I have visited the Verizon store in Glen Ellen several times over the past 2 years. Chabeli has been working each time I stopped in for help. She is polite, courteous and a great representative of your organization. She deserves a raise.

Recently purchased a new IPhone and was told to contact my cell provider. My first visit to a Verizon “corporate” store was a waste of time. They said they couldn’t do anything in store and hand wrote basic directions.The instructions turned out to be no help so the following weekend I headed to my local Verizon store. The sales tech, Romeo, couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating given I hadn’t made a prior appointment that the corporate store and Apple required.For the next hour, Romeo worked on trying to fix the connection problems. When he couldn’t he called his manager who worked for more than 20 mins. with Romeo to no avail. Unwilling to give up, Romeo called the Verizon Corp tech department. After another 30 mins. the problem was solved. Romeo then proceeded to check out the rest of my phone to ensure everything worked before I left.I was so grateful that Romeo was there and so willing to help even though his store would get nothing out of the encounter. Hence the reason for this review. Romeo could have easily sent me packing like Apple and the corporate Verizon store did. But he didn’t. He provided outstanding customer service and he cared. I can’t say enough about the night and day difference from my earlier experiences.Thank you hardly seemed adequate so I hope anyone reading this will visit this store and support them as we need more people like Romeo, his manager and the tech support behind them!!

Went to a couple different locations and none of them compare to the customer service experience I got at this locations. Chabeli was so thorough when she was explains the price breakdowns including taxes, she offered me better service for a more reasonable price and her manager Kelly was extremely helpful and kind as well.Thank you ladies for such a great experience, can’t wait to receive my new Apple Watch for Christmas!

This review is for Alex! (She’s the one with the really cool turquoise highlights in her hair)Sunday morning I woke up to a dead phone that wouldn’t turn on. After 7 minutes of phone saving measures (holding down the power button for dear life) i got it to turn back on with only 7% battery life, but it would not accept a charge from any source. In my moto z4’s final moments, I watched the life leave from its cold screen, doing my very best to save all the documents and photos in it. I tore off the case and screen protector, doing everything I could to revive it; I was unsuccessful so I drove around for what seemed like hours (about a good 90 minutes) looking for a nearby phone hospital. Every Verizon around me was closed on Sunday, Cell Phone Repair was closed, batteries+bulbs doesn’t work on moto Z4’s (Because it was a Motorola. It is Two Thousand Twenty. Unreal.)I was on my way home defeated by the day of the week and store hours, when I came across the Glen Ellyn location and was saved by Saint Alex of Verizon. She is very knowledgeable and sweet, she is the tech expert angel that works on Sunday’s; because of her, I was able to call my concerned grandmother and let her know that I was not passed out in a ditch. Alex has a great attitude with her customers, she knows how to multitask and is very fast paced. She deserves a lifetime supply of Dr. Pepper. She also has that Verizon Wireless location smelling better than that ‘new plastic’ scent I can smell at other locations.Thank you so much, Alex, for assisting me on Sunday, October 4th at approximately 12:30pm in the year of the covid. You keep a super clean and awesome location, I will be back to that location in the near future. I received a new phone (same phone) 6 hours later after I met with Alex. The phone was brought to me, at my home by a delivery driver, and I didn’t have to miss a moment of football. You might pay a little more with Verizon, but this is what you’re guaranteed. Great customer service is not dead, it lives at the Glen Ellyn Verizon store. Employee Chabeli went above and beyond great customer care, she exceeded our expectations. Her patience in navigating through our phone issues was amazing, and on top of her genuine willingness to help, she stayed over an hour after the store closed to make sure our phone was up and running. Can’t say enough about Chabelis work ethic - if you are looking for phenomenal phone support, she is the best!

I came into the store today to potentially upgrade my device Chabeli was very professional even though I only came in to potentially upgrade my device she asked me various questions on the phone I would like to purchase and came to the conclusion that the iPhone 11 would be the best choice. Phone quit suddenly Wednesday night about 6:00 pm. Swinging by the store in desperation I met Chabeli, a friendly customer expert. She accepted my phone and her fingers started flying all over my key board interrupted only by intermittent questions. The young lady is an iPhone magician. She had my phone working again in less than 15 minutes (it was a mess). I hurried back to my car and on to my business meeting. Chabeli is terrific at her role and really saved me. Cheerful service. Came in at 7:45pm and stayed until 9:30 PM. These employees made a 85 yr old woman feel comfortable and happy. That is exactly what two stellar verizon employees did for me on sept.13th. My daughter brought me in to upgrade my phone. Both employees Shawna and Antonia graciously stayed to help me and made me so happy. My u know how to hire the best.

Terrible experience here. Not only are they short staffed, but they also have ancient equipment that can not service Verizon customer. After the lady had me wait over 30minutes she proceeded to tell me their machine was too old to port over my phone. TERRIBLE PLACE...youre better off going to an actual Verizon wireless store (per the attendant herself)

For years the cozier space and friendlier staff members have provided a far more enjoyable experience than those at the Danada location.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!! Terrible customer service. Salesman actually lied to me over the phone about my extended warranty. These hounds are just out for money. Under educated on their own product. Not to mention, down right rude. Tried to make me buy a new phone. When i was paying for an extended warranty. Went to store in Wheaton on geneva. Customer service was very helpful and polite. i recommend to give them your business.

Id ordered 3 iPads directly from Verizon. When they showed up the data plans didnt work. After hours of online and phone support I finally came to this location to see if they can help me figure out why my date it wouldnt work. Amanda was super helpful help me reset a password and got day working on all three iPads.

Unprofessional and unhelpful. Refused to help set up my corporate discount. Do yourself a favor, go to an ACTUAL verizon corporate location.
