I have been using Ethan Allen for a number of years. This year I had the pleasure of being introduced to Ali Helstein. Her interior design vision and use of colors has been transforming a number of rooms in my house, and it has been fun to watch it all come together. She certainly has produced options I would not have thought of on my own, and does this by careful listening and understanding me and my needs, and then providing new and interesting concepts for my consideration. She is professional, personable and skilled at her craft. I hope we will continue working together in the years to come.

I ordered my furniture on May 10th, 2021. Its now October 25th, and I dont have my furniture. The salesperson only updates me when I contact her, she is never proactive. I am extremely disgusted in the lack of customer service, and the outrageous amount of time it takes to get my order. Of course, they are blaming it all on covid, and back up times in shipping. Hmmm....they told me the furniture was all made in America. I cant accept the lack of customer service and communication is a fault of either one of their excuses. I called their corporate office several times, and no one ever answers, even after holding for over an hour. Im beginning to wonder if Ethan Allen is really still in business.

Beautiful displays, sales people knowledgeable with product, design and eager to assist with furniture arrangements and personal decor ideas. Ali made a trip out to our home and put the designs and ideas on paperwork to ensure that we are able to fully visualize the outcome of design. Very excited to see everything come in and show off the new place!! Thank you so much for all of your expertise!!!

Our Ethan Allen designer is Ali Helstein. My wife and I are beyond pleased with the new look of our family room. Ali came to our home and worked with my wife for several hours on colors, fabrics, patterns, textures, spacing, line, etc. The result was exceptional.Ali listened to what we wanted and then helped us navigate the process like a great coach. She is very easy to work with. In a way I felt Ali had our back. She wouldnt let us make a mistake or a poor choice and would step in with a solution. Its always nice to work with a true professional.

We love our new furniture thanks to our designer from the Glendale store, Jonathan. He helped us pick out furniture for our new home that coordinated with the few pieces we had. We are so happy with how it all turned out. We don’t really have much of a designing eye of our own, so Jonathan stepped right in, listened to us about our likes and dislikes, and presented his ideas - We loved everything. Very high quality furniture and first rate designers.

Very happy customer here! Ali did a great job helping me pick bedroom and living room furniture from Ethan Allen. I havent received any of the furniture yet, but Im very confident I will just love it. Ali sat down with my husband and I and looked over our home plans, which was really helpful. We almost purchased something that would have been way too big for the room. We are building our home in Seattle and the furniture will be stored in the warehouse up there until late summer when our home is finished. Overall, a great experience! Shopping at Ethan Allen in Glendale Arizona with Jonathan Leithmann-Jon has been the best furniture buying experience of my life!!!!!! He has the best eye for detail and design. I first bought furniture from him 16 years ago when I moved to Arizona and furnished my entire house with him. He came to the house then and helped me decorate everything. Now I am redoing another house and he is helping me once again with all the details!! Great quality in the furniture and great customer service. If he wasnt there, Im not sure what I would have done. Over the past few weeks we have had the privilege of working with Ali Helstein. We are having a house built in Peoria, and had several questions regarding furniture and design options for several rooms. The choices can be overwhelming. This is our second time working with John on our home. We were so impressed with him the first time we did not hesitate to return for his expertise. He has a talent for design, fabric selection and space. This time he helped us on a sofa and fabric selection that complimented our existing decor. He does not rush, really listens before giving feedback and is totally fun to work with. There is a reason we head to Ethan Allen and ask for John when we need help on our home decor.

We are return customers. Two years ago Carol first helped us with our new Colorado townhome while we were still living in Arizona. Recently, we purchased an Arizona home (again). Quality product and workmanship. I ordered an ottoman to go with my sectional that I had purchased 2 years ago. Fabric and style were still available but it wasn’t designed to be connected to the sectional. To connect it, I was able to order the hardware for connecting pieces and now have a perfect design for my area. The salesperson was excellent in helping me place the order and in notifying me on production and delivery status.

I worked with Carol Distafano, she is amazing! I was looking for an entertainment center, she walked me through all that they had and the features of each. I ended up with a teal, slightly distressed look, and she nailed it. Once I had it in my home with all the furniture, art work, and other decorations it is beautiful! We were in the store and around the corner comes John. Wow!! we were so happy .Cheryl had him help her before and now it was my turn.I needed help in designing my Bedroom and Living room. He started with my Bedroom. I just love my Bedroom complete. The Duev cover and The bedding is out of this world.I at a later bought another set for my Bed for Spring.My entire Bed room is wonderful..The living room is so beautiful . Our experience with Ethan Allen was great. They made us a great table which turned out to be slightly too small for the space we needed. They stepped up and remade a larger replacement table and delivered it for free. The cost of the larger table was also very reasonable. We couldn’t be happier with the great service.

We purchased 2 beautiful bucket chairs, an area rug, ottoman and pillows for our living room. With the help of designer Sherri our room looks absolutely amazing!

Julia worked with us to furnish our entire home in Flagstaff. It turned out beautiful! Although she was not able to visit our home prior to selecting the furniture, everything fit and looked perfect. Julia has great taste in selecting fabrics and furniture. She is a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend her.

We just purchased Ethan Allen living room furniture, art and accessories. Carol made the entire experience amazing!! She used her keen design skills to create several beautiful spaces for us. During her initial home design visit, Carol recommended backsplash tile for the kitchen and even had an excellent referral for installation. She drew up a lovely plan and presented it to us in the showroom. While we waited for delivery, Carol kept us informed and answered all our questions. Sherrie Verville did an absolutely beautiful job with finding the perfect fabrics, furniture, mirror, rug, andlighting for my loft. She was a delight to work with. I love the way she was able to incorporate what Ialready had with the new. I couldn’t be happier.

