I bought a royal blue queen size bed from them and one side of my bed pieces is broke I’ve called e-mail spoken with folks inside the store no one calls back they tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone but if I wanted to purchase again they be my friends and ready to talk and help out then

I bought a bed from here a few years ago and i was super satisfied. Went in there today to upgrade to a king. Still same great service. Excellent quality at affordable prices. I would recommend that you check this place out before going anywhere else!

Good prices on furniture. Everything is new and comes in packaging. They do offer delivery. I live in Chandler and it was $69 cash to deliver and they charge $30 to have it put together. The store was easy to get too. They have a lot of different types of frames to choose from.

UpdateUpdate. The owner not only responded to this review but also the email sent. She went directly to the store and emailed me that the order had been in and was going to address this with her staff. She was present at pickup and truly apologized for the issues. Thank you so much Laurie for rectifying this so quickly and professionally.So disappointed. Have bought multiple items from this establishment and was happy with thins until this present time. Called and ordered base box frame on Tuesday. Was told it would be there Friday. Called and was told it hadnt come in. Informed them I needed it and would have to cancel so I can go buy one. Told all sales final....how can it be final if better you or I have the product. Told they would email supplier and call me Monday. No call. Called Friday told mattresses hadnt come and they would call when they came in.. Still no call on Saturday. Since no resolution or product will need to go buy something and decide next course of action.

This was the best customer service I have ever received. The quality of merchandise is outstanding as well. I am so happy with my new mattress - its like sleeping on clouds Thanks to the staff for all the info so I could make my choice! Would recommend!!

My wife and I went to Conns before we came here and we walked out not wanting to do that kind of damage to our bank account. Then we found uniquitues and we are so thankful for the affordable prices and nice furniture we got to pick out without breaking our bank. Thanks to Daja and her great costumer service! Not much selection, and no latex mattresses. Plus we arrived to a sign at the door that said only 2 people per group(including children). So a couple is supposed to do what? Leave their kid outside or take turns looking at furniture?

Called ahead to make sure they had cali king box springs. Then, paid $139 otd when was told $120. Then, was explained that they had box springs for a cali king. Then, when it was getting loaded the young man put the wrong box springs. Then swapped them outfir twin XLs. I dont have a KING I SPECIFICALLY SAID. . Kali king. Then, took them home and didnt fit my bed. Then, we didnt even sleep on them and still have the plastic and NO REFUND. Then, had to got to a different place and purchase the RIGHT box springs another $150. So, $290 for some box springs. Be aware!

The Wood is Cheap and do not last long .. We bought a Queen Size bed and Frame Frame Broke one side we put a can of paint under to hold it then the middle piece broke ..of course it was made of plastic my husband said this wood is cheap and Termite can produce on that kind of wood Mattress no problem but be careful on those Frames then No money back or returns and we have the 10 yr warranty on what for what?😡

Bought a queen size frame and mattress on a Friday it was all delivered the next day I am honestly very pleased with the service and also the bed itself. I will be back the prices are great and I have had no issues with the furniture. I will recommend to family and friends.

I really dont like leaving reviews but I really have to call them out. If I could leave negative stars I would. Mattreses are ok but anything else is trash. Bought 3 beds from here and within a couple weeks they were falling apart. Metal frames seem to be as week as soda cans and wood frames seem to be as strong as cardboard. Service is also terrible. Its not till you show them your paying cash for it they will pay any attention

Was told to come by a sales clerk ..get there the store small ..nothing in stock have to order everything which takes weeks.. I drove over a hour to get to this store for nothing. Sales manager greeted me when I walked in and that was that noone asked to help me till I asked them.. very rude..

Ordered my furniture about a month ago, disclosed my move in date and they said they would call me around my move in date for an ETA. Its already my move in date and I had to call them to find out what was going on with my furniture. Turns out they have to still order it to be in stock. I wish i would have known that in advance maybe since they had a while to let me know. I will be sleeping and sitting on the floor for approx 2-4 weeks. Not a happy Camper.

