Waited 4 hours at a different location for an online order to pick up at a store ended up canceling and picking this location was ready within the hour and I made it 3 minutes after closing and still gave me my game even though they were closing up was super nice of this employee I will be ordering all my games at this location from now on.

Great place to get used game, you never know what they have game wise. From XBone, PS4 and switch. Even some games from the previous generation some of the time Xbox360, PS3, WiiU. They also have funko pops from games, shows, and movies. On top of that they have Magic the gathering card, Pokémon cards and some other TCGs.

This store is second home to my son and they almost always have what i need .the friendly and knowledgeable staff is a nice change from most places ill keep coming back.

Im always surprised at how knowledgeable the workers are. Ive never been disappointed when I come to a GameStop. Plus, I always get the best deals when I come here. I wont get my gaming needs from anyone else but this company.

Had the used games I was looking for. Store was busy and had to wait a bit long in line for check out. The 2 guys working the registers were very talkative to the customers which is normally okay but it doesnt feel like a sense of urgency for waiting in line customers.

Who doesnt like GameStop I love that is conveniently placed right next to a Sallys so me and my boyfriend can split up and our two favorite stores the staff here is very knowledgeable of everything in there and I was actually pretty comfortable not being a gamer with them I know exactly what I wanted when I cant even think of the game name

Large over priced selection, Small offers for even brand new trades. Its a scheme of sorts and they get away with It by calling the value Depreciated due to leaving a store. Even un opened. Every location is the same- they are uniformly bad.

Be leary buying online from this store. I ordered a game for my nieces birthday she had wanted all year. After reserving the game for pick up for $19.99 I was charged over $32 when I got to the store. When I spoke to the employee he said that was a black friday deal and was no longer honored. When his assistant advised him that they had honored for another customer he replied Ya well they didnt for me and I work here I purchased the game as I really needed this birthday gift but the service was horrible and personally I will be letting all my gaming friends know about this incident so they too do not fall victim in the store

This store was extremely fair on their prices and give good rates on their buy back gamesm the staff was well informed on all the games they have for sale and dont feed you some balogne just to make a sale very honest and trust worthy in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking to buy games and or sell used games this is the place to go for sure 🌟

This location I was no very fond of. We preorder our video games. They couldnt find our preorder and just gave us one off the shelf but refuse to honor our online order. Staff member was in a bad mood. The women wanted to honor it but the guy got upset and said he works their and they wouldnt honor him that he can honor ours. All I know they both admitted they have honor other customers their just not honoring ours. Very weird we still stayed nice because we dont want problems. I figure I just make sure to do a review wish I got the guys name. The women was nice but the guy was even crazy on her so idk his position their. Was just insane it was Christmas so we paid the extra and went about our way

Gamestop is notorious for ripping people off on trade-ins. This is not the case. The manager at this store is a complete jerk off. He discriminates against my boyfriend and I by constantly devaluing our merchandise. He insults our intelligence and gives us bottom dollar although we have been coming to this location numerous times! Thanks alot jerk off!

Trade in values have really dropped doesnt seem worth the effort the northern store by the subway is horrible. I complained that the trade in values were low and the store manager Justin asked me if I was done cause he did not want to talk about it. He then proceeded to be rude and vile rolling his eyes and hissing at me. Bad for game stop Im a customer and I worked there for two years. The manger told me he would never buy a game from game stop or trade a game... Wow if anyone deserves to be terminated its that man. You sell video games and you hate the people that buy them and the games themselves. Thanks Justin you right I will never sell or trade or buy games from game stop, its you advice Im sure your district manger would love to know this information. Thanks!

I have dealing with these people for 4 years now and have never had any problems. If I call on the phone with questions they always give me great advice. In this area I would always go to this store first. If you deal with the public and all the stupid questions all the time, you might get a little testy sometime so give them credit where its due,,,,,,,,,,,,,, these people are great.

Good store, got what we needed. The only problem we had wad the staff memeber was not knowledgeable on iteams in the store, he told us something wasnt in stock when my husband and I pointed to where they were in the store he just picked it up. Being that it is a Gaming store I think staff should make certian of stocked iteams, I mean if we would have just walked away Gamestop would have lost a sale.

Showed up a few minutes before close time and they had already locked the door and said they had alreadylocked the safe I looked at my phone and it was still 3 minutes before their close time. Which means they were closing up 15 minutes before they were supposed to. Very poor quality for a usually friendly a service. Ill be trading my games in at Zia from now on.

They lied about nintendo NES being sold out everywhere in Az, when clearly we picked one up the smorning. Game stocks did stock up and getting more in stores.They never have any information but other stores do have more information. Rude night workers and they yell at you over the phone for haven knowledge and knowing when they recieve their shipments.
