we received when we called multiple times about this!

We recently bought a Gmc Acadia from Arina. She did a great job making sure we were happy with our purchase. She is extremely quick to respond to emails, which was such a help. This is our second car from Enterprise and we plan to use them for future purchases.

Its never been so easy or hassle-free to buy a used car. Our sales specialist, Mark-Anthony Taylor, was friendly, knowledgable, and professional -- and most importantly, he let us set the pace of the transaction. After we contacted Enterprise online, he called us promptly and was quick to email us with information and call with follow-ups. He brought an extra vehicle from another site so we could have a better selection to choose from. He answered all our questions honestly, and when he didnt know the answer, he didnt try to fast-talk us; he went and found out whatever we needed to know. And he had a great sense of humor! I never thought Id post a good review of a used car dealer, but here we are. Well definitely go back when its time to trade in our other vehicle for something newer.

I would give this place a “0” if I could. I purchased a car from enterprise in 2016 and it was a pleasant experience. I recommended them to everyone. So naturally, when I wanted to purchase another car, I went right back to Enterprise but this time it’s been a nightmare!The sales person was subpar and didn’t have to do anything because I’d done my research. I purchased a Kia Sorrento but after two days, realized I didn’t like the car. I called to take advice of the 7-day return policy and that’s where the nightmare began.1) I got runaround about bringing the car back for 4 more days and at this point was getting nervous about the 7 day mark but I was assured that it would be taken care of.2). Once I finally took the car back and got another car, I was told that my initial finance company Capital One was no good for the new car so I was set up with Chase bank. I didn’t question any of this (my mistake) because I trusted that they knew what they were doing.3) 14 days after having my new car, I began getting calls from Capital One asking for payment for the Kia I own. I explained that I don’t have the Kia and surely this is a mistake that can be easily rectified. I called Enterprise, asked to speak with the branch manager and explained the ordeal.At first he seemed helpful but I quickly realized he wasn’t. He lied repeatedly telling me he’d called Capital One and fixed it. He didn’t because I continued to get collection calls once and sometimes twice a day. This then became my new nightmarish reality. They’ll call me, I’ll call Bryan, he’ll lie and promise to make phone calls and call me back. None of that will happen.60 days later, this has still not been rectified and I’m still being harassed by Capital One and everyone I’ve spoken to at the office have been untruthful.4) I then received an email from MVA saying that I owed $300 for removing insurance from a car that I owned (you guessed it, the same Kia). The reason they believe I owe this money is because the person at Enterprise who assured me that the tags from the Kia had been turned in so it was safe to remove the insurance off the car also lied! When I inquired, I got more lying, empty promises and my problem still not fixed.5). On top of all this, I received temp tags for the car that I exchanged because the MVA was backed up due to COVID-19 (understandable). Well, because I’m efficient, I called before the expiration of my temp tags to inquire about next steps and I was told not to worry because Gov. Hogan has extended leniency. Nonetheless, I still wanted to get my tags when they were ready. Several days after my tags had expired, I thought to email to inquire about my tags and was told “your tags were processed a month ago” 😱 and no one thought to call me to let me know. The consequences, if I was pulled over for an expired tag would have been a frustrating event.I say all this to say that the Glen Burnie Branch of Enterprise Car sales is trash. They’re not good at their jobs and need training. There are other branches. Go there. Avoid this one.

Teach your Sales Team to properly enter customers information in the CRM systems. Entering random email addresses isnt ethical nor practically on any business level.I normally do not do reviews but after getting numerous unwanted emails and requests for reviews and referrals has gone past the point of ignorance.And I assure you this much, Ill never rent nor use Enterprise for anything.