I absolutely love this place! When I moved into my new house and needed a couch in a hurry they had exactly what I wanted with no wait. I thought for sure I would have to search all over for the perfect couch and spend weeks sitting on the tiled living room floor (ouch). I called the store and spoke with the owner, I told him what I wanted as far as style and color and right away I had my perfect match! With a family of 5 plus 3 dogs, this baby fits us perfectly! I usually don’t write reviews but here it goes because you guys have to know! I found uniquities on offer up I thought they had amazing deals so I decided to check them out... The day I went the guy gave me a great deal so I made the purchase but to find out they didn’t have the item I purchase so he told me we will order it and have it here in about a week I took his word for it & a week didn’t sound bad. A week passed I called them to see if they had maybe forgot to call but that wasn’t the case my order still didn’t come in so they told me a order will be coming in on Friday or Saturday. Saturday comes I got a phone call from them just to end up telling me the mattress I ordered was out of stock but they’ll give me another upgrade mattress with no extra cost. I showed up she (I say she because they don’t wear name tags btw) showed me the mattress they were going to give me because the mattress I purchase was out of stock unless I wanted to wait which I didn’t. I agreed and she told me to go to the back of the building to door 6 one of the guys was going to bring out the mattress “they had”. So we were out there waiting on them for over a little 5 minutes. My boyfriend was trying to ask one of the guy worker that bring stuff out if everything was good he literally just ignored him and walked away. I already knew something was wrong. The lady ended coming out telling me we don’t have the mattress we thought we did have it but they just checked we don’t have it. She did offer me another mattress but It wasn’t what I wanted. At this point I was already upset. I live about 30mins away I not only wasted my time but gas too. They should of checked before calling me. She was like I’m trying to help you out I offered you this one you can take or you can just keep waiting. I’m over here telling her I’ve waited about 3 weeks she knew I was going to ask for a refund. This is the part that got me mad. She was like you signed a contract there’s no refunds or exchanges I digged in my pants to check for my ticket to see if that’s what it says. I forgot it in my car then she’s like I’ll show you a blank one.. so this is the part where they get you!!!! I should have read the paper slower I mean it’s big enough but I’ll take the blame for that 🤦🏽‍♀️ Anyway I’m standing there telling her I’ve waited long enough if I would of known it was going to take longer than a week I wouldn’t of purchased it anything from them she telling me the manufacture is a bit slow atm. I get it.. it’s because COVID but they should of told me from the start it might taking longer than 3 weeks they should be honest with customer. They did end up giving me my money back. I don’t recommend purchasing from them if they don’t have it in stock!!!! Unless you want to wait.

Went in to pick a simple box spring . I had messaged Lexi the day before letting her know I’d be picking up. Drove 40min & was told that it’s has to be ordered .Why couldn’t they tell me this before hand? Their answer because this person works from home. If this is how they operate the worker should know! On top of that the place is GROSS! It’s filthy, I’ve never been to such a run down furniture store. Thankful what I needed wasn’t there. I’ll pay the extra $ for peace of mind. Never again! Living spaces here I come!

All I have to say is the lady at the table where you pick up is VERY rude. Don’t ever buy from this place. They never answer calls / call you back / inform you about your purchase. For my purchase they said “ one week and it will be here we WILL give you a call “ One week later they never did. I called they said another week. Those “ weeks “ turn into months. I am extremely disappointed. I got recommended from offer up. Also the lady said “ if we give you your money back you won’t be able to purchase from us ever again “ ain’t no one wanna purchase ever again with that attitude 🤣 Just stay away from this place where all they do is make up excuses.

I have been getting all of my furniture from Uniquities for over 6 years and have always been very satisfied with the customer service as well as the quality of furniture. They have a huge selection to order from and I will usually give them an idea of what I’m looking for and they have multiple items to choose from. I would much rather give my money to a small local business than one of the big chains.

Great customer service, some of the reviews on this business are fake due to one customer creating multiple accounts and trying to derail this great local business. What a shame and how petty. Good quality products sold at great price.

Its such a shame that after making my furniture selection, I experienced a couple things. Not only was I was subjected to terrible non- communicative customer service that left me wondering why and how certain staff members were hired in the first place, but the product I purchased took an incredibly long time to get to me. What made it even worse, was that when I got the item, the quality was nothing like I expected it to be. As a whole my experience was not great at all. I would highly consider taking your time before deciding to purchase anything from this company.

This place is AMAZING! I have had nothing but great customer service. Walking in I was instantly greeted and was shown around at the different options as well as their catalog. The sign up process is quick and easy and they do not require a credit check! Super nice people and great atmosphere. They also have delivery options you can choose drop off only or they will drop off and assemble it for a great price! I had an address change and they had no problem helping me out with that. Great prices and amazing customer service.

