A disappointing visit. Admittedly, it started when I downloaded and installed an app without checking it carefully first. Regardless, I went looking for help and didnt get it. The representative quickly decided the issue was the age of my phone, a Galaxy S7, and sought instead to sell me a new phone. I passed - and eventually got things resolved by myself
Would give zero stars if possible. Worst customer from entering to exiting. Barely received a greeting upon entering, waited about 10 minutes then got a half hello from the employee who was supposed to be our sales representative. As we’re walking to the desk to he employee then told us “hold on” while he continued his phone conversation...uh okay?? We sat down at his desk while he continued his conversation uninterested in our business. When he decided to eventually tend to us, we explained what we came in for, to switch our phone service to Verizon, and he started blurting out prices. Okay, what’s included in that? After playing 10 out of 21 questions I finally decided it was time to go because he obviously wasn’t interested in gaining our service.
I just wanted to say that not just Jason, but the whole staff was extraordinary. I actually had left and my phone died during my trip home. I went back and they continued the excellent customer service. I would not hesitate for a millisecond to go back. I can say this I will not be going to any other Verizon store as long as the staff remains the same at this location. Jason specifically was a superstar and gave me plenty of helpful tips. A+++++

I felt safe.... with all this covid 19 going on, this site took extra steps measures to ensure the safety for all staff and customers. My sales rep Tristin was the best he’s nice patient friendly and give me the best deal possible!!! I’m loving my new gadgets and all it has to offer!
We had a few difficulties in the begin, which caused me to have an attitude with Bryan who came to the door. He took care of us phenomenally! He helped us and worked with us and all of our questions. I came to this location to return a router. So I checked in as the sign instructed. I stood out front about 15 minutes noticing a gentleman just sitting there another with clients. So I then walked over to another store while I waited. I came back about 30 minutes later signed in again. Waited 10 minutes signed in again thats when the gentleman came out asking if he could help me. I told him what I was there for and he said I had to go to Severna Park. So if you want to know whether you can return products you are no longer using. The answer is no and go to another location since they didnt seem interested in helping customers.

Had exceptional experience. I needed help with activation of my new phone, especially with the transferring or information. Yes on the norm and when youre technology savvy this is not a difficult task to do yourself. However, I was starting off with two big issues.. One Im not technology savvy when it come to phone, lol but the majn issue was I dropped my phone and it developed a mind of its own!! (Attempt to go to a screen would go then immediately jump to another,sometimes jumping into two or three screens other than the one selected and when you finally got it to remain on the screen it took forever for selection to go thru or wouldnt go at all making you start all over). So you see i was definitely in need of not only someone who had enough knowledge of my particular situation but most important what to do and have the patience to make it happen.So i want to give Tristan and Lamont a huge THANK YOU !!!!!!! These two gentlemen demonstrated whaf real customer service is about! What it truly means Both were courteous, patient, knowledgeable, explaining everything as well, and even held informative conversation with few laughs while doing it. I left well taken care of with knowledge. Again I say EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. and RECOMMEND this location highly. Doesnt seem like enough but again THANKS SO MUCH GUYS !!! May Santa be good to you both 😆
Tristian was friendly, helpful, and easy to connect to. I would refer him to anyone. Thank you for making everything easy! Verizon, you should allow your store employees to verify military for Fios without having to do an extra step online. Other than that, Tristian was a pleasure to work with.

The service was good, but the phone i purchased the Q70 did not work correctly, i returned the phone in 7 days and they acknowledged the phone was malfunctioning I exchanged it for the K series which is a cheaper, bottom line they still charged me for restocking and other fees

I am very pleased with Verizon in Particular with the workers there as well. I got a new phone and an Apple Watch. Brian was very very helpful, friendly and super patient while I was transferring all my data to my new phone. They even entertained my niece while I was getting my phone stuff done. Went in last night to upgrade to the new iPhone & it was a quick, easy process. Received great service from Tyler G. & he recommended a great screen protector. The sales guy there is a liar (Lemonte) is his name. He’ll sell you anything besides what you want and lie about the item saying it’s the item you want and lie about the discounts he adds he sold me a phone a few months back and promised me so many discounts that I didn’t get and I still have the messages from then I would shop at any other store that he isn’t at.
Knowledge of staff (Sarah) was very good and quick. Service coverage also seems to be much better than last provider.

I walked in frustrated with my cellphone updates from Apple. Tiyana, the store representative was kind, competent and extremely patient with me as I tried to resolve these issues and also find me the best Verizon package possible. I definitely recommend this location. Tiyana is amazing!

I stopped in this store and spoke with a gentle men named Tyler I believe he is the head manager.He was a very polite young man. He answered all my questions. He was very patient I spent about 2 hours in his store yesterday. He is the reason I switched from sprint to Verizon after meeting this young man I immediately said I want to switch to Verizon. I ended up purshasing a new phone. I really appreciate the time I spent at the store. Best store Ive been in nothing but smiles and greetings when you walk through the door. Also very clean and organized store. If I could give more stars I would.

The attendant was helpfully and friendly. I have had many bad experiences at corporate sites. I went to an authorized dealer, insteada to see if it would be better and I havent looked back. It may not be the biggest store but they are well stocked and will try to help you with anything that they can.

Says they are open until 9 pm. I show up at 8:05 pm to pick up a new phone I had purchased online, and the doors are all locked up. Signs on the door say closing is at 8:00pm. From behind the glass, I was told that these hours start next week. Thanks for wasting my time, gas, and patience.

