This store smelled so good. Very clean and the girls were so friendly. I had no idea they had to stimulate the candles to make sure they keep letting off their scent. Thats just hilarious!!

I love the kitchen soaps here. Works well for kitchen hands. They had Fall scents on display and our for sale!

The Staff were incredibly helpful and nice. They make sure you leave happy with your purchase. I love this store because its amazingly organized and everything just makes you happy in the store.$3.50 for this lotion today. My fave is Vanilla Bean Noel...forrrrevvver!!😍😍

A lot of different scents got my head spinning. I think thats why I rarely visit this store. Other than that, it was a quick in and out, so it was a good visit

Honestly just go to a different location. 🙅🏽‍♀️ Not many sales offered. Also most of all the associate greeting customers was rude. Also treated me with contempt when I asked a question. 🤭 I was tempted to just shop online after my visit to this store. Luckily I went to a different location that provided a much better, more friendly and fun experience. Biggest plus was discovering their Strawberry 🍓 and Strawberry Pound Cake scent! 🍰 Only got the small size at this location...

The staff at Bath & Body Works are nice. They greet you when you walk in and when you leave the store. However, what brings this store rating down is the manager, Bri (maybe Brianna) or Bree. I was told by one of the staff that this was her name. Believe me, when I found out she was the MANAGER, I was shocked. Besides that, she is the reason my rating is so low. She is extremely brusque and insolent. When she interacts with you it is not all sweet, but quite annoyed at you. On February 14, 2021, Valentines Day at Kate Spades, I was standing in the line waiting to be called next. Note, its very busy during times they have special sales. She was busy looking at other things and insisted that she was next in line; thus, cutting everyone who had been waiting for a while. Then, she went to the register first and I still had to wait for my turn again. During this time, I told her she cut me. This was when she rudely shouted for the whole store to hear that she was actually standing behind the man when she was really looking at other purses. Further trying to explain herself, they were holding a purse for her; therefore, she got to cut the line. Also, she didnt realize they were holding a purse for me too. All her shouting gave me and the whole store second-hand embarrassment. Whereas, she acted like she was on top of the world yelling at me. I didnt know we can just cut to the front of the line when people are waiting to be checked out to grab the item on hold. It might just sound like I am complaining for something little, but her attitude in Bath & Body Works is not pleasant either. For the most part, the manager should set an example for her staff and Bri or Bree did not.

I have been to this location many times to pick up an assortment of items from wall plugs to candles to even lotions and bath supplies. Every time I have been met with a great amount of hospitality, warm welcomes, and great attitudes. All of the staff are absolutely amazing, however more often than not I happen to be assisted by Jenna who is an amazing asset to your store she has introduced me to many new products that I thoroughly enjoy.

I was extremely impressed with this location. Its an outdoor mall in AZ. So that means uts beyond hot out, and with covid they can only let so many people in at a time. Well to make us comfortable while we wait theyboffer water and umbrellas to block out the heat. No other store is doing this and I was just blown away. It makes me want to go back to that specific location because they take care of you.

I love their hand sanni scents, air fresheners, and soaps.

It was really amazing and good customer experience and the employees were excellent in service. Really recommend it !!

The man named Travis was beyond helpful and helped my fianse and i get as many discounts as possible. We both left with several items only spend 30$ and a free tall bottle of perfume. It was awesome! Highly recommend. Give this guy a raise! He deserves it just on customer service and keeping the store neat.

I went to this bath and body works and the sales associates were extremely RUDE! i asked if the candles they had next to the 75% off sale sign were 75% off as there were quiet a few (more than 10) and she snapped at me and claimed someone most of moved them and they were not apart of it. i understand things happen but to be rude over a simple question is ridiculous. i WILL not be buying anything else from bath and body works for some time as this is not the first time Ive had this issue with this store.

Wish I can give no stars it was only 645pm no one in line at all and customers leaving in bunches and did not let us in, we asked to please let my sister in alone, she already knew what she wanted and Emily which states she was the manager told her no right after letting one customer in. We come from far and explained that to her and she was rude and not understanding, dont waist your time its not worth it.

We like Bath & Body Works, but this one can be especially difficult to get to if that is your only destination. The last time we were there it took 20 minutes to get parked and 15 minutes to get out because traffic was heavy due to a hockey game at the same place. Unfortunately on this trip they were out of stock on the product we went there for, so we wasted about 45-50 minutes in total.