Unfortunately, during the time of my visit, I received the smallest amount of service when attending Uniquities. It hurts me to read that I am not the only one to experience not only poor customer service, but the feeling of avoidance by the staff. I am far from eager to write this review, however, if many are relating to my experience, this must be said and brought to the attention of Uniquities and future customers.

I can’t believe the service I got from pickup I waited a whole month kept calling no answer, when I did I was hold for more than 10 minutes at a time on multiple occasions. They couldn’t find my invoice. I asked for a refund and they wanted to give me back a quarter of what I paid for for 😂😂😂 i order things all the time and when I ask for a refund from companies I get my whole refund back. They don’t tell me well we have to take a cut out to have it shipped back I can’t believe a business runs like this take my advice go somewhere else who’s not shady pay more and read your reviews On companies and about products before you buy from them.

The store was so accommodating when it came to ordering the furniture I needed for my daughter’s bedroom. They also provided an accurate estimate of how long it would take for it to be delivered. Glad I found this furniture store & I can’t wait to do business again with them in the near future!

I found this place on Offer Up. Theyre pretty empty right now because customers are buying everything off the floor. Its amazing how many people are shopping considering were in a quarantine. I just moved here and I needed a bed asap, so I didnt really have a choice. I saw a deal online so I came down, but they were out of the exact frame I saw online, but they had about a dozen more to choose from. I found the one I liked and Steve delivered it the same day to me. Great customer service from Amy. This place was flooded with people and no wonder the prices are great. Thank you for being open and putting yourselves in harms way. Will be back!

I absolutely dont recommend going to this place and buy anything I purchased queen bed frame from the girl Ailen on August 28th and they said it will took 3-6 week to deliver.. when i called 7 weeks after which is today 10/16/2020 they tried to fool me by saying its not 6 weeks yet and we do not exchange or refund... they will blame the delivery guys or the delivery companyThey dont even deserve a half star

Was greeted friendly at the door and showed around to all the beautiful beds we wher in need of 2 complete beds and was able to make a decision easy as we fell in love with 2 pretty quick ... We got home put them together i was a little apprehensive about the wood slats as the support .the first nights sleep was great then the second night we wher in bed and as i expected it wasnt as sturdy as they said the whole middle collapsed and we wher tacoed in the matress i called to tell them and its a whole big prosses after spending 900$ on 2 bed i expected this to be super simple so if u are gonna buy a bed from here make sure u reinforce the bed DO NOT EXPECT IT TO SUPORT U! We used blocks. Good luckI slept on the bed 2 days

Unsure if poor customer service quality is racially motivated or not. Dont want to be biased but the management treated my friend as if they were not a customer, meanwhile was attentive to the another family walking in just moments after us. Needless to say, we walked right out.

Furniture came defective. Store kept making excuses until we were “past 30 day warranty”.was apparent the whole time what they were doing. Pretty sad. I understood we buying cheap furniture because of the price point but I never thought I’d get something broken and not be able to have it fixed or replaced. They offered for me to bring in the dresser to them. Pathetic.

Helpful friendly staff. The experience was pleasant & quick. They are Covid consious & still get things done in a safe & timley matter. There prices are very affordable. It was a very nice change from dealing with the big bix stores everyone is use too.

I have waited a few months to review. My experience in store was easy. I found what I was looking for and was out in less than 30 minutes. I needed something very specific and was able to order from a catalog. The owner knew I was interested in a memory foam I found elsewhere and was not pushy at all. She let me try the different types of beds and decide for myself. I purchased a Cali king bed frame which I love! I was skeptical because the price was affordable but I have not had any issues. I also purchased a queen bed frame and memory foam mattress. While I don’t sleep on this bed nor does anyone else it looks super cute in the guest room. I have sat on it though and seems it may be a little unsturdy but it’ll rarely be used. (For that I did take 1 star off because it makes a noise like the frame plank may snap). Overall great experience and I plan to be back for matching furniture.

Just so you all know all of their friends and family post five star reviews it’s not real people.This is by far the worst for furniture company in all of Arizona that you could ever buy furniture from. All of their stock is from Malaysia or China and is Built with basically toothpicks. They get their product for the lowest price on earth and sell it for four times the amount and it breaks within a week or two. Do not ever buy furniture from this company. It is the worst furniture company in all of Arizona.