We needed to do replace some arm chair covers due to a recent move that the movers lost them. Since the chair still looked like we just bought it I was very upset about the movers carelessness. We have had the chair for over 25+ years and were concerned about matching the fabric since the original had been discontinued. When I met with the designer she treated me with such care and her attention to detail helped me feel better about the new covers.Ethan Allen has always had the finest furniture that we have ever found and their staff is always professional and very kind to work with.

This store has very nice furniture, great location, but some of the furniture is a little bit to pricey for me. What do you expect? Its Ethan Allen, they have very high quality furniture. I highly recomend if you want furniture that is luxury and looks good in any part of the house.

NICE BUT OVER PRICED CHEAPLY BUILT FURNITURE! WIFE LOVED IT, $4K FOR THREE PIECES, SHE SMILED, ONLY REASON I BOUGHT IT.

We met Carol DiStefano at Ethan Allen shortly after moving here. A leather sofa and ottoman were destroyed in the move and we wanted to replace them. Unfortunately the leather was no longer available after four years. Carol came to our home and worked her designer magic! A home filled with boxes, mismatched furniture, she immediately went to work with ideas, suggestions, and not just for the great room - also bedrooms, kitchen, entryway even so we were only planning to replace two items. Her enthusiasm and assistance was exactly what we needed! Our items were just delivered today in excellent condition - the room looks AMAZING! We cant thank her enough for all of her hard work and expertise to make our great room lovely, and really - it feels like home!

We recently bought an EA Signature PL King mattress. It has helped both of our backs immensely. We need to acknowledge and thank Carol Distefano/Design Consultant of the Glendale, AZ store. She was amazing at helping us through the process of selecting this mattress; all help no pressure. Her knowledge, excitement, and energy used to help us has been unmatched.We had previously gone to the Scottsdale, AZ store. No one there knew any information about the mattress without reading from the same sign that we could read. We even asked for the manager and were told the manager doesnt know any more. Shame, Shame. Disgusting.That made Carol shine even more!

We were very excited to order dining table with EA, they took over 10 wks to deliver but we were very disappointed with finishing of the table/chairs and the way our complaint was handled was even more disappointing and frustrating experience. After multiple pushbacks we finally returned it but they are making us pay $300++ which is not fair because they didnt deliver the product with proper finish after taking so long and then we were told that we have to pay since we are not giving them the chance to take it back and fix it but why should I take my personal time out to cater to their erorrs. Will never ever again order from them and apparently this is very common with them

Short version :Sherrie, our sales rep was great, very helpful at the sales end. Came to our home that day and helped us measure and cook at colors. Beautiful, solid maple product - very happy with the item itself. The price was high but fair compared to what else is out there.Beware of service - it took 3 months to build, although they said 2 months - they get you with the paperwork and feel free to run you over with bad service and dishonesty once they have you sign. But in the end - we did get the right product and we love it.Explanation version:3 stars only for the product itself. My husband and I had been looking for a dining table for about 6 months - we are pretty picky and looked at a LOT of places - we saw a lot of high prices for ok/decent quality but not quite what we wanted .Then we came into Ethan Allen and it was the only place that was able to custom build a beautiful set for us for a fair price and solid maple with he perfect modern grey colors we wanted. Our sales rep Sherrie was very helpful, patient and even came to our home that day to help us measure and pick the colors. We put 1/3 down to place the order...The problems we ran into had to do with the service later on...1)What we were told about time frame vs. what the paperwork said- the expectation verbally was that it would take up to 10 weeks - when it didn’t show up I called - they gave me the runaround . so I then saw the paperwork said up to 3 months - and of course it took the whole time. I called them out and they gave me excuses but I couldn’t do anything since I had signed the paper saying i understood this.2) I also didn’t like that they make you pay for it in full before you even receive it ( we had ordered furniture from several other places and they all accepted the balance when delivered ) . They are clearly not concerned about making sure you are happy with your product like all the other companies are- I was very disappointed and they really didn’t care - they gave us $75 off the price to try and Appease us - gee thanks.3) I had also asked them in the beginning if they can absorb the delivery charge ( we spent $4500 there ) and instead of just saying no, they made up a story about not being able too since they hire an outside delivery company - the “ outside delivery company “ shows up in an Ethan Allen truck with Ethan Allen shirts???wow - No need to lie!There were several small things they could have done and refused to do anything I asked for . All these combined small issues mount to one big issue for me -from the moment you give the 1/3 down and sign, they have you - they don’t care about you, and if you aren’t happy, you can’t do anything about it unless you are ok with losing your down payment. It left a bad taste and even though I do love this table. I probably won’t be back.

On a scale of 1-10, Jonathan is a solid 12!See him!! Great service, great furniture, great delivery.

This is the third time I am having a piece delivered only to find out that it also has defects. Is it too much to ask for a perfect piece of furniture when you are spending this kind of money?

My sales rep was wonderful. He took his time working with me helping me create a room that will last a long time. I spent over $8,000 on the product. The service department and the product satisifaction is horrible. I ordered my furniture in April. I knew that it would take at least 8 weeks to build my leather furniture. When in arrived in the first week of July, the cushions on the couch didnt fit and they ripped a piece of the leather removing the plastic. The cushions are too small. It took a week for the service department to come out to my home to confirm what my sales rep and myself already told them. My sales rep even came out to my home right after delivery and sent pictures explaining the issue. Ethan Allen Service insisted that they send out their tech only to have him agree that the cushions didnt fit. It is now Sept. 30th and still NO cushions and no repairs on the rip. The service department called and said they could deliver between the hours of 8 to 4:00. I said I work and would have to be after 4:00. They are not being very accomodating with this request. Am I the only person who works?