Unfortunately they got me too. Details of my experience are almost exactly as described by other reviews. Went in to upgrade my phone, told they were running a promotion for a free tablet, and that with discounts would actually decrease my monthly bill by 10-20 bucks. Just got my new bill, $170 MORE than last months bill. Went into the store for their guy to explain how this could happen and he initially talked a good game “yes sir, I see how they overcharged you for this, charged you for that, etc”. The guy ultimately called some Verizon customer service number and said the woman on the other end would love to hear my story (making it sound like she’d take care of the issue). I talk to the woman, she says there’s nothing she can do because this is a privately owned store, the guy working there knows this, and she’s not sure why he called her. Guy now falls back on the “you’ll have to talk to my regional manager” line....but he doesn’t have a business card and he’s not allowed to give me the guys phone number....says the regional manager will call me. Based on other reviews, I’m not expecting to get that call...although I’m sure I’ll see somebody respond in here apologizing for my experience, I agree with the other reviewer who said Verizon should do something about this store because their shady business practices are continuously burning customers. Verizon is losing these customers because of a poorly run private offshoot of their company. Oh, I’ll update this once/if I hear back from this manager who has no business card.

After some complications picking up my new phone the two employers there were able to get it straightened out with minimal hassle. Which was nice because getting the billing credits set up was already a pain.

The employees of this store are outright liars or completely incompetent, not sure one is better than the other. When upgrading my husbands phone they had no idea how Verizons new upgrade policy worked and essentially had us both buy the phone outright and pay monthly payments to buy it. They do not deny that they told us one thing and did the other and refuse to do anything to rectify the situation. When attempting upgrade my phone they had to order it mid week and assured us that it would be available the following Monday at the latest. Two weeks later the phone was still not there and they claimed to have a tracking number showing the phone would be arriving today, which would be three weeks after supposedly ordering it. Today not only is the phone not there, but they claim to be unable to find the order, despite having an order number and have now conveniently reordered it promising it in another week. Meanwhile I cant order the phone online myself because they have locked me out of my upgrade. The manager is rude and unapologetic and seemingly okay with his staff lying While in store attempting to rectify the situation we have overheard multiple other customers complaining about the same thing, being told one thing when purchasing only to have the bill show up and find what they were told was untrue. Verizon would be wise to investigate the practices of a store operating with their name on it and spreading contempt and anger towards their brand. It is unfortunate that it is not possible to give the rating of 0 stars which this location has earned.

Been dealing with this same location for years. Sadly going from 5 stars to 1 star. The level of incompetence is astonishing. Only 1 employee in the store at a time and they constantly talk and text other people to figure out how to do there job. I order a pixel 3 XL on Sunday with a blonde hair white guy that was nice but not very helpful. He said my phone would be in Monday and I would receive a call. Monday came, no call. Tuesday came, no call. So I left work and came to hopefully get the phone. I arrive tuesTue to once again, only 1 employee in the store. This employee, a younger black guy, was completely lacking any skill for this simple trade. He was texting people and video chatting with people to figure out how to use the computers. He couldnt figure out anything. I was there for over an hour. Finally I told him to cancel everything. I was done wasting my time here. He said he cancelled the order and it was gone. I come home to order a phone from Verizon online, and the phone wasnt cancelled. The employee flat out lied to me. I called back to get him to cancel it, and he hung up on me. This is extremely unprofessional. This store needs to be shut down or restaffed. People were walking in and leaving do to the wait. One idiot employee cannot run a store.

THIS IS FOLLOWING UP ON MY REVIEW, POSTED ON YELP. EVERYONE READ BEFORE THINKING ABOUT GOING TO THIS VERIZON STORE. so, with my terrible review that this store deserves, along with all employees working there.. let me just add i have worked in customer service for 5+ years now, to be knowledgable is expected, friendly & willing to do everything possible to make ends meet for customers to turn a bad situation good, ive never seen such opposite from a business. customer service is everything, maybe just being a guiniene, caring human being comes hard to others, but the point of good customer service is so customers return to your business and enjoy returning there. its for sure the opposite with this store. hence why we are going through such legal action for all mislead/misgiven info and employees not acting on what is telling me is gonna be done. and, when customer service for verizon replies on this yelp site, emails you, tells you they will be calling within 48 hours so im able to speak with someone, you never get a call. verizon is simply all talk no action with everything from your phone bill, to giving you free things that arent really free and no one explaining that you will be charged, to management not following up on their word. you can talk about what you are going to do all you want, but to actually take action when you are in the wrong numerous occasions is another. if i can give anyone advice, i wouldnt recommend verizon, (read my last review) but if you do, do not go to this glen burnie haurandale location, you will get screwed on your bill and get charged more, get false infprmation, have to return to store to try to fix issues, have manager tyler say how he is going to fix issues, but doesnt, which brings you back into the store again, still doesnt fix issues, and make sure you are only charged once for activation fees, they will charge you 2 times if you dont pay attention, if they tell you that you get a free tablet, do not accept, they wont tell you about how you will get charged monthly for it as another line, and they will read everything you want to hear about contract behind a computer and have you sign on a screen your name then you have already signed and get your papers at the end after already signing and will find problems, and you have already signed so they screwed you completely. no one who works hard for their money deserves to go through any of this. or anyone that has any kuth as a human being.

The manager helped me out with my cell cam. I had set it up over the phone but was being charged for a tablet, she fixed the problem in a few minutes and I was on my way.
Very slow process to get a new phone. It took almost 2 hours to have old phone deactivated and new phone set up. They didnt have the phone that I wanted in stock, so I settled for another phone. Phone accessories priced ridiculously high.
