We have had problems with billing, etc. Luis has been doing everything imaginable to try and correct the problem. The store is good, the employees are outstanding, but if it werent for the issues with billing, etc, it would be a five star review.

Incredible customer service from start to finish. Mario and Tony were very helpful and followed up with my and my company multiple times to make sure we were happy with our phones, the data plan and also made some recommendations as to ways we could save some money and still upgrade our plan. If there was a no star option I would give this place ZERO stars!!The manager at this store is incredibly rude!!!!!! I had an issue with service being suspended on a 18 month old $1500 Samsung. I was told to buy a new phone as my -relatively new- smartphone will not be compatible with new 5G sevice.When I queried this, I was told that he did not make the rules and to take it up with AT&T.Another person walked in right after me with the same issue. The same manager was also extremely rude to that customer.I went to the AT&T store at Danada Square location and the manager was extremely helpful and friendly.He did not try to sell me a $1500 new phone and just tapped a setting on my phone to fix the problem.I hope the franchise owner of this location reads my review! Rude staff is the death nail of any retail operation!!!!!!

Luis D. and Tony R. did a fantastic job helping me. I spent multiple hours and many phone calls with AT&T customer support to no avail regarding an issue with my trade in. Within 5 minutes, Luis was able to get me squared away and left me confident that my trade was accepted properly. 5 stars!

This is not an AT&T store this is a MOBILE TEL store who sells AT&T products and services. A word of warning, some MOBILE TEL employees have little or no regard for AT&T customers and they are not afraid to tell you so. If you can, avoid this store and go to Danada in Wheaton. Again this is not a real AT&T store, this is MOBILE TEL Store and they insult and mistreat AT&T customers. I wonder why it is that AT&T even puts their name on the building.

I have been unable to properly pair my older Samsung phone to my Honda CR-V for about a month. I had gone to Honda twice for assistance and nothing was resolved. I went to AT&T and Mario explained the problem to me and had my phone and my car paired perfectly in just a few minutes. Mario is not only extremely knowledgeable, he is also very courteous and friendly. This service experience is the best I have had in a very long time. Mario is amazing. Thank you Mario and AT&T.

Love this Att store! Bright, fresh and upbeat, the techs here are amazing, 5 star for sure! Went in this afternoon with a glitchy phone, and left with a FIXED phone! Visiting the store on Roosevelt Rd. In Glen Ellyn the service of Louis was exceptional. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He saved us money and was very patient and helpful.

I woke up to find my iPhone not working at all and went into the Glen Ellyn store and was immediately assisted by Sebastian Zima. He was helpful, knowledgeable, engaging and made the experience of purchasing a new phone, transferring all the data, and making sure everything worked very pleasurable despite the fact that it took time to get it all done! He also made it clear that if I ran into any difficulties with any of the features I could come back at any time and he would assist me. I highly recommend the store and this individual!

The young men here have been a huge pleasure to work with! My intentional visit for my daughter to get a new phone ended up turning out to be a 5 back to back day visit to get several new phones and a whole account refresh!!! The manager Sebastin along with Mario and Lewis were superb and did everything they can to make sure my plan was best suited for my family with very little increase to our monthly cost. We have had our iPhone 12 phones for just about a week now and I couldn’t have been more happier with the purchases all because of the persistence and knowledge of the employees! They took their time with us without feeling rushed and helped in every little way possible with each phone and our apple accounts. I don’t know where we would be without them! I got my new phone this week and it fell in the river today. Luis and Sabastian were great with helping me look at the different options I have and got me setup to send me my replacement device! Very helpful and informative guys here, I will definitely come back for anything else that I need.

I was in the store yesterday and had a great experience with Sebastian and Mario. Both were super friendly and most of all very helpful and informative. I was even able to sign up for internet service which I had not planned to do. Visit them at the Glen Ellyn location for all of your needs!

Sebastian was great with helping me out! Not only did he help with what I needed for my account, he saved me some money on my bill while doing so! The other two guys Gio and Mario were very helpful as well.

