If you like waiting for 40 minutes to 1 hour to pick up a prescription either inside or in the drivethru, this is the place for you. They are always incredibly backed up and don’t call when prescriptions are ready and it’s nearly impossible to talk to them on the phone since the don’t answer (20 minutes of waiting on the phone before hanging up). I know we’re in pandemic, but we’re past a year in. Corporate CVS needs to do a better job and organizing and clear communication at least

The staff is super nice but they tend to be very slow, especially in the drive through. Secondly, the info you received from their automated voice system is very frequently incorrect.

Worst pharmacy ever.. I didn’t think they could get any worse, but to my surprise, they have! Terrible customer service, extremely long hold times, constantly disconnecting calls.. and never refill prescriptions when supposed to.. always says “in process” online and you have to call and sit on hold FOREVER, to wait for a rude employee to finally answer, then usually disconnect you when asking you to hold yet again. Ridiculous and unprofessional. If my prescription service would allow other pharmacies besides cvs, I’d be gone in a heartbeat. They used to be a good pharmacy. Used to be..

They are slowest pharmacy its like there understaffed but there is actually enough people working but they act like your not there. Service is a good representation of how glenburnie is going downhill. Covid testing 3cars back wait time over 1hr and on hold and wont answer phone.

Pharmacy is not good. If youre in line for a half hour then thats actually good timing for them. You would think after waiting so long they would at least be nice to you, but no. Theyre not. This isnt a covid thing this has been going on for years. I would not come here but its the only pharmacy that carries a relatives medicine so I waste hours of my life in line

The drive through line at this place is unreal. Like complete trash. There’s no reason to ever have to wait this long in a drive through. Like over 30 minutes in a drive through defeats the purpose of having a drive through.

Tried to speak with the pharmacy on a refill, 23 min on hold, I hung up. Stopped by to see them in person, sat at the drop off window 5 min. There were 2 people back there. The phone says 5 callers waiting, people in the pickup line were 7 deep saying this was ridiculous. So I left figured Id pick up a few things. The front counter has 2 people, issues checking people out, the two self serve kiosks are both blinking. This place is has been going downhill, but tonight Im done

The pharmacy people have always been very kind to me. I think the problem that most people encounter when going there is that the location is over worked and under-staffed. You can see them all working a mile a minute every time you go in. They do the best they can with what theyre given.

Pharmacist named Deidra was very rude and refused to assist me with a price change. I’m disabled and on Medicare, one of my prescriptions is $43, however I was able to find it on Good RX for $14. It may not seem like much, but being on a fixed income is a challenge when paying for a good amount of prescriptions every month. I called with the information to change the billing to Cash instead of Medicare and provide her with the info for 3 boxes. She immediately got an attitude and told me that was a billing issue and they no longer do them over the phone. I told her that it is very difficult for me to get out and come to the store to provide this information that was very simple to do over the phone. I even told her that it was cheaper at Giant Pharmacy, but all of my other RX’s are done at CVS and I wanted to keep them together. She told me that was fine that Giant could call and get the info for the transfer, she didn’t care that I was willing to take my business elsewhere. She said a family member or friend could bring the information. I told her that I did not have that option this week that I’d have to come myself and I could only make one trip to the pharmacy because driving is often a challenge as well. Again, she suggested that someone else bring the info to the store. I told her again that I did not have the option for that this week and that one of my RX’s was a controlled substance and I have to pick it up. She continued that it was a billing issue and the information had to be brought to the store. At this point we had been on the phone for over 6 mins and I told her this could’ve been resolved much quicker than the call. She continued to talk over me very rudely and refused to help me. I told her again that I am disabled and it is often difficult for me to drive and I could not believe that she was refusing to assist me. The call was gong no where, I told her I would be going over her head and to have a nice day. At that point I ended the call. Deidra needs training in customer service. She was purely being lazy and refusing to assist someone that needed her to bend a little to assist someone.

Pharmacy staff is generally rude and not accommodating.Long lines. Last time spent 40mins to get my prescription.In Fall 2020, went to this CVS, they offered the Flu Shot... didnt get it. The place to administer the shot wasnt the best. The staff got annoyed when I pointed out to the overflowing trash can, unsecured shards bin and the discarded wrappers mix with other materials. They just told me, This is not a hospital.

Ridiculously slow. I. Was picking up a prescription for someone and waited in line for over an hour with only 4 cars in line. They do not care about their customers in the slightest. I would highly recommend going elsewhere, so these people either get the message that they suck and try to do better, or close down due to horrible service

Worst Pharmacy ever, the technicians are extremely unprofessional and rude. They gave me incorrect number of pills and after being aware of it, still charged me for the next pick up and did not apologize for making a huge mistake. This is illegal and I will be reporting them. My brother is a ER dr and he is the one who told me they made huge error. I switched pharmacies now especially when it concerns your health.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst I’ve ever been to. They are INCREDIBLY slow and always under-staffed. I’m writing this from the drive-thru line where I have been waiting for 40 minutes so far. I also almost always have problems with my prescription. Either it isn’t ready after I have gotten a call that it is and I’ve waited in line forever, or they have to call over the pharmacist to clarify something that they ask me every. single. time. Absolutely awful experience every time I’m here.

Worlds slowest pharmacy. No matter how urgent the prescription, you have to call ahead hours ahead of time if you don’t want to wait later. They won’t fill unless they know you’re coming. I’m loyal to this pharmacy but I’m about to start going out of my way to go to Linthicum since they’re the only ones who have it together. You’d think they’d see all the bad reviews and get a competent pharmacy staff.