This was our Second time visiting this store. First time we found exactly what we wanted. Spending less than expected. So this time around we decided to go again. We were in and out in less than 10 min. Found what we wanted and again spending less than other places. Excellent service amazing prices friendly and helpful staff. Will be going back again if we need anything else.Today we picked up our beds and mattesses. Sadly to say this experience was not like the first with Dan, unfortunately have to say we are treated greatly by him when purchasing and he is taking our cash. But picking up your items he is not to friendly actually just points and says over there. We were also promised 2 memory foam pillows. We got 2 mesh pillows, Needless to say we will not be going back to this store and giving our money or business.

Did not even step through the door before I made ANY mistakes with these people! Found exactly what I wanted, didnt care how long it took to arrive and it was affordable. Well they close EVERY day at 5pm and the only time I was available is during the week and Im not off until 5. I politely called asking if they could wait for me one day with plenty of warning bc Im only less than 10 minutes away! The woman was extremely rude and advised that they DO NOT get paid overtime to wait for people. I begged and she yelled at me saying that it was NOT going to happen bc they do NOT get paid overtime and the hours are what they are! I have been in here several times and love it. Blake and Amanda are amazing and the entire team is very friendly. I’ve purchases bed, mattress, dressers and night stands. My original dresser was damaged in shipping and discontinued by the manufacturer but Amanda contacted me immediately and she helped me find the perfect replacement. So, I was thankful my original dresser didn’t workout because the second choice is so much better.I keep returning not only for the beautiful furniture and great prices but I genuinely enjoy joking around with them.

Hands down the best place to shop for furniture! We have been here multiple times now and will never shop anywhere else again. Our first time shopping here we purchased beds for the kids. Employees were awesome and we even met the owners who were completely down to earth and friendly. We were so impressed we went back again to get a sectional sofa. Again, we had such a great experience. When we were ready for a dining set we knew exactly where to go. These guys are so awesome, i feel like family every time we shop there.

They gave us excellent customer support and a man named eddie was helping us and was extremely nice and helpful along with some jokes. I definitely recommend them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEYI came in on 04/25/20 to purchase a bed. At the time of the purchase they did not have the bed I wanted in stock so I was told they would need to order it. I paid $239.15 with my debit card and was told that the bed would arrive on Friday 5/1/20 and they would call me to pick it up. I did not hear from them on 5/1 so I called early morning on 5/2 and they told me it was ready to be picked up. When we arrived to pick up the bed they informed me it was not the correct color and I could wait until Monday 5/4 to see if the manufacturer would send more, choose to take the floor model or I could choose another bed. I chose to wait to see if the bed would come in. Once again I did not hear anything from them on 5/4 so I called on 5/5 and they told me they would find out what was going on with the bed and call me later on in the day. I did not receive a call back. I called back on 5/6 and no one picked up. I called again on 5/7 and no one picked up. Finally I got someone on the phone on 5/8 and she informed me the bed is no longer being made so I could choose another bed or a refund. I opted for the refund. The woman on the phone who said she was the owner, Lori, informed me I needed the original card that I used in order to provide a refund. I told her I no longer had the card, since I had to cancel the card the same day I made the purchase for the bed, due to several unauthorized transactions on my account. I told her I would stop by the store and take a cash refund. She told me they do not offer cash refunds and I had to call my bank and dispute the purchase so I could get my money back otherwise there was nothing she could do and hung up on me.

Bought my desk here a few years ago and decided to stop by and purchase a new bed. I got a beautiful black leather king size frame with an amazing gel memory foam mattress for an unbeatable price! Drove here from Litchfield Park to pick up a bench that Amy had posted on OfferUp. I got to the store and was told the bench was sold yesterday. The associate in the store gave the excuse that Amy doesn’t work from this location, she works from home. Common sense would be that Amy should check stock before referring people go to the store. Needless to say I’ll never shop here nor would I recommend anyone to this store. It’s dirty and the furniture is cheap and the smell wasn’t pleasant in that place. To be more clear on my experience, I had just messaged Amy 40 minutes prior to arriving at your store. I can agree it’s definately a training issue.As to your response about the cleanliness of the store, I would think that during this Covid 19 pandemic your employees would make a greater effort to keep the store clean. After all isn’t that what we’re all supposed to be doing? The hygiene and cleanliness of the store is definitely a reflection of you and your employees. Not a very great image.