My phone was stolen right before we came into the store. I was in tears and sobbing. My teenage son was with me and speaking on my behalf because I was so upset. Sebastian immediately greeted us and treated me with dignity even though I was visibly upset. Another mother there with her teenage son was working with another employee. She heard my son tell Sebastian about my phone being stolen. She offered to give me her OWN old phone since she was getting a new one just then! 😯 I was extremely grateful for that and the service from Sebastian which followed. He was kind to me and offered me tissues and water. Then he calmly guided me to figuring out how to disable/report stolen my phone. He was amazing and so patient. Those employees stayed cool and collected even when I was upset. I appreciate the service they gave so much! They also worked together to quickly set up my newly donated phone and I left the store feeling like a miracle had just happened 🤗P.S. Hand sanitizer and masks were present and accounted for ... Sebastian even refused my handshake but offered a fist bump as an alternative ☺️

Came to this location after having having problems at the store in Wheaton 3 times. Sebastian and Gio were very attentive to make sure all my questions were answered and got me a case for my new phone! I had to make 3 visits to the other location to get one simple question addressed and then lied to each time but the two young men here made sure all my concerns were addressed properly in one visit

I was running into issues with storage on my old phone and Gio was able to get me a new phone with much more storage and a bigger screen for a fraction of the cost! Highly recommend coming in to see him and will be stopping by here for any help in the future

Was misled by the entire store about 5G. Unfortunately I didnt realize that 5G is not in my direct area, but 5Ge is.Very disappointed.

The young man who waited on me was incredably helpful and I want to commend for his service and politness.

My visit was surprisingly efficient and enjoyable. I was there to upgrade my phone and Mario did so quickly and saved me quite a bit of money on the phone price and overall plan. Im impressed by how knowledgeable all of the employees were which makes me more likely to use at&t in the future.

I have to applaud the AT&T store in Glen Ellyn, especially Sebastian and Christopher who went above and beyond to help me with my issue. They got on the phone with the help desk and worked until we got a satisfactory outcome. They also helped me with my new phone to make sure I was comfortable with how it worked before I left the store. I would absolutely recommend going to this store to get the help you need. These guys were great!

Terrible. Terrible customer service. Never called anyone back. Didn’t answer the phone. Gave false information and didn’t go out of their way to please customers.

The team there was friendly enough while we were in the store to add a line and upgrade another, but then we found out later that they had added their insurance to ALL 6 PHONES on our plan, without our permission! We had to call AT&T and spend an hour to have them remove it. Very frustrating!

Luis was very helpful in setting up my new phone and advised me on how to save money on our family phone plan.

Eden Dolinski was such a sweet person and extremely knowledgeable. We were swapping my moms ancient phone with a newer iPhone and she was so patient and helpful. She made mom much more comfortable with the technology and helped her set it up and answered her questions. This was a rarity in these days and times. She is very much appreciated.

Activate a new line for my daughter in-law Luis had helped me before when I needed an upgrade and man what can I say, Luis never fails to give me excellent customer service! Explained in detail what was going to be our cost helped me saved some money on my bill as well!

We had an awesome experience with the Glen Ellyn store. They were super helpful and knowledgeable. Sebastian and Gio helped us switch 4 lines from T-Mobile to ATT and get all new phones, cases, screen protectors, etc. They made it way easier and quicker than we expected. We got a First Responder plan and they did a great job explaining the confusing stuff about it. We later had issues switching over one of the phone numbers and spent days on the phone with both ATT and T-Mobile customer service and still couldn’t get it resolved. We finally went back to the store and Sebastian and Mario were able to resolve the issue super quickly despite it being an uncommon problem. Highly recommend!!!

Nice storefront, well organized and clean. Nice product offerings. Gerry was a huge help and very patient. Accomplished everything I needed to and even turned on some cartoons for my boy! Will return to this location in the future.

My daughter screwed up her iPhone and was essentially locked out. Michael, the store manager, very kindly let me know the steps I needed to take to correct the issue. He gave me the exact advice I was looking for, was extremely kind, and didn’t try to sell me a remedy. I have a lot of respect for good people...thanks for the help Michael!

Stopped in tonight after having issues setting up a replacement phone and not having luck with Apple phone support. Eden and Crys were so helpful. They helped troubleshoot the issue, quickly got things resolved and my phone up and running, with iCloud restored in less than an hour, a process that Apple had told me on the phone might take more than a week to recover. Great customer service.

My family and I came in because our WiFi and phone data was awful and we kept going over our data and getting charged. After making tons of phone calls and exhausting everything we came into the store and met Robbie. Came in cause i have had some pretty awful experiences in the past at att but i saw this store online and decided to stop in. Met the store manager aric and his employee robbie and I must say they lived up to the reviews. Took care of everything I needed and made some good suggestions as well.