Generally okay. I gotta tell you though - they made a mistake on my drug pressure meds, saying it was filled and I picked it up when it wasnt. The first time I called, the lady was downright rude. The second time, another lady was nicer, but the upshot of all of it is our mistake is YOUR problem to fix. If you can go somewhere else, I would. I will be. I think Im just going to go to a better-rated CVS, in a different area.

My Nephew attempted to drop off packages to be shipped via UPS like all CVS locations do and the cashier just flat out lied and said they didnt do that...Didnt wanna waste energy telling her you do and had done so the day prior so we just left and will never return again

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with !If I could give -*s I would! They have food ordered behind the pharmacy and I had to wait while the delivery guy waited to get paid.They illegally split my prescriptions which has caused me a big headache and I was given attitude over their mistakes, Im so disgusted at how I was treated.They have attitudes and are shisty .They caused me to lose a months supply of medication that I need and now have to go to another CVS and have them print their mistakes and then show it my Dr and explain to him why I have no refills left.I also have been being overcharged, they were supposed to be using the good rx coupon and didnt, then when they did they still overcharged and was given an attitude about this. I cannot wait to contact corporate tomorrow and tell them the illegal activity that goes on their and the disrespect and headaches month after month. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

I’ve been here twice; both times were better experiences than one would expect from a convenient store like CVS. There is a young lady who works there who is extremely thoughtful and the store has a nice variety of supplies you know don’t you need hahaha!

If i could give 0 stars i would, i am a loyal customer which i go to this location a lot. The staff used to be great until they started hiring kids. They are so rude, i always come in there and a girl Caitlyn is always there, she never talks to customers and when she does she always has an attitude and she has her friends around while she is working. This is work you are getting paid for. Please talk to your staff on welcoming people because they lack lots of it. Education is key. I used to love cvs, until the staff became uneducated. With these associates you will lose many customers.

I generally go to other CVS locations (Millersville, Magothy Gateway) where the service is outstanding. As I was in the neighborhood of the Glen Burnie CVS today, I stopped in. Since my purchase was first aid related, I headed over to the pharmacy. None of the three employees there even acknowledged my presence (early in the day, no other customers in the entire store).When I went up front, as I was about to pay, I asked the young woman at the cash register if they had a restroom. “No, we don’t have any bathrooms for *the public* she emphasized with what sounded like disgust. I wanted to argue the point that customers are not just “the public,” that other CVS locations often have them and without us, there is no work, but I refrained as it would not have received well by someone whose mind was closed shut. Won’t make the mistake of going there again.UPDATE (12/10/20) -- While my previous experience was poor, I went early today and was assisted by a very friendly and helpful CVS employee.

I had read the negative reviews and I don’t understand how this place got a bad review. The Pharmacy staff were polite and helpful to the extreme. They jumped through hoops helping me get my medications changed over from Walgreens to them. They even had to call my doctor to get some of the scripts because Walgreens couldn’t find them.

I walked in and the young girl at the drop off with her hair up ina bun, light brown hair was so happy and polite and welcoming. I was told my rx would take 20 min . I sat down it wasnt even 4 minutes and the pharmacist called my name. I thought there was a problem like I always deal with at other pharmacies. But no. It was ready! I know they dont run that quick all the time but the customer service beginning to end was outstanding.

Sat in drive thru to pick up my script for over 20 min before I called and they still wouldn’t have the person come into the store or make them move but any time that I’ve been in the drive thru they’ve always said that if someone pulls behind you pull around. The line was wrapped around the building. Went inside they didn’t apologize for the wait or inconvenience but got the scripts a lot faster. UGH 😑

I ordered 300 pictures online to be printed at the store. The pictures were supposed to be printed when I got there but were not. The lady at the counter apologized and said she could have them start printing right away, I was fine with that. The pictures began printing out of two different machines. I noticed machine 1, the pictures were very high quality and machine 2 the pictures looked terrible. Machine 2 put lines all through my pictures. I asked for a manager so he could either refund me for all the pictures printed on machine 2 (109 pictures total) or find a way to reprint on machine 1. He kindly stated that he would work to get me a refund for the bad pictures and that I would be able to keep all the pictures no problem. However, his shift was ending and a new female manager took over the process. Approximately 45 mins later I received a CVS giftcard (not what I wanted but not wanting to be difficult I said it was fine). I gathered up my photos to leave and the manager asked me where the bad photos were and I said I gathered them and put them in the photo sleeves. In which she said absolutely not and that she needed to shred the bad photos and that I could not keep them. I explained to her that the previous manager said I could keep them and considering I already wasted an hour of time there for what should have been no longer than a 5 min stop I was not going to sort through the good and bad pictures AGAIN! I am absolutely appalled by the way I was treated by this manager. She had no regard for the inconvenience CVS had caused me or for my time. She insisted that I sort the good and bad pictures AGAIN so she could shred the photos. I will never revisit this CVS again.

Only because I have to give 1 star. Im just rating the pharmacy here so others dont mind this. This pharmacy has some of the most ignorant, rude people you ever will meet dealing with public. God help you if you tell them youll wait for your prescription. Theyll make you sit till closing (this happen to me). I really need pages to write all I need to, but just go elsewhere for prescriptions if possible. I generally try to go to the Catonsville store when I can. Very nice people there. But the Glen Burnie store really scrapes the bottom of the barrel.

I was at the pharmacy a few weeks ago. The staff was horrible and the waiting was unbelievable. I asked them about a prescription price.they told me I said be right back to get the money I left for 10 mins they put my prescription away. Then the lady said oh I thought you didnt want it as she ate crackers at the drive thru window.
