Wonderful experience shopping at this Sephora. The lovely ladies working here were very helpful and had great advice on products! Very friendly staff. I will definitely be back to this location.
I came into the store tonight 11.2.20, 30 mins before closing, to buy a foundation for my daughter for her senior pics. My daughter has never been matched before and due to covid she wasnt able to get matched, which i understand. The lady who assist us matched my daughter perfectly to a Fenty foundation. My daughter tried it on soon as she got home. Perfect match. I just want to thank the lady who helped up for being so kind, professional, helpful and she knows her make up. It takes a true professional to match a makeup without trying it on and she did just that. I wish i could remember her name, but I cant. Thanks again.
I called this location 1st and was a whole for over 5 minutes so I hung up. I decided to stop and there anyway and Mckenzie help me out greatly with picking foundation and some other items. She was very friendly and manage to greet everyone that came in while working with me. Will definitely go back to this location!!!
I love this place! Everyone was so helpful, they helped me find everything I needed to match my skin! I highly recommend this place to all people. Love them!

I honestly dont see why they are even in this store. They only have two people working in the store and they ignore you. I went in looking for a lip mask that was available in store. Needless to say, I went in and thought I could browse the aisles. Most people acknowledge your presence. That didnt happen, these two employees if they can be called that, looked straight at me and went back to talking about what they ate for lunch. I took that as my sign to leave...so i left. Youre better off going to a standalone store compared to this rubbish. Save your time and money, dont go here.
Probably one of the most uninformed and untrained employees. I came to return an online order and one employee that helped me asked the other employee if she could do an online return. The other employee said yes and the transaction returned was decline and they told me I couldn’t return it because of “too many returns”. This is my first return with Sephora! Another lady came by and told me u could contact Sephora online since and get further assistance, which I did. The online representative emailed me back saying that it’s because I could only return online orders at a free standing Sephora . I also read the receipt they gave me that showed why the returned was decline and it was because I had “no receipt “ when I clearly have employees my invoice that came with my package.
Horrible horrible service! Curly haired rep was in the process of helping me find a brow shade, another employee interrupts her to talk about something personal, she just walks away from me without saying anything to tend to their personal business. Save yourself some time and just go to the Sephora in Towson or Colombia, the staff there is much better and helpful.
