Since ive had cricket service. this cricket location on Ordnance rd has been very helpful. theyre very patient and help me with all my needs. if i could give them more than 5 stars i definitely would. Both of the girls there are sweethearts and i recommend them to all my family and friends. Theyre customer service is phenomenal, the best store ever. Store is always welcoming even if its a holiday they treat you the same. I love them!!

Not very helpful it was like trying to pull teeth to get any information out of the girl. She obviously doesnt like her job. The store was not very desirable. I went to Easton much better store.

Accomplished everything I hoped to take care of in a single 20-minute visit. Replaced my phone since the old LG Fotune was not holding a charge (almost 3 years old, battery replaced once). Not thrilled about the upcharge for a comparable Samsung Galaxy Halo, but its the cost of doing business. Considering their current wireless and data plan of four lines at a flat $100/month (phones possibly included), I didnt mind paying for the new phone, which has been PERFECT. Everything transferred, tips pop up to help with learning the new features. Only complaint is lack of notification tones--Crickets built-in notification tones are all nerve-wracking. New phone doesnt have function to choose a custom notification sound.

Staff is always great, as well as their customer service! I will be recommending this store to friends and family.

No real help better off going online

Every time I come in this store I get great service being an elderly women i dont really understand much but the young lady always has the patience to sit and teach me even If its the same thing I was previously in there for.

Great customer service...the staff are always on point

The manager and employees at this store were extremely rude. There were several people in line so the employee rush us through purchases, not letting me know details of my phone so had to pay my bill twice. Called store speak with her she hung up on me, called back to be told she didnt feel like dealing with me. Called the manager and basically was told its ok for this type behavior., she said i yelled at her... And after hanging up yes i was extremely upset!
