Visiting from out of State, I recently found out my local store closed permanently... So i was beyond excited to see this store on my vacation! I have only worn Bare Minerals for years and I dont plan on changing that! Next time i visit AZ I will definitely make it a point to come back to this store! Great value and customer service!

Jade is extremely helpful. I needed all new makeup and she helped me pick out the best options for my skin type. She was also honest and didn’t just try to push products, which I appreciate!

Spoke with a representative from the store and she was able to guide me to some mascara. I have allergies to most mascara, so she let me know that they have less chemicals and dye in their mascara and that if I have any issues, I can return for store credit within 30 days. Currently testing it out, and so far so good. Crossing my fingers that this one is a winner.

I love it here. Im still very new to makeup and all the ladies are friendly, patient and thorough. This place was my first introduction to properly applying products and when go use them. I appreciate Jackie taking the time out to create a plan for me according to my skin type and expectations. I love how light their products are on my skin and the knowledge behind the employees.

Everytime we go, I spend over $200 and they NEVER have any free samples. my suggestion is if you need to shop for foundation color or blush color or check out some of their moisturizers you go home and purchase it online. Youll get a lot of free stuff that way and free shipping.

Nice products. Overly helpful employees... the employees also follow you around and tell you what you can and cant touch. If you dont want customers to touch it then dont leave it in customer view. I felt like I was a bother to them at times and that I was constantly being watched. I dont know if thats new behavior for the employees or if they had some reason to think I wanted to steal from them or something. Needless to say, I bought some cheap lip glosses and now feel like Ill be doing my bare minerals shopping elsewhere. Ive been to this store before and never had a problem but this last experience annoyed me.

The associates were all very friendly and knowledgeable. My 18 yr old was able to get what she was looking for. We learned that the brand Bare Minerals does not experiment on animals, great to know. We live in Seattle and do not have an outlet there but the sales associate let us know we could call in an order and it would be shipped for free when the order is over 50 dollars. That is not hard to do as we spent almost 100 on 4 items. Lol
