Miguel and Robert helped us transition from Sprint to Mobile. They did a great job working with us and we had a fun time!

Dropped my phone and in a panic I headed to T-Mobile. I was welcomed by Miguel. He was so helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. It was the fastest and easiest “buying a phone experience” I’ve ever had. If you are in need of a new phone, come check out this location!

I was helped by Anna. I came in to replace a phone that broke. The wait was maybe 5-10 minutes max, since there was one customer before me. She listened to my needs, and was very honest about the functionality of the phone choices so I could figure out the best option. She helped do the Smart Switch to transfer data to the new phone, and even put on the case and screen protector on for me. She was a great conversationalist during the time we had to wait for the new phone to activate and transfer data. I usually hate going in to deal with any business regarding cell phones, but she made it a very pleasant experience!

Luis V was the T mobile expert that helped me switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and he made the change swift and easy. There was zero stress and he made it as easy as possible. The service was amazing! I’m very very happy as a T-Mobile customer.

Sophie and Jocelyn were very kind and helpful. I have a very old flip phone with T-Mobile pay as you go from 10 years ago that I still use for now. These two young ladies, and one other who stood by kindly to help also if needed, did not laugh or make fun of my old phone and even suggested a new flip phone with reasonable monthly rates if needed! However, she got the old phone working again and with no charge! They also looked up my account and let me know my current balance. What wonderful service and with a smile too! When the time comes, I certainly will consider returning here! So thankful for these three kind, courteous and helpful young women! Thanks very much to Sophie and Jocelyn and thanks to T-Mobile for having these quality sales gals !!! :)

I came to the store with a blocked phone, not inly the staff helped me to solve my problem, they spent an hour with me, they also found a really good dead to upgrade my phone. This store is AMAZING. We had a terrible experience with the T Mobile on Buterfield BUT this T-Mobile knocked it out of the park. Way to go. The night crew was awesome. I only wish I remember their names. I believe it was a Wednesday night. The managers were great and even stayed past close to fix my problem with the other T Mobile. Please visit this store! 10 out of 5.

This is by far the best T-Mobile store I have ever been too. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile and a Welcome to T-Mobile. I voiced my concerned, and they immediately responded and fixed the issue with my phone. I had an old phone, and they explained the issue with the old phone, and shared with me the benefits of T-Mobile service. I was so impressed, that I switched from my old carrier to T-Mobile. Luis V was very accommodating and patient with a new phone that would serve my needs. I have no issues with my new phone, I will always come back to this store. I will tell all my friends that this is the best customer experience I have ever had. The other thing I was impressed with, there is no languages barrier here at the store. It is a multilingual store. I will always come back.

Glen Ellyn Store has been very kind & courteous. I needed my phone replaced & they gave me problems. And I recommend anyone to this T-Mobile store in Glen Ellyn. This is the best staff in the nation.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years and had never encountered a rude representative until today, January 11, 2016. I recently received a new device and had to return my old one, I was told by Customer Care that I could drop off my defective device at any T-Mobile location. I was very happy to hear this as I could avoid stopping at a UPS location. I decided to stop at this store front (285 Roosevelt Rd.) since its on my way home from work. I walked in at approximately 5:00pm to two T-Mobile representatives playing Guitar Hero. As I walked in one of the two representatives turned around and greeted me in a kind manner, while the second representative didnt even acknowledge my presence. I told the representative that I was dropping off my defective device, at this point, the representative seemed confused by what I was attempting to do. I then rephrased my statement and asked IF I could drop off my defective device. The representative again seemed confused by what I was saying. At this point, the second representative, who continued to play Guitar Hero and didnt even bother to look at me, yelled out, NOPE. I was confused as to why this individual decided to yell out at me, but understood his lack of disrespect and said the following: well, it appears I cannot drop this off here, thank you for your time. The representative said, yea, thats my Manager. I was stunned to hear that this individual holds a Manger position, seeing that he couldnt even bother to answer my question in a respectful manner, let alone provide eye contact. As I walked out, I made sure to tell both representatives that I found the managers response/demeanor to be rude. The representative that originally helped me apologized on behalf of his manager, action that I appreciate, however, he was not the one to provide such apology seeing that it was his manager the one who disrespected me. My only regret is not having obtained these two individuals names so that I could address them by name.

I have so many closer locations less than 10 mins from me, but I drive 25 mins just to come to this particular branch for only two people. Syed and Musa are the most helpful t mobile representatives that I have worked with. They have been more than helpful multiple times, and super patient with my needs. I would recommend anyone to request them for a friendly experience and a job well done. I think they are usually available on the weekends and sometimes weekdays. These 5 stars are for them.

Youre just a number here. Purchased two Samsung Galaxy phones and I guess I painted a bullseye on my forehead with the premium purchase. It was painfully obvious I was just another commissioned sale. When I declined most of the accessory recommendations (what they make their best margins on) I dont think he could get me rung up and out the door fast enough, despite no other customers being in the store at the time. I dont upgrade phones often, and so USB-C was new to me. He declined to explain anything about it, instead showing me phone cases and pushing his agenda to sell me more stuff. Not sure why I tried this store, as I usually go to the one on Butterfield a little East of Danada - but they can be kinda busy. Now I know why. They are worth the wait. Going back there next time.

I lost my sim card tray for my iphone 6 and was really in a bad situation finding it. I went to this store and the employee (did not see his name) at this store was so kind to offer me help and he was able to find a sim tray from his old stock iphone and helped me out free of charge. Very kind and helpful employees.

I walked in with my phone totally not working at all. That all was lost until waking in to this tmobile store. They got all my info transfered/backed up. Ive never had such a great experience like i did here, let me tell you Isaac and his crew know how to get things done with a smile!
