I went to the boutique for the first time last night. The owner/ stylist was knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. Everyone in the shop were professional. I would recommend this shop. I Loved My Hair! No Tracks showing! The only con was i had to wait an before my service started. I know things happen N sometimes you have to wait so it didn’t bother me. Ill be returning.

I went to Hair Heaven Boutique for the second time and I left a happy customer once again. Ashley is great at what she does! Shes professional, personable, and efficient. You tell her what you want, you get exactly that. The great thing is, you can buy your hair there. This makes it so convenient and the hair is great quality. I will continue toto be a loyal customer for sure.

I never had a sew in before going to Ashley. She did an amazing job with my hair. The hair is beautiful and soft and long lasting. And I am rough on my hair. Highly recommend. Looking forward to my next visit.

I stopped in after leaving the barber shop next door. And I absolutely love this store! They Actually sell REAL Virgin Hair! I purchased their Peruvian Body Wave 182022 and Im going on month #2 with this hair! Min Shedding, super Soft and Silky and doesnt need any maintenance! They have a Customer For Life!Oh and the workers were very nice and helpful with helping choose the hair

I’ve been going to Ashley for awhile now and she never disappoints! Her customer service skills and ability to make your hair gorgeous is phenomenal. She’s answers all my annoying questions is always there to answer any concerns I have about my hair. She gets you in and out in a timely manner which is the reason why I will always be going back to her.

The business practices would sadly lead me not to recommend this place. Last month, I drove over 30 miles from the SE valley to get there on a time budget. My appointment was later that day with another stylist. I wanted to call because some girls reviewed they had appointments and arrived but found the doors locked, but there is no phone listed. I couldnt find the suite because the suite number she lists is nowhere to be found on the outside of the building as you drive around. As you get out and walk around, it isnt even listed on any of the darn directories AT ALL. They are all medical offices. I drove off looking down the street (maybe I missed it), but still couldnt find it. I looked at all her social media sites and postings, there was no number to call to check the location accuracy or stock availability. I couldnt find a better or different address. Imagine how much of my time sitting in the car I wasted doing this. By the time I found it, Im thinking, this could easily rectified by her taking 2 minutes to put how to get to her suite on her social media pages. Or a pic of the outside of it. AT LEAST ONE OF THEM?! Anyway, so by the time I find her, Im super annoyed and tell her politely, Wow, this was really hard to find! You want to know her response? Im glad you asked! Everyone says that. 🤬 I dont think she understood for a minute how she wastes tons of clients and customers time by not providing a good address/directions. If I lived closer and had more time, I wouldnt have tried so hard to find it. Then, after all of that, she was out of stock on some of the common lengths!!! Gggrrrr!! Just please know, this is not a huge hair shop/boutique as some may think. This is the typical local beautician who sells hair on the side while she does installs. I can imagine if you go in while shes doing hair, she will have to stop to assist you while her client waits. I planned on buying more products at the time, maybe trying her edge control and asking for install pricing, but I was so put off by the lack of concern of my time, and lack of stock I didnt spend more money and I love supporting women in business but not like this.

Ashely Burton is the stylist that slays! She is a very talented stylist, I went to get my hair done Saturday and she was so sweet and welcoming. Great atmosphere, conversation and very professional. The hair boutique is beautiful and hair is gorgeous. Go check her out!

The best weave and sew in closure, EVER. Loved the body wave and how it was so wavy and soft for months in my head. Minimum shedding and the quality of the sew in was amazing as well. Ashley knows what she’s doing, very personable and the atmosphere was great as well. Can’t wait for my next sew in. 🤗

First off let’s start with the fact that they provide plenty of options. All kinds of hair & textures. Miss Ashley got hands of GOD and Bre is very warm welcoming & friendly. My hair was so soft and definitely worth the money.

Hands down the best hair stylist in Arizona. I purchased her hair and these bundles are extremely full and no shredding... Will not go anywhere else. Best in AZ

If you want someone who actually cares about your hair this is where you need to be. Every stylist I ever went to just does my hair however they want and be done. Not Ashley though she communicates with me about what I can do to make my hair more healthy. Not only that She listens to everything I tell her I want. Her personality is on point and to me her Bundles are everyThanng, her hair was actually the first hair i wore for months took out then reused all other hair shedded so bad last if you tender headed dont even worry you are in good hands !

Booked a appointment for 9am made a deposit as well . Got there early and Ashley was no where to be found. she texted me and told me she would be there by 11. So i waited and waited 12 comes she’s still no where to be found. Didn’t get any explanation at all, most unprofessional thing i have ever experienced.

First I want start off by saying I think Ashley is extremely talented. I’ve never had a sew-in put in that was neatly done and so hard to get out I had to have someone help me. I loved my hair when it was done but my closure shedded way too fast, After a month there was a huge bald spot. I was a little disappointed to learn that only two bundles were put into my head and the third was never returned. I also think what put the nail in th coffin for me was that I paid for 1-14 && 2-16, Come to find out my 16s were actually 14s. I figured that out after I went to purchase a 18 inch months later and there was a huge length difference between the 18 and my “16s”. I went home and pulled out some unused 14s I purchased a while ago and they were the exact same length. You live and you learn....P.S. The hair that I purchased was not cut. Nice try though...

Hair Heaven had all the bundles I needed. Even had the closures I needed as well. Plus, she knows the product because she is a hairstylist as well. Overall a gorgeous boutique that i will be revisiting oh so very soon.

I had an appointment at 11:15 and waited around until 12 before I texted Ashley to see if I should wait any longer or come back later. She wanted me to come back at 4 pm when my appointment was at 11:15am. Make that Make sense. If I wanted a 4pm appointment I would have booked it for 4pm. I don’t care what your “Boutique Hours” are. If your appointment availability is before your boutique hours then honor that in full.Mind you I had texted her the night before about how I should prep for my appointment.If I am your first appointment of the day then I still should be that first appointment of the day. I had to go somewhere else to get my hair done as a result of this and I had already paid for my appointment in full.That would just mean that all you appointments for that day would be late because you got a late start. When I asked for her to reschedule my appointment as a result of her error, she wanted me to call the store and explain the situation. Tried to call and the phone line was disconnected and she has closed her book. I asked about a refund since I had paid my appointment in full, and she acted like she had amnesia and couldn’t remember who I was and what the situation was. Like what? Where they do that at. As of today I am still waiting on a refund. She tried to give me a funky credit to use at her store. I told her I don’t plan on booking nor buying from her again and she didn’t respond. Typical!! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. You can have all the talent in the world but when you lack customer service, I won’t return. Nor will I be referring other people here.

Love the owner such a sweet woman and professional business owner. I loved how my hair came out and the quality of the hair itself was wonderful.

Made an appointment.. then once her availability changed she cancelled my appointment and rescheduled it to a day I could not do because I work as most normal people do... since I needed it done for when I made the appointment for I asked for my deposit back and never got it - I understand what a non-refundable deposit is if I cancel my own appointment but not because SHE cancelled my appointment. Terrible
