Excellent customer service

Snobby and extremely judgemental. They wouldnt even let us look around the store. My husband and I walked in looking for a bed and dresser for our daughter. He is a clean-cut military man and was dressed in a Grunt Style T-Shirt. I have tattoos and funky hair, but was nicely dressed in a sundress. When we first walked through the door, no one even acknowledged us. As we walked deeper into the store, we were intercepted by a female associate in her early 60s. She stepped in front of our path, quickly sized us up, then asked what we were looking for. I explained that we were looking for a bed and dresser for our daughter. She said, Well, maybe you should tell me your budget then I will tell you if I can help you. I told her our budget. She literally held her hands up in a halt position and said, Were not going to have anything here for you. I looked over her shoulder at the store I wouldve liked to walk through, getting ideas for our own bedroom in which we plan to spend that kind of money. She saw me looking into the store and said she was just saving us time.She made it very clear with the way she spoke to us and her body language - including blocking our path - that our kind is not welcome in that store. So we left. I do not know what it is about us that makes our money not welcome at Thomasville Furniture. We are perfectly capable of affording the store. Do they not support the military? Do they believe that an artist and author who has tattoos will tarnish their reputation if their desired demographic is walking through their store? Whatever the case may be, they have their wish. We will never step foot in one of their stores again nor order online. If only I had held my Michael Kors bag where she couldve easily seen it.Beware. If you want to shop here and be taken seriously - let alone be allowed to walk through the store - please make sure your look the part or you will be shut down, too.

Wow, they carry some nice stuff. Really fell in love with a Natuzzi sectional they had. The staff was friendly and helpful, not pushy at all.

I would definitely NOT recommend Thomasville at the Glendale location. Absolutely horrible customer service and being lied to tops the list. I ordered a custom table and was given a 4 week timeframe to receive the finished product. After numerous calls which had to be initiated by me I still have not received my table and it’s been over TWO months. When I got no results or a coherent conversation with Karen the sales rep, I contacted the store manager and I was told the turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. When 8 weeks had passed I was told it would be 8-10 weeks. I asked to have the order canceled when Karen “ the sales rep” told me the table build will be delayed until after Sept 13. And she added the comment “it’s coming from Canada and they take vacations at different times then we do “UNBELIEVABLE! I contacted the Owner who seemed to care more about his vendor and inventory then Me as the customer. Absolutely Pathetic! If you do purchase anything which I wouldn’t recommend, READ the fine print on the sales copy carefully and I would insist on changes and FIRM dates so you don’t lose your deposit. . If I could give this minus stars I would.

Very poor service. We were told we would have our bedroom set in 4-6 weeks. We live in California so scheduling for delivery was the first nightmare; only certain days available with no option to work with us. Then we were told we had a scheduled delivery which meant rearranging appointments and work in California to accept delivery at our home in Arizona. We were called with an apology the Friday before a Wednesday delivery and told that our furniture did not come in. Gloria the manager hinted that it did not even get ordered. Complete incompetency in the store from the salesperson to the manager. We will not use this company again.

The furniture is very expensive but the quality didnt seem to match the price. The sales lady was NOT taking blunt hints either. We ended up leaving before we even saw everything.

Very nice furniture

Customer service lacking. I purchased an expensive Thomasville sofa less than 2 years ago. It came with throw pillows. One pillow was had a section where stitching and piping was falling apart. We went into the store today to see if they could help us. The sales person was quick to tell me warranty was only for one year. Never offered a solution to fix the pillow even at our own cost. It was very clear she didn’t want to help us as she wasn’t getting a “sale” even though another sales person at the desk said to her “can’t we see if it can be stitched up?”. Guess we won’t be coming back to your store since they clearly don’t care about their customers.

The furniture is top quality and the designer, Vince, was very knowledgeable and talented in all his design ideas and a pleasure to work with!