Just around three weeks ago our family purchased a 2016 Nissan from this location. We were very pleased to find that the staff were professional and courteous. Both the interior and exterior of the vehicle itself were also in great condition. Our sales consultant was a very nice gentleman named Joshua Johnson who went above and beyond to make our car buying experience as stress free as possible! Questions were always answered in a timely fashion and any concerns we had were acknowledged and addressed. It was a great place, people were nice and very helpful. Had some issues with my credit union and the loan, and had to take the car back however they, can’t remember the young lady name but she was awesome and work it out so I was able to keep the car I had. She was really great. The only thing I can say that I was uncomfortable about it seems to me when can back with the car the sales guy Mark act like he wasn’t as Much into my situation as he was when first came there, he kinda stayed away and didn’t answer some questions I had I also called him back to find out some things, and as of now still never heard back from him since 3/10/2019. I am in love with my car, but not completely satisfied with my experience as a whole. When I called you about an issue about my vehicle, you told me to bring it to the shop, you werent there to help me directly, which is fine, but you never called to see how things went. I wasnt sure if I was going to be approved for a vehicle that day but I went in for the appointment and Katie was great along with the financial team they asked me what type of vehicle I wanted and what I wanted it to have inside the payments that I could afford and how much I could afford to put down on the vehicle. Honestly with my credit score I didnt think getting a vehicle of any kind was possible but like I said Katie and the entire Enterprise team made it happen not only did I get a vehicle but I got exactly what I needed and wanted I would recommend this dealership to everyone because they did exactly what they said they would do and more. This is one great place to buy a car! I have bought 4 cars here over 10 years, always easy. Super staff, no haggle, great prices, lots of cars on the lot and they can always ship a car to this location. Their website shows everything and is easy to work with. I have gone to other new car dealers and always walk away feeling I got screwed on price, NOT this place. Price is always clearly marked and each car has Carfax posted. My salesman, Josh Johnson, is such a nice young man, always respectable and he has answers to all of your car buying and finance needs. Love the car - but there was no spare key and my front tag still isn’t on because the holes do not match the plate. Made spot to get spare key and the machine crashed so a follow up visit has to be arranged. The buying of the car was pretty good. I had to stay longer than planes because finance Mgr wrote wrong address on my paper work but she corrected in an expedited manner. She was very friendly. All the other guys were professional as well .

Mark, my sales person was great. He wasnt pushy at all, gave us the time and space needed to make a solid decision. The entire staff interacted so professionally, yet fun. My only issue had to do with the brake flush and panel filter I needed after my purchase. I was unable to get the car checked by my mechanic until after the grace period. I left a voicemail message for Marvelous Mark regarding the service required and he never returned my call. When you buy your car here, be sure and have it checked out before 7 days after the sale.

My family and I, have received great service from car sales, we have bought 3 automobile from them, never had a problem getting financing,I was very pleased with there service the manager and staff are very professional, Im going back to get my next truck from them,great place.

Compared to other used car Dealerships they might be a bit better since you would assume that they keep up with maintenance since they were part of their rental fleet. My problem is that you dont know the driving habits of so many people who has driven the vehicle your interested in. Plus the carfax was just too long for me and since the warranty is for just a limited time I had to pass.

Love the people here. I bought my last two cars from them and they are so kind and helpful. Really professional and have a great vibe. I dont wanna buy a car unless it comes from enterprise.

I rate them 5 stars, because they gave me exceptional service and I knew that the car I bought was the one for me. They asked me what features I wanted and wow they had the perfect car. I love this car and all its features, but mostly that it is safe and has the room I needed.

I was thankful for the helpfulness of obtaining a vehicle but not very pleased with trying to get my vehicle checked out after having it for a week and it was making weird noises. The mechanic they used said that he could not hear anything so would not check, and the window that was off track sprayed some wd40 which make it now have a scratching sound which he says he cant hear but others do. Im a little displeased that he never put the vehicle on the lift to diagnose it.

I highly recommend this location and enterprise overall. Matt was very professional, friendly and made effort to make sure I received best service and car. Went into this location not expecting to leave a few hours later with great service, deal and a new car!

I have purchased several cars from Enterprise before but this time was the worst experience I’ve had. I went in with a pre-approved loan and their finance person wrote the check for over the preprinted amount, luckily the credit union okayed the change in the total. When we noticed there were no car mats in the car they snatched some out of a nearby car, not the correct color for the interior. Even though this state requires a front license plate there was no way to attach one to the front bumper as there was no frame. The salesperson did attempt to drill into the bumper to install the plates I stopped him for fear of his damaging any sensors that might be imbedded in the bumper. We scheduled a pick up the next day supposedly giving them time to clean the car, but this was not done. The whole experience took way longer than any previous car purchases. Luckily the car seems a good deal and after speaking to the manager new car mats were ordered as was the front license plate frame. The Enterprise company is a good one but I can’t recommend the Glen Burnie, MD office.

The enterprise team was very quick and precise Joshua that young man was exceptional my husband and I was very impressed.

As Im writing this review Im tearing up. About a week ago my family and I visited the Enterprise Car Sales located at Crain Hwy to purchase a car. Our contact was Josh Johnson; we arrive unannounced and he was about to have lunch but stop to take care of us. His patience with my elderly parents was absolutely appreciated and my dad has just completed his chemo treatment a few day prior and was weak and had a sensitivity to the glare from the sunlight; Josh walked back into his office and promptly closed his blinds. Everyone at that office was wonderful and Knowledgeable. Fast forward sale completed but I couldnt enlisted someone to drive the new car home for them. I called enterprise and Josh answered. Hesitatingly I asked if it was at all possible that the car can be delivered to my Dads house .Josh: Of Course! And and if I couldnt admire him anymore! Today I went to sync their phones to the car.. it was already done! My Stepmom say Josh took care of it girl he such a sweetheart .I would definitely recommend Enterprise Sales at Crain Hwy!Asha
